   Transportation of grain, by the consent of Putin's Russia, it looked like from the beginning as Turkish financial and political adventure, doomed to failure.
   Worse of this it could be only an attempt by Poland to get hot on the completely senseless and overly expensive transportation of grain by road trains through the intermediate Polish granaries.
   From the very beginning, I proposed to transport grain ONLY by rail, with usage of pneumatic reloading of grain between wagons with different gauges and ONLY through German ports.
  
  
   Why did I turn to this topic?
   I have experience in transporting and reloading bulk materials with compressed air (this is a commonly used way of doing such work in the world) and when I read that grain, due to the supposedly UNSOLVABLE PROBLEM of reloading into wagons with different gauges, is should be transported through intermediate granaries (which are also need to be built on the territory of Poland) by means of convoys of cars usage, moreover with multiple reloading, then my first thought was that financial fraud are being organized ... the second was the same ...
  
   How would a normal engineer (well, for example, as me) organize the reloading and transportation of grain!?
  
   Consider what we have and the boundary conditions.
  
   On the railway it is had four-axle universal platform model 13-401 (with metal sides)

   Platform load capacity is 69 tons.
   Platform weight (+tare) is 20.7 tons.
   Platform area is 36.6 m2
  
   Internal dimensions of the universal platform:
   Platform length on a floor (from a board to a board) is 13290 mm.
   Platform width on a floor (from a board to a board) is 2760 mm.
   Platform height (from rail to floor) is 1305 mm.
   Высота продольных бортов - 500 мм.
  
  
   number of wagons in the train:
   in cargo - 75. The maximum number of cars in the train - 110
  
   That is, one train can transfer, at one time, approximately 7,000 tons
  
  
   What is complication of such transportation?
  
  
   The Ukrainian and European railways has different widths of gauges - the reloading of grain is required.
  
  
   Transportation by automobile transport
  
   It is uneconomical and the number of grain reloading increases many times; VERY EXPENSIVE intermediate granaries are required.
  
   In such convoy, it can be 5-10 trucks simultaneously only, each of it must transport from 30 to 50 tons of grain at the same time.
  
   For transport the amount of grain equivalent to one train it is requires the movement of a convoy of HEAVY CARS of about 100 cars - this is not realistic technically.
  
   For example -
  
   On the ship "Matros Pozinich", on which the invaders transported out from Ukraine grain, there were 27 thousand tons of stolen grain - i.e. - it is necessary and sufficient for such transportation four trains only
  
   Who and why wants to organize such a scam with endless columns of heavy vehicles and the construction of intermediate granaries!?
  
   Most likely, Polish and Turkish speculators and politicians who want to create for themselves a long-term feeding-rack on the grain boom.
  
   How and in what way it is necessary to transport grain by rail in order to minimize the cost of reloading, while maximizing of the usage of the cheapest and most load-bearing type of rail cars - an open platform.
  
   For transportation, can be used a low-pressure polyethylene bag placed on the platform , which has two unloading and two loading ports.

   When bags will be ordered for kitting-up of two train (200 pieces), their cost will be around of 600-800 dollars of each.

   How does this overload scheme work?
  
   There are two trains, one of which (supplying grain) has a wide gauge and the second (receiving grain) has a narrow gauge, are placed on parallel tracks.
  
   Nearby bags of parallel trains be connected by transport hoses having suction and discharge air injectors at its' ends.
  
   The central part of the bag, as it is unloaded, is lifted by a crane or a telfer.
   Apparently, it will be optimal the scheme in which will be simultaneous overloading of every fourth flatcar.
  
   Grain reloading time for one pair of bags is approximately near 15 minutes... that is, taking into account the movement of the train and hoses reconnecting during the reloading process, the total reloading time will be within 2.5 - 3 hours.
  
   Apparently, a scheme of four shuttle trains along each used route will be optimal.
  
   It seems to me that it can be more profitable to transport grain for loading into sea bulker into German ports and not to Polish.
