Последние 300 лет перед человечеством поставили множество вопросов. Искать ответы на эти вопросы обязанность двуглавого верха общества - науки и команды организаторов, прежде всего самого верхнего уровня, который является ведущей частью системно организованного государства. Эти две головы являются независимыми, но связанными опосредованно. Но, к сожалению, похоже, все без исключения люди, живут представлениями, сложившимися до 18-го века. К тому времени уже существовали страны с достаточно большим населением, подчиненным верхушке, которую называли и сейчас называют словом власть. Многие, или правильнее сказать большинство, из таких стран исчезли до 18-го века. Они росли, а потом их население сокращалось. За прошедшие 300 лет население существующих стран и Земли растет. Но такой рост обусловлен разными причинами. Достаточно сравнить страны с европеоидами и азиатские народы. На останках Советского Союза население вообще уменьшается, повторяя историю исчезнувших стран. За всю историю Земли рост населения был обусловлен технологиями (а это наука, пусть даже чаще скрытая и не отраженная в социальном сознании) и социальной организованностью в форме государства. Введение этих норм до 18-го века вообще носило стихийный, не запланированный характер. Общее ощущение роста породило представление о саморазвитии общества людей, а наблюдения за имеющимися сложными и не понимаемыми нами биологическими существами создало ощущение саморазвития биологической природы. Почему существуют такие объекты, никто не знает. У нас глубокое никем не доказанное в отношении земных и космических процессов убеждение, что изменения идут от более простых структур к более сложным. Прямых доказательств этому нет. Есть у нас представление о времени и возможность проследить по следам из прошлого изменения с биологическими объектами. Другим источником уверенности является деятельность людей (естественно, не всех, а ученых и технологов) в создании из ничего новых неживых объектов, таких как здания, автомобили или электроника. Куда больше косвенных свидетельств в пользу того, что простое усложняется благодаря соприкосновению со сложным. Практика людей просто кричит об этом. Люди постепенно создавали и усложняли процессы и объекты. И делали это интеллектуалы, ученые. Т.е. созданные и создаваемые людьми объекты получали информацию для своей сложности из сложных представлений в очень сложном человеческом мозгу. Для подавляющего большинства людей, в том числе, тех, кто взбирается последние 150 лет на верх социальной пирамиды, редкие люди, которых можно назвать учеными, и изредка, очень не часто, люди, приходящие изменить социальные отношения, - это что-то вроде инопланетян: они не управляемы, о них говорят, но их нельзя познать, результаты говорят о их власти (knowledge is power), но это может быть опасным. Если то, что эти творцы сделали, не может само себя сохранить, и простолюдины начинают разрушать, то этих творцов предают анафеме, как это происходит в Украине с памятью о Ленине и Советском Союзе, которые создали в Украине государственность. Теперь вместо того, чтобы ее трансформировать в государственность по общечеловеческим правилам, с успехом эту государственность уничтожают. Этот вандализм с восторгом воспринимается демократически выбранными американским народом сенаторами (классно все это характеризует американский народ, да, и весь запад). Понятно, что им все равно - после них хоть потоп. Конечно, западенцы не понимают, что такое украинская государственность. Как никогда не поняли, что такое польская, венгерская или австрийская государственность и позволили американским евреям использовать себя для продвижения еврейской феодальной идеи да еще ценой своих жизней и жизней украинцев, да и, возможно, самой Украиной, которую украинцам подарила Россия. Жаль, что украинцы легко кому попало отдают свою землю. Кстати, в науке примером могут быть алхимики, которых сейчас предают анафеме. Хотя среди них наверняка были ученые. Советскую науку вообще превратили в арену борьбы за место в цековски организованной иерархии. Естественно, что в этой а ля науке победители глумятся над побежденными. Какое тут может быть сотрудничество и поиск правил игры типа эстафета?

О саморазвитии люди насочиняли кучу сказок. Вообще, все, что инженеры от науки повествуют о вещах, которые невозможно проверить действием, всегда сказка. Это об устройстве атома и Вселенной, биологической клетке и внутренностях Земли, принципах функционирования нашего мозга и богах. Когда массы приняли это на веру, вожаки от западной науки создали свои рынки с высокими барьерами и вооруженной охраной. Это маленькое государство. Одна из децентрализованных территорий буржуазной децентрализации. Из таких государств-территорий составляются все нынешние политически контролируемые государства. Это главный прием, на страже которого стоят западные политики. Это то глубинное, что стало их технологией стабилизации. Технологией стихийной, неосознанной, тихонько вписавшейся в крестьянское мышление, как верхнего слоя, так и несущего его нижнего слоя структурных элементов. Кстати, политиков я также отношу к массам, т.е. подчиняющимся статистическим закономерностям группам без ведущих и задающих правила игры людей. Рыночные отношения - это отношения, позволяющие и даже требующие от вожаков технологически развивающихся территорий становиться одновременно организаторами всего общества, подчиняя политиков. Когда технологическая территория развивается или хотя бы растет, то все нормально. Если все только сохраняются из-за потребления их результатов, то это плохо. Правда, на Земле возможен еще рост и необходимость в западных технологических деятелях благодаря росту Китая. Но это не навсегда. Хотелось, чтобы другие страны тоже подключились. В том числе Россия, как это когда-то хоть и не надолго сделал Советский Союз пусть даже через военное рыночно-зеркальное сотрудничество с западом.

Понятие о саморазвитие аксиома удобная для тех, кто заправляет современной наукой. Это упрощение. У людей нет, ни знания, ни теорий, о процессе возникновения атомов, объектов Вселенной, биологических клеток, организмов и наших мозгов. Саморазвитие - это упрощение самого низкого уровня. Первобытные люди представляли равными себе с душой и сознанием камни, деревья, животных. К этому приводили несколько причин. В частности, становились более понятными многие их качества. Ведь люди тогда были намного ближе к природным объектам и более талантливы в наблюдениях, чем любой из нас. Теория - это тоже упрощение, например, такая наука как физика. У любой созданной людьми теории есть область определения. В границах этой области теория верно служит людям. Здесь важную роль играет практика. Меня учили, что роль практики для отбора результатов теории открыл Маркс. Он тоже был стихийным дарвинистом и служил буржуазии. Жаль, что и тогда западные социальные науки состояли из шимпанзе: если бы имели аксиому сложного мира и сотрудничали для создания сложной модели, то жили бы мы в другом более сложном для верхушки более простом для людей мире. Практика людей никак не подтверждает аксиому саморазвития. Она ее отвергает. В деятельности людей развитие рукотворных объектов происходит через модели, создаваемые мозгами самых образованных и "саморазвивающихся" людей из среды творцов этих объектов. Человеческое общество - это такой же объект нашего творчества, как и все остальное, что создано людьми. Рыночные отношения не создали западные общества. В Западной Европе короли дали свободу интеллектуалам для создания сложной системы производства и распределения товаров, системы самонастраивающейся. Самонастройка может показаться в ней только с первого взгляда. Так рыночную систему рекламирует запад. Но в основе рыночной системы лежит анархия. Она основана на стремлениях простых людей иметь удобства, деньги и участвовать в тихой проверке своей позиции в общем или локальном неравенстве. Я очень хотел бы видеть на первом месте именно удобства, но очень часто это не так. Те страны, в которых функционирует рыночная система, шли к ней каждая своим путем. В каждой стране она начиналась с нуля. С запада во всех рыночных странах получали знания. Конечно, не все необходимые знания: из-за патриотизма и желания иметь в своей стране то, что есть у других как могли додумывались до результата. Знания получала верхушка. Она давала свободу производителям. Она копировала некоторые западные правила. С нуля она и локальные лидеры рихтовали народные массы под себя. Но рихтовка была на третьем месте. Таким методом достигалась необходимая анархия. Это закон природы: сначала лидер с ведущей частью, а затем воспитанные ими народные чаяния. Почему теперь на территории социалистического лагеря не люди живут, а деньги? В общем, при копировании западных достижений нет никакого саморазвития. Есть тупики и проблемы с верхушкой. От этой ведущей части государства требуется организационная и технологическая образованность и, прежде всего, знание местных особенностей, а не слепое копирование особенностей запада. Неспособность западных политиков и ученых размножать рыночные отношения, стремление насаждать феодальную глобализацию, может породить только будущую неустойчивость. Ведь феодальная структура годится для небольших человеческих обществ. Советский Союз распался, когда верхушка провела феодализацию.

Аксиома саморазвития не всегда стыкуется с фактами и статистикой. Если умолчать, что есть люди, то саморазвиваются автомобили из телеги, самолеты, компьютеры, наши жилища. Специалисты восстанавливают цепочки изменений в строении живых организмов по сохранившимся остаткам и по существующим организмам. Ученые люди спешат по существующим фактам дополнить картину Вселенной своими догадками, как для пространства, так и во времени. Думаю, не раз высказывались сомнения в возможностях саморазвития. Самыми известными являются расчеты случайного создания сложных мертвых биологических молекул или живой клетки. Недавно мне попался электронный вариант книги Р.К.Баландина "От Николы Теслы до Большого Взрыва. Научные мифы". Вот цитаты из нее: "Идея самозарождения и саморазвития живых организмов - старый научный миф" (с.51 из 206) и "логично исходить из идеи первоначально упорядоченного мироздания" (с.56 из 206). Идея упорядоченного мироздания - это отдельная, большая и необходимая тема. Сейчас одним из требований людей ученых при рассуждении о развитии является требование представлять начальное состояние как нулевое или хаотическое. Делают, конечно, отступления в рамках дифуравнений в частных производных, т.е. дедуктивных правил вывода. Подобные подходы были хороши, да и сейчас хороши, если находишься в начале пути. Заодно надо считать, что мир является простым. Но всегда, набрав, наработав достаточно большое количество материала, надо перейти к представлению о мире, как о сложном. Так делает мозг человека. Так взрослеет человек. Людям в пространстве социального сознания тоже пора считать мир сложным. Особенно тем, кто сверху, и они должны обучить всех последовательно вниз. Наверно, есть несколько гипотез на этом пути. Например, возможной может быть гипотеза о существовании сложного упорядоченного пространства, в котором возникла Вселенная. Многие сложности были Вселенной унаследованы. Далеко не всё мы знаем об окружающем мире, и нам надо познавать и применять эти знания. Упорядоченное пространство - это сложность, по крайней мере, не меньшая, чем сложность нашего мозга. Оно имеет сложность не меньшую, чем у живых организмов Земли. Оно чем-то заинтересовано в нашем существовании и развитии. Отсюда возникает ряд внешних задач человечества. При таком подходе можно поискать пути развития религиозных взглядов и, соответственно, социального воспитания.

Представление о том, что возможно саморазвитие, абстракция довольно опасная для нашего биологического вида. Она создает иллюзию, что при любом поведении людей все сложится автоматически само собой. Тут в природе барьер. Это потому, что сложные объекты Вселенной не связаны между собой внутренними связями и вступают во взаимодействие только при хаотических контактах. Проблема случайного хаоса природой была решена заменой на односторонний эффект хищника. В результате возник самый сложный биологический объект - джунгли: взаимодействие отделенных живых организмов и их видов на односторонних внешних замкнутых на круг связях. Джунглей - это предел развития живой природы при необходимом животном индивидуализме. И, соответственно, для людей рыночная система - это предел для общества, построенного на разделении людей и абсолютизации децентрализации без подчинения ее ведущей части. У джунглей отсутствует способность себя дублировать. Они возникают благодаря разнообразию видов, и для этого требуется всегда создание новых видов и, соответственно, много времени. Джунгли являются функцией размножения организмов и биологических видов, а не самостоятельный объект живой природы. Это главная причина их неустойчивости. Джунгли - это попытка повторить то, что когда-то с трудом удалось с клетками при создании организмов. Неудачная попытка. С нами природа себя попыталась исправить. Не стоит людям повторять неудачи природы. Надо учиться на чужих ошибках. Кроме этого, есть еще различия, которые делают рыночную систему абсолютно неустойчивой. И джунгли, и рыночная система должны всегда находиться в динамике. Устойчивость джунглей зависит от разнообразия и устойчивости видов животных и, соответственно, от устойчивости экземпляров вида. Динамика в джунглях медленная и происходит с замещением, а оно в свою очередь запрограммировано природой. Пока все аналогично и в рыночной системе. Но у людей с замещением проблема. В рыночной системе создаются и заменяются территории. Например, территория паровозов была замещена несколькими новыми. Меняются фирмы и товары. Джунгли зависят от изменений во внешней среде. В генетику живых существ заложена изменчивость, как результат влияния информации извне и миллиардов лет проб и ошибок. Это определяет, либо появление новых биовидов при изменении условий, либо стабильность. Рыночная система кроме внешней сырьевой среды имеет зависимость от нескольких внутренних процессов человеческого общества, причем далеко не всегда зависимых между собой. Именно не полная зависимость процессов является причиной кризисов даже в стабильной среде. Динамика рыночной системы связана с появление новых товаров и их организацией в систему и определяются интеллектом людей участников самой системы. Но интеллект людей является корпоративным результатом. Это требует отделения интеллекта от рыночной системы из-за наведения зависимости между процессами. Отсюда следует, что образование и наука должны быть независимы от рыночной системы. Невыполнение этих условий приводит к недополучению новых продуктов и затормаживанию динамики. Советский Союз и другие недоразвитые страны привязанные к западным рыночным системам демонстрируют примеры неспособности производить новые товары из-за подчиненности образования и науки, либо авторитарному центру, либо участникам рынков. Пример теорий Маркса показывает, что и западная наука была и остается зависимой. Но в западных странах до 21-го века технологические науки имели пусть не полную, но необходимую независимость, которая охранялась государством. Сейчас тоже пытаются копировать, но времена не те.

Можно еще довольно долго быть среди животных доминирующим биовидом, но достигнутой сейчас организованности уже не будет никогда, если не выйти из рыночного стихийного тупика и не сложить организацию мозгами. Западные рыночные отношения это так же, как и в природе, стихийно возникшие джунгли. Т.е. максимум того, что можно сделать без создания социальной целостной системы с ведущей частью. Мы являемся примером отказа природы от джунглей. Природа для развития сложных систем через ряд экспериментов дополнила джунгли нашим биовидом, заменив сложный отбор по Дарвину с принципом хищника, на монополию человека. Так и в среде людей не6обходимо через монополию ведущей части дополнить рыночные джунгли организующими правилами, замкнув рынки границами в их локальных областях. Одновременно закончится глобальное всевластие денег. При этом надо людям научиться размножать рынки.

Евреи сами виноваты в своих трагедиях при столкновении с другими народами. Они выработали положительный отбор, научились объединяться организационно, а не на канве ожидаемого результата, их дети склонны к учебе, у них большой процент трудолюбивых головой для себя и во благо нации. Они кучей достигают успеха в среде других народов, но не передают другим свои социальные умения, свои правила воспитания детей и поведения среди своих. Их успех колет глаза главной нации и вызывает к себе враждебность. Их в прошлом гнали из Азии, из Египта, из Испании, из Германии, устраивали погромы. Гитлеризм поднял борьбу с ними, показав, какого уровня реакция на них. У них две проблемы контакта с другими народами: неспособность, оставаясь самими собой, развивая свои таланты, не только не противопоставляться, а и стать частью социальной, незаметной, движущей силой организма народов, в которых они, не растворяясь, плавают, и вместе с этим поднимать народы до уровня своих социальных инстинктов и способностей. У них сильно внутреннее желание не опускаться до более низкого уровня, но и не поднимать других до себя. Им льстит видеть себя особыми, отделенной общностью, чувствовать себя людьми среди животных, реализуя свое превосходство, и поддерживая в себе ощущение жертвы. Сейчас они американцы.

Развитие - это накопление информации. Надо исходить из законов сохранения. Следует предположить, что такой же закон есть в отношении информации, по крайней мере, односторонний, т.к. это связано с тем, что в нашем мире вся информация находится на носителях: попасть на носитель информация может только с другого носителя и не может там возникнуть сама по себе. Т.е. не существует самозарождения информации, а, следовательно, в нашем материальном мире нет саморазвития. Изменения, которые мы наблюдаем и изучаем в среде вокруг нас, имеют три причины. Первая причина связана с признанием существования источника информации, который находится вне нашей Вселенной, который породил ее или, что вероятнее, участвовал в ее порождении. Эта гипотеза противоположна гипотезе об абсолютной пустоте, в которой возникла Вселенная. В гипотезу об упорядоченном пространстве вписывается гипотеза о первоначальном хаосе. Опираясь на наблюдения, которые люди зафиксировали в социальном сознании, можно утверждать, что состояние хаоса, возникающее при росте, является для Вселенной естественным, а для развития материальных систем Вселенной достаточно распространенным. Хаос запредельного роста тогда заменяется новой структурой, когда появление новой информации приводит к новому упорядочиванию возросшего числа элементов системы. Отсутствие необходимой информации приводит к хаосу, который разрушает уже созданные структуры, сокращает число элементов, и возвращает систему к одному из прежних качеств, ответственному за устойчивость на соответствующем более низком количественном уровне, который раньше был пройден системой, или полностью уничтожает ее. Из хаоса еще есть выход в развитие.

Вторая причина связана со свободой допустимой для элементов систем Вселенной: в рамках достигнутого качества элемент или ансамбли элементов имеют возможность строить собственные структуры, удовлетворяющие правила взаимодействия, как в наборе качеств своей системы, так и в ограничениях, накладываемых другими структурами. Это процесс перебора вариантов. Он бывает стихийным или строится на модели. Максимальные возможности перебора реализуются, если при изменениях не теряется информация. В противном случае даже при количественном сокращении возникает хаос. Эта причина создает доминирование. В этой причине выживание.

Третья причина связана со столкновениями. Она всегда ведет к разрушению системы. У людей это борьба между людьми и подструктурами. Борьба - это шаг назад при почти 100% вероятности, что будут шаги вперед. Это еще одна причина неустойчивости рыночной системы: она допускает борьбу.

Гипотеза упорядоченного пространства не предназначена для вербовки сторонников, стаи, банды. Ее задача отыскание условий получения новой информации и условий применения этой информации для модификации материальных структур в систему. Упорядоченное пространство - это не религиозный, церковный бог, которому надо молиться и ждать от него милостей сейчас или после смерти.

Люди вступают в отношения по нескольким причинам:

-- Когда одному из них что-то нужно лично от другого человека, и он ищет с ним контакта.

-- Когда второй может удовлетворить первого из соображений выгоды, будущей выгоды или воспитания, откликаясь на просьбу или будучи загонаным в западню.

-- Когда лично никому из них ничего не нужно, но одного из них вынуждают социальные условия. От второго требуется понять эту ситуацию и принять решение о поддержке социального требования. Этот пункт имеет место в достаточно развитых социальных системах, когда в людях воспитано понимание социальной среды и опосредованных контактов. Это не для примитивных сред. Это ситуация сложных систем. Правители с ограниченными знаниями своей среды разрушают опосредованные контакты.

Tale about the self-development

The last 300 years a set of questions raised before mankind. To look for answers to these questions is a duty of two-headed top of society: science and teams of organizers. That the task is first of all for the most top level which is the leading part systemically of the organized state. These two heads are independent, but connected indirectly. But, unfortunately, it seem to me, all people without exception, live with the representations which developed till the 18th century. By then already there were countries with rather big population subordinated to a top which was called and now call the word the power. Many, or the majority is more correct, from such countries disappeared till the 18th century. They grew, and then their population was reduced. For last 300 years the population of the existing countries and Earth grows. But such growth is caused by the different reasons. It is enough to compare the countries to Caucasians and the Asian people. On mortal remains of the Soviet Union the population in general decreases, repeating history of the disappeared countries. For all history of Earth growth of the population was caused by technologies (and it is science even if is more often hidden and not reflected in social consciousness) and social organization in the form of the state. Introduction of these norms till the 18th century carried the spontaneous, not planned character. The general feeling of growth generated idea of self-development of society of people, and supervision over the puzzling and not understood by us the biological beings were created by feeling of self-development of the biological nature. Why there are such objects, nobody knows. We have deep belief which nobody proved about terrestrial and space processes that changes go from simpler structures to more complex. Direct proofs to it are not present. We have an the idea about the time and the opportunity to track on traces the biological objects changes from the past. Other source of confidence is activity of people (naturally, not all, but scientists and technologists) in creation from nothing new lifeless objects, such as buildings, cars or electronics. Much more indirect evidences that the simple becomes complicated thanks to contact with the complex. Practice of people simply shouts of it. People gradually created and complicated processes and objects. Just intellectuals, scientists did it. I.e. the created by people objects received information for the complexity from the complex representations in very complex human brain. For the vast majority of people, including, those who the last 150 years climbs up top of a social pyramid, rare people whom it is possible to call scientists, and occasionally, very much it is not frequent, the people coming to change the social relations is something like aliens: they are not able to control, about them speak, but they cannot be learned, results speak about their power (knowledge is power), but it can be dangerous. If that these creators made, cannot keep itself, and the commoners start destroying, these creators anathematize as it happens in Ukraine to memory of Lenin and the Soviet Union who created the statehood in the Ukraine. Now instead of to transform it to statehood by universal rules, this statehood is destroyed with success. This vandalism with delight is perceived by senators who are democratically elected by the American people (cool all this characterizes the American people and all West). Of course, zapadenets do not understand that is the Ukrainian statehood. More over they did not understand that is Polish, Hungarian or Austrian statehood and american Jew can exploit them for advancement his feudal idea. It is a pity that Ukrainians give easily the own land to every Tom, Dick and Harry. By the way, in science alchemists whom now anathematize can be an example. Though among them for certain there were scientists. The Soviet science was turned in general into the arena of fight for a place in tsekovsk of organized hierarchy. It is natural that in this a la science winners mock at the victim. What there can be a cooperation and search of rules of the game like a relay race here?

People invented a lot of fairy tales about the self-development. In general, everything that engineers from science narrate about things which cannot be checked action, always the fairy tale. It is about the atom structure and the Universe, a biological cell and interiors of Earth, the principles of functioning of our brain and gods. When masses took it on trust, leaders from the western science created the markets with high barriers and armed security forces. This is small state. This is one of the decentralized territories of the bourgeois decentralization. Such the many territories states put together the all present politically almost controlled states. It is the main reception which is guarded by the western politicians. This is the underlying idea that becames their technology of stabilization. Technology spontaneous, unconscious, quietly fitted into country thinking, both the top layer, and the lower layer of structural elements bearing the top. By the way, politicians I also carry to masses, i.e. to the groups submitting to statistical regularities without leaders and people setting rules of the game. The market relations are the relations allowing and even demanding from leaders of technologically developing territories to become at the same time organizers of all society, subordinating politicians. When the technological territory develops or at least grows, everything is normal. If all only remain because of consumption of their results, it is bad. However, on the Earth The growth is possible and it is the need for the western technological figures thanks to growth of China. But it is not forever. There was a wish that other countries too were connected. Including Russia as it once though not for a long time was made by the Soviet Union through military market and mirror cooperation with the West.

Concept about self-development is an convenient axiom for those who boss with modern science. This is simplification. The humanity have neither knowledge nor theories about process of beginnings of atoms, objects of the Universe, biological cells, organisms and our brains. The self-development is the simplification of the lowest level. Primitive people imagined equal to them with soul and consciousness stones, trees, animals. Some reasons led to it. In particular, their many qualities were more clear. After all people then were much closer to natural objects and are more talented in supervision, than any of us. The theory is too simplification, for example, such science as physics. Any theory created by people has a range of definition. The theory truly serves to people in borders of this area. The practices play an important role to learn the range of definition. I was taught that the role of practice for selection of results of the theory was opened by Marx. He too was the spontaneous Darvinist and a bourgeois servant. It is a pity, as then the western social sciences consisted of a chimpanzee: if they had an axiom of the complex world and cooperated for creation of complex model, we would live in the ather world, simpler for people, more complex for the top. The human practice does not confirm the self-development axiom in any way. It rejects it. In activity of people the development of man-made objects happens through the models created by brains of the most educated and "spontaneous" people from the circle of creators of these objects. The human society is the same object of our creativity, as well as all the rest that is created by people. The market relations did not create the western societies. In Western Europe the kings gave freedom to intellectuals for creation of the complex production and distribution system, the system which is self-adjusted. Self-adjustment can seem in it only at first sight. So the West advertizes its market system. But anarchy is the cornerstone of the market system. It is based on aspirations of simple people to have conveniences, money and to participate in the silent check of the position in the common or the local inequality. I very much would like to see on the first place the convenience, but it is very frequent not so. Those countries in which the market system functions, went to it everyone the way. In each country it started from zero. All market countries gained knowledge from the West. The top received the part of the knowledge and further it think up. It gave freedom to producers. It copied some western rules. From zero the top and local leaders prepared a common people. But the people alteration was on the third place. Such method they reached the indispensable anarchy. It is the nature law: at first the leader with the leading part, and then the national expectations cultivated by them. Why now in the territory of socialist camp not people live, but money? Generally, when copying the western achievements there is no the self-development. There are deadlocks and problems with a top. Inability of the western politicians and scientists to make multiple copies the market relations, aspiration to spread feudal globalization, can generate only future instability. The feudal structure suits for small human societies. The Soviet Union broke up when the top carried out feudalization.

The self-development axiom is not always joined to the facts and statistics. If to hold back that there are people, then cars, planes, computers, our dwellings are self-developed. Experts restore chains of changes in a structure of live organisms on the remained remains and on the existing organisms. With the existing facts the scientific people hurry to add the Universe picture with the guesses, both for space, and in time. I think, the doubts in self-development opportunities expressed more than once. Calculations of the probability of casual creation of conplex dead biological molecules or living cell are the most known. Recently the electronic version of the book R.K.Balandina "From Nikola Tesla to the Big explosion. Scientific myths" got to me. Here quotes from it are: "Idea of self-generation and self-development of live organisms - the old scientific myth" (page 51 of 206 in russian) and "it is logical to proceed from idea of originally ordered universe" (page 56 of 206 in russian). The idea of the ordered universe is a separate, big and necessary subject. Now one of requirements of people of scientists at a reasoning on development is the requirement to represent an initial state as zero or chaotic. They do, of course, retreats within differential equation in particular derivatives, i.e. deductive rules of a conclusion. Similar approaches were good and are now good if you are in the beginning of a way. At the same time it is necessary to consider that the world is simple. But always, having gathered, having acquired rather large amount of material, it is necessary to pass to idea of the world, as about the complex. The man brain does so. So the person matures. Too it is time for people to consider the world complex. Especially for the top and to teach who are lower. Likely, there are some hypotheses on this way. For example, the hypothesis of existence of the complex ordered space in which there was a Universe can be possible. Many complexities were inherited by the Universe. We know not everyone about world around, and we should learn and apply this knowledge. The ordered space is a complexity, at least, not smaller, than complexity of our brain. It has complexity not smaller, than at live organisms on the Earth. It is interested in something in our existence and development. From there a number of external problems for mankind arise. At such approach it is possible to look for ways of development of religious views and, respectively, social education.

The idea about possibility of the self-development is abstraction quite dangerous to our species. It creates illusion that at any behavior of people everything will develop automatically. Here the natural barrier is. It because the complex objects of the Universe are not connected among themselves by internal communications and enter interaction only at chaotic contacts. The nature solved the problem of casual chaos using unilateral effect of a predator. As result the jungle arise - the most complex biological object: interaction of the separated live organisms and their species on the unilateral external communications closed of a circle. The jungle is a limit of development of wildlife at necessary animal individualism. And, respectively, for people the market system is a limit for the society that constructed on division of people and absolutization of decentralization without submission of its leading part. The jungle has no ability of to duplicate. It arises thanks to a variety of species, and always the new species creation and, respectively, a lot of time is required. The jungle is function of the reproduction of organisms and species and is not independent object of wildlife. It is the main reason of their instability. The jungle is the attempt to repeat that once hardly worked well with cells at the creation of organisms. Unsuccessful attempt. With us the nature tried to correct. People should not repeat failures of the nature. It is necessary to study on others mistakes. Besides, there are still distinctions which do market system absolutely unstable. Both the jungle, and market system have to be in dynamics always. Stability of the jungle depends on a variety and stability of animal species and, respectively, on stability of the individuals. Dynamics in the jungle is slow and also takes place the replacement, and it is in turn programmed by the nature. So far everything is similar and in market system. But people with the replacement have a problem. In market system territories create and replace. For example, the territory of engines was replaced by several new one. Firms and goods change. The jungle depends on changes in environment. In genetics of living beings variability is result of influence of information from the outside and billions of years of tests and mistakes is put. It defines either emergence of new biotypes at change of conditions or stability. Except the external raw environment the market system has dependence on several internal processes of human society, which not always dependent among themselves. Not the complete dependence of processes is the reason of crises even in the stable environment. Dynamics of market system is connected about emergence of new goods and their organization in system and are defined by intelligence of people of participants of the system. But the people intelligence is the corporate result. That demands the separation of the intelligence from the market system because it leads to the dependence between processes. From this it follows that science and education have to be independent from the market system. Non-performance of these conditions leads to short-reception of new products and the dynamics braking. The Soviet Union and other underdeveloped countries attached to the western market systems show examples of inability to make new goods because the science and education subordination, either to the authoritative center, or participants of the markets. The example of Marx theories demonstrates the dependence of the western social science from the top. But in the western countries till the 21st century technological sciences had let not full, but necessary independence which was protected by the state. Now too the top tries to copy, but times not those.

It is possible to be still long enough among animals the dominating biological species, but the today reached organization will be never any more if not to break a market spontaneous impasse and not to put the organization by brains. The western market relations as well as in the nature, it is spontaneously arisen jungle. I.e. at most that it is possible to make without creation of social complete system with the leading part. We are the example of the nature refusal of the jungle. The nature for development of difficult systems through a number of experiments added the jungle with our biological species, having replaced the Darwin selection with the principle of a predator, with monopoly of the person. In humen medium it is necessary through monopoly of the leading part to add the market jungle with organizing rules, having closed the markets borders in their local areas. At the same time the global absolute power of money will end. Thus the mankind should learn to make multiple copies the markets.

Jews are guilty in their tragedies at collision with other people. They developed the positive selection, learned to unite organizationally, but not on an outline of the expected result, their children are inclined to learn, they have a big percent hardworking by the head for themselves and for the good of the nation. They achieve success in the environment of other people, but do not give the social skills, the rules of education of children and behavior among in their social environment to another. Their success pricks the main nation eyes and arouses hostility. The main nations drive away theirs in the past from Asia, from Egypt, from Spain, from Germany, arranged pogroms. The Hitlerism lifted fight against them, having shown, what level reaction to them. They have two problems of contact with other people: inability, being oneself, developing the their talents, only not to be opposed, and to become part a social, imperceptible, driving force of an organism of the people in which they, without being dissolved, float, and together with it to lift the people to the level of the social instincts and abilities. At them strongly internal desire not to fall to lower level, but also not to lift others to itself. Flatters them to see itself special, the separated community, to feel like people among animals, realizing the superiority, and supporting in itself feeling of the victim. Now they are Americans.

The development is an accumulation of the information. It is necessary to proceed from conservation laws. It is necessary to assume that the same law is concerning the information, at least, unilateral. Since it is connected with that the information in our world is in hard-copy form. The information can get on the hard-copy form only from other hard-copy form and cannot arise in itself there. I.e. there is no self-generation of the information, and, therefore, in our material world there is no self-development. The changes which we observe among around us and we study, have three reasons. The first reason is connected with recognition of the existence of a source of information which is out of our Universe. This source generated the Universe or, that is more probable, participated in its generation. This hypothesis is opposite to a hypothesis of absolute emptiness from which the Universe sprang up. The hypothesis of initial chaos fits into the hypothesis of the ordering space. Relying on observation which people recorded in social consciousness, it is possible to claim that the condition of chaos arising with a growth natural is for the Universe, and is rather widespread for development of the material systems of the Universe. The chaos of еру exorbitant growth then is replaced with new structure when еру emergence of new information leads to new ordering of the increased number of the system elements. Absence of necessary information leads to chaos which destroys already created structures, reduces number of elements, and returns system to one of former qualities responsible for stability at the appropriate lower quantitative level which was passed by system earlier, or completely destroys it. From chaos still there is an exit in the development.

The second reason is connected with freedom of the Universe, admissible for elements of systems: within the reached quality the element or ensembles of elements have opportunity to build own structures satisfying rules of interaction both in a set of qualities of the system, and in the restrictions imposed by other structures. It is process of search of options. It happens spontaneous or is under construction on model. The maximum opportunities of search are realized if at changes information is not lost. Otherwise even at quantitative reduction there is a chaos. This reason creates domination. In this reason a survival.

The third reason is connected with collisions. It always conducts to destruction of system. That one more reason of the market system instability.

The hypothesis of the ordered space is not intended for recruitment of supporters, pack, a gang. Its task search of conditions of obtaining new information and conditions of application of this information for modification of material structures in system. The ordered space is not religious, church god to who the people should pray and wait from it for favor now or after death.

The people enter the relations for several reasons:

-- When something is necessary for one of them personally and he looks for a contact.

-- When the one person can satisfy the another person of reasons of benefit, future benefit or education, responding to a request or exhausting or when hi is in a trap.

-- When personally it is necessary nothing for them, but one person of them is compelled by social conditions. From the second person it is required to understand this situation and to make the decision on support of the social requirement. This point takes place in rather developed social systems when in people the understanding of the social environment and the mediated contacts is cultivated. It is not for primitive environments. It is a situation of complex systems. Governors with limited knowledge of the environment destroy the mediated contacts.

Никакое саморазвитие не может сделать за людей их работу. One more attempt to pay attention that almost completely the future of people depends on people, on our choice of the most skillful leaders with the maximum knowledge for the organization of societies. No self-development can make their work for people.
