When you were the greatest king?

The Imperator lifts up his hand -

What gives it, life or death?

From him, to save your breath.

The Gladiator's life is dull -

You are the shadows son

If Roman warrior breaks the skull -

You will not see the Sun.

But now, stand up, and tell them all,

That you are no more a slave,

You'll leave the Coliseum walls -

But you're not going to grave.

You were the Gladiator, King,

And you were the Romans' toy.
