Summary:

In the future, it is planned to carry out production and assembly of series of floating settlements, directly at the place of deployment, using the "prototype settlement" as a production base.

The main ideology of such production is "floating settlements will have to reproduce themselves by local resources usage".

THE PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT - is to clean up the Sargasso Sea from anthropogenic waste and its biological utilization with additional usage of biomass of the Sargasso Sea.

The resulting product will be used in the agro-complexes and fish farm of this floating settlements.

The main business idea of the project is that, through the usage of the features of the Sargasso Sea and its bio resources - the complete mechanical and biochemical processing of the garbage accumulated in this area and its utilization needs to be carried out directly on-site, in the Sargasso Sea, by usage of its resources by waste-free technology and the profitability of this project should be sufficient for its self-sufficiency.

... substances are extracted from algae, then algae can be used as food for fish and livestock and extracted halogens can be used in the technological chain of plastic destruction.

(C).... A mix of waste after the processing consists of the algae and degraded garbage - goes sequentially to the fermenters and then into hydroponics tanks.

(С) .... this project can make inhabited zone unappropriated territory of Atlantic Ocean in the form of continuous chain of permanent settlements located in Sargasso Sea that has favorable climate and circulating technologically beneficial currents.

As well, such a project may give thousands of tons of products and fertilizers received in accordance with "green technologies" from floating settlements in coastal area of countries of this region which will be cooperated with similar floating settlements in Sargasso Sea region.

(C) ... The technology of hot shotcrete allows the fabrication of unlimited large hollow structures using a mixture of thermoplastic and basalt fiber.

Hull of houseboat and working structures of the village is designed for long-term operation (with damage repairing during operation), during at least 50 years.

Considering that each floating settlement will collect and process hundreds of tons of plastic per year, such constructions using local raw materials and solar energy will be very cheap.

The first module is a self-propelled Houseboat.

The second module is a limited self-propelled working raft.

Distiller belt having width 1.5m and length 15-20m during a light day of ten hours will give at least 100 liters from one distiller per day.

As an example, 20 distillers will give at least 2000 liters of technical fresh water per day.

(C) .... The main consumer of this technical, demineralized water is the eichhornia plantations, which grow in tall tanks and have, as an additional product, freshwater, herbivorous fish.

The nutritional value of Eichornia in dry form is equal to that of oats.

Water hyacinths are one of the fastest growing aquatic plants and can quadruple in size and mass during single month.

The Eichhornia has efficiency for the removal of organic and inorganic pollutants from wastewater

The total area for Eichornia planting is 400 m2, therefore, the output of green mass per year is at least 80 tons

Using granular paste that consists of 30% algae supplement + 10 % of mineral supplements + 20% of granulated krill and 30% of fermented algae allows to contain 25-30 dairy goats in each agricultural raft it can gives 10-12 tons of milk for processing on cheese per year and 10 to 20 kg of live freshwater fish per tank.

.... productivity of a flexible cage will be from 30 to 50 tons of varietal fish per year, and together with additional feeding of caught fingerlings (tuna) total productivity of a cage with salt water will be from 70 up to 120 tons of fish per year for sale

How looks, in my opinion the current environmental motion!?

The more I understand the situation with the "environmental political movements", the more they appear to me "red light districts", where any "Greta Thunberg" of different sex, age and shabbiness may do the rounds

For more than three months I have been collecting information, contacting or trying to maintain contact with "green" organizations and with official environmental groups.

What is my opinion about the situation in the field of practical ecology and about the officials who oversee this topic?

About "green" organizations - extremely negative. Basically, these are either unprofessional and irresponsible screamers who brawl for the sake of the scandal itself, or they are outright scammers who live off these organizations and, even worse, on the outright racket from organizing these scandals.

Politicians like Annalena Baerbock or Trudeau!?

Everything is very simple here. They habitually trade by own face and other people's money (not forgetting themselves) on this political street.

Officials and some persons which declared itself as employees of organizations!?

Mainly they are of two types.

The first one is professional scammers who indicate themselves as someone's official, then give under it a fictitious Internet address, but, on the other hand, a real account number where you need to transfer money.

I gradually began to collect a database on them. Then I will publish.

State officials!?

It is a rare mixture of complete irresponsibility and illiteracy.
