    In order to finally solve the issue of "Building a civilized society" on the territory of the future Russia, it needs to be given to these territories an "absolute idea"; "absolute weapon"; solve the problem of roads; solve the problem of rational use of resources and, most importantly, give "absolute retribution" - that is, clean out the psychology of slaves, fools and scoundrels at the genetic level .... and the sooner the better

   But who knows correct when it will happen - the most important thing is to snatch to yourself, the exceptional one, today and now.
    
   BOOK THIRD - "Twenty years later"

   Continuation of narration with transition of the main story line to Eurasia.
   Coalition of American peoples began to build contacts with Eurasia and China, at the same time counteracting the most destructive forces on territory of him.
   The most important for further development of events were contacts with the Order of Cathars who with assistance of the Koganate has guided up Christian world on the way of rational puritanism; with China that gave to the Koganate its philosophy of patience and diligence.
   As a result, was completely destroyed the "Golden Horde" and aggressive "Arab East" disintegrated at separate small "beyliks", interconnected by "Mutual protection" as oath on Koran "Regarding mutual nonaggression".
   At the same time as the Golden Horde was eliminated began development and stabilization of "the Great Koganate" with one of political centers where will never be appeared shameful Putin's Russia.
  
   AND CONCLUDING, BOOK FOUR - "Three hundred years later".
