    What were the main mistakes of previous projects!? They did not consider the opportunities that gave the peculiarities of the Sargasso Sea and place of collection of garbage was far away from place of its utilization. Moreover, all the proposed projects were not only subsidized, with a high level of expenditure, but also provided for the removal and storage of garbage in countries adjacent to the Caribbean region. Considering that all of these are developing countries and they do not have a sufficient technological structure to dispose of such an amount of environmentally hazardous waste, this, in essence, was a continuation of colonial policy.

   Dear Sirs, my partner and I are initiating a project to create a chain of self-sufficient, energy-independent and environmentally friendly floating settlements in Sargasso Sea.
  
   THE PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT - is to clean up the Sargasso Sea from anthropogenic waste and its biological utilization with additional usage of biomass of the Sargasso Sea.
   The resulting product will be used in the agro-complexes and fish farm of this floating settlements.

   What were the main mistakes of previous projects!?
  
   They did not consider the opportunities that gave the peculiarities of the Sargasso Sea and place of collection of garbage was far away from place of its utilization.
   Moreover, all the proposed projects were not only subsidized, with a high level of expenditure, but also provided for the removal and storage of garbage in countries adjacent to the Caribbean region.
  
   Considering that all of these are developing countries and they do not have a sufficient technological structure to dispose of such an amount of environmentally hazardous waste, this, in essence, was a continuation of colonial policy.
   It is a policy in which some, thoughtlessly and without regard for the consequences, consume, and, among the results of this consumption, others have to "survive".

   The main business idea of the project is that, through the usage of the features of the Sargasso Sea and its bio resources - the complete mechanical and biochemical processing of the garbage accumulated in this area and its utilization needs to be carried out directly on-site, in the Sargasso Sea, by usage of its resources by waste-free technology and the profitability of this project should be sufficient for its self-sufficiency.
  
   FEATURES OF THE SARGASSO SEA, WHICH ALLOWING TO USE FOR UTILIZATION OF TECHNOLOGICAL GARBAGE THE HIGHLY PRODUCTIVE WASTE-FREE TECHNOLOGY DIRECTLY AT THE SITE OF ITS COLLECTION

   The Sargasso Sea is the territory of the anticyclone water cycle in the Atlantic Ocean and warm currents are considered as its boundaries.
   The water in the Sargasso Sea is practically motionless due to the HUGE AMOUNT OF ALGAE, THE STOCK OF WHICH CAN EXCEED 10-11 TRILLION TONS.
   The speed of water movement in the circulation around of Sargasso Sea reaches 25-30 cm/s, WITH THE MAXIMUM SPEEDS (50 cm/s) BEING OBSERVED IN THE SUBSURFACE LAYERS.
   THE HEIGHT OF THE WAVES IS 1-1.25 m IN WINTER AND CALM PREVAILS IN SUMMER. The maximum tide in the Sargasso Sea is only 0.8 m.
  
   The main biological product of the Sargasso Sea, which allows to realize the biochemical recycling of hard-to-destruct plastic, IS THE BROWN ALGAE OF THE SARGASSO SEA, WHICH HAS A HIGH CONTENT OF IODINE AND BROMINE.

   "Sargassum algae grow at depths from 2 up to 3 meters and branch along the surface.
   They contain proteins (up to 13 gr.%), fats (up to 2 gr.%), fiber (up to 11 gr.%), mineral salts (up to 3 gr.%), water (up to 12 gr.%), carbohydrates (up to 11 gr.%), vitamins of group B, as well as vitamins C, D, E, PP, provitamin A.
   The designation gr.% shows how many grams of a substance are in 100 grams of the product.
   Algae are rich by iodine and brome. According to studies, in 100 g algae contains up to 298.4 mg of iodine and in 100 g of product contents from 250 up to 350 mcg of bromine."
  
   One of the problems that hinders the widespread usage of Sargasso algae for livestock and fish feed is such high content of iodine and bromine in them.
   Should these substances be extracted from algae, then algae can be used as food for fish and livestock and extracted halogens can be used in the technological chain of plastic destruction.
  
   Crushed polyethylene, polypropylene, PET, etc. are well impregnated by halogens and are destroyed as on physical and as chemical level.
  
  
   The ultraviolet impact complements this destruction.

   One of the big accumulation points of garbage
  
   Under the influence of halogens, plastic transforms into amorphous structures and as a result of that its volume increases and its integrity is violated - i.e. stresses arise in it and, under the impact of ultraviolet and high-temperature steam, in the presence of sodium chloride executes its final destruction on the molecular level.
   There is only one type of plastic that is not destroyed by means of usage of this technology it is fluoroplastics, but they have a high specific gravity and do not floats in the ocean.

   The exemplary composition of garbage in its collecting point
  
   After the halogens extracting from the algae and usage of halogen for breaking down plastics into a solar degrader, the algae paste that mixed with krill and eichhornia is manufactured into dried pellets which are using for fish and farm animal feed.
  
   A mix of waste after the processing consists of the algae and degraded garbage - goes sequentially to the fermenters and then into hydroponics tanks.
  
   AS I HAVE ALREADY WRITTEN ABOVE - THE MAIN MISTAKE OF THE PRECEDERS IS THAT THE PROCESS OF COLLECTION AND RECYCLING OF GARBAGE IS PERFORMED SEPARATELY AND IN PLACES WHICH ARE LOCATED FAR FROM ONE ANOTHER.
  
   Furthermore, they carried out this collecting in the Sargasso Sea region, and the processing of waste was executed at 1000 kilometers away, in countries that would agree to accept this garbage.
   Such transportation and multiple reloading, even if waste partially compacted, is a complex and expensive operation.
   Not to mention about what kind of environmental shock will receiv the processing countries, which will try to dispose of this garbage, to the best of their modest technical capabilities.
  
   In the present project - garbage collecting, primary crushing and its packaging into long cylindrical permeable bags are carried out by a self-propelled houseboat, it has the necessary attachments for this operations which is attached to it and works together with a working, limitedly self-propelled raft carrying an additional solar power plant and a battery storage.
  
   The final processing of garbage is carried out into floating settlement that select one of annular stream that has the needed speed and follow the collectors.
  
   Garbage, together with algae, which are crushed to millimeter fractions, it is sucked in by a water pump and stuffed in the form of a dense mass into a water permeable bags (it is the principle of a vacuum cleaner bag-collector).
  
   After crushing and stuffing garbage into water permeable bags, its volume is reduced ten times from the original.
