Аннотация: "KIC 8462852 is a star, between the constellations Cygnus and Lyra, approximately 454 parsecs (1500 light years) from Earth. In September 2015, several astronomers published a paper analyzing the peculiar light output of the star. Measuring light fluctuations is a common way of detecting planets orbiting distant stars. However, this star had several extraordinarily peculiar results. Its light output was found to be consistent with a large mass (or many small masses together) orbiting the star in "tight formation", which lead to a series of peculiar hypotheses." (Wikipedia) -
