Firstly -

It's most likely wasn't some kind of a unique piece of cosmic garbage, having an anti-Putin mentality, but the result of usual thieves' scheme in Putin's Russia acting.

As I suppose, instead of a special titanium alloy alloyed with vanadium, technical titanium grades VT1-00 or VT1-0 which is cheaply and easily processed were used for the SPACE STATION hull.

They did not know, due to their complete technical incompetence, that under the action of the solar wind, commercial titanium transforms from 'a' to 'b'-modification, which has a reduced viscosity and increased permeability, and then sorbs hydrogen from ammonia or the solar wind.

The main disadvantage of technical titanium, which has passed into the 'a'-modification, is hydrogen embrittlement.

In titanium, from which the hulls of several stations were made, branching fractures began to appear along of the backdrop of increased fragility.

I need more information about the configuration of the hull in the area of structural failure and it is likely that additional materials and equipment will be needed for repairs.

By what technology can be carried out such a repair!?

Such repairs do not require special professional training.

If something happens to them, it will no longer be funny, but tragic.
