Introduction

For a long time many historians, despite the criticism, trying to find hidden patterns of historical events, including their date of nonrandom, to be able to use patterns to predict uncovered. There are many studies looking at the history of Russia as cycles, the duration of which is related to the periods of planets of the Solar system. So, the orbital period of Jupiter is about 12 years, forming the basis of the Eastern calendar, and it connects many important events with intervals of multiples of 12: 12, 24, 36 ... 144 years, etc. the Most famous
12-year cycle forms a chain of fateful years in the history of Russia XX century: 1905-1917-1929-1941-1953-1965-1977-1989-2001-2013 - .... . Similar research presented in [1,2].

Also known for 29.5-year cycle, probably associated with the planet Saturn, which as experience shows, only periodically, for example, within about 100 years. So this cycle is manifested by linking the dates of the deaths of the rulers of Russia and the USSR (Fig.1): Alexander III (1894) ? Lenin V.I. (1924) ? Stalin I.V. (1953) ? Brezhnev L.I. (1982). A coincidence is a coincidence can not be explained. However, at the moment, the cycle of Saturn, the action ceased.

Despite a clear manifestation of the mentioned cycles, starting from the date of departure from the life of Emperor Alexander III in 1894, it seems to be very interesting to test the implementation of the laws to the opened this tragic moment for the Empire, for example, during the previous nineteenth century. And this theme has devoted copyright study [3], from which it is useful to cite some excerpts. "Which year corresponds to a complete cycle of Saturn to the death of Alexander III? This 1864 Nicholas I died a natural death in 1855 ....... Let's see, if not the eldest brother Constantine? After all, he was the heir of Alexander I and Nicholas had time to swear allegiance to Constantine, until the final surrender of the latter. Looking into the genealogical table, we see that Constantine died in 1831. There inevitably comes to mind the legend of Fedor Kuzmich. According to legend, Alexander I have not died in 1825 in Taganrog, as it was officially announced, and left to wander in Russia and ended his days in the wilds of Siberia under the name of Fyodor Kuzmich. Test this hypothesis, I did not know when he died Fyodor Kuzmich and thought unlikely to Alexander I (if he was) lived until 87 years. However, it turned out that Fyodor Kuzmich slept in Bose in January 1864 ...... .What to prove. "

Therefore, even if you count all the same death Fyodor Kuzmich, it occurred in 1864, is complete and accurate identification of him with Alexander I is officially unconfirmed and partly mythological fact. At least, the applicability of the event to the subject can be considered 50/50, i.e. about 50%.

A careful study of the manifestation of Saturn cycles can be seen not only on the fate of the rulers of the Russian Empire and the USSR. The same pattern emerged on the fate of Russian writers of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries (Fig. 3):

Gogol N.V. (1852) ? Dostoevsky F.M. (1881) ?

? Tolstoy L.N. (1910) ? Bulgakov M.A. (1940).

And this law is also still waiting for its researchers.

Despite the fact that such a chain of events often difficult to identify, but there is always the desire to search for and understanding of the laws of the history of Russian attempts of its mathematical description is not only limited to a period of -100 years, and within a longer retrospective. And in this article made such an attempt, and presented results of such laws.

As taught classics of philosophy, the development of most complex systems there is a spiral. However, it is known that there are at least two kinds of helix:

1) cylindrical spiral, without focus, determined by periodic cycles such astronomical cycles as described above;

2) conical spiral with a focus or zero point Z (Zero), dividing successively convergent and divergent branches.

Presentation of historical processes in Russia as a conical spiral with a central point consist of focus in a spiral and isn't original. In article [4] had previously shown a flowchart of the helical development of Russia since the Christening of Rus. However, until now the main problem consist of the definition parameters of the spiral.

In one of these options can be applied Fibonacсi's series with known relationship between them by Golden Section (GS), which are universal and are used in many areas. Now is known for pioneering work (theory) of doctor Shchapovа Y.L., consider the applicability of the Fibonacci numbers for the periodization of history [5]. But this theory consist of great historical periods, the duration of which is a multiple of the numbers of the Fibonacci series in thousands of years.: 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13 thousand years ... So it is not acceptable understanding of the events of the recent history of the XX century and for the most famous events of 1000 years of history, starting with the Christening of Rus, and then the Russian and Soviet empires, this post-Soviet period of Russian history.

In previous works [6-10] identification of regulations of Russian history was based on the development of the spiral for her GS and similarity of historical events within one angular sector to different eras.

Аннотация: The article discusses the genesis of political epochs of the Russian history during about 1000 years. The study used Spiral Golden Ratio, created on the basis of mathematical Fibonacci cycles - historical periods, whose duration in years divisible by Fibonacci numbers. The history of Russia is represented in the form of a converging 3-turns spiral GS with a focus in the form of a point Z (Zero). Wherein each spiral turn is composed of four cycles of the GS, and further dividing each cycle into three intervals forms 12 divisions per revolution, like hour clock ..
