About improvement of electric chair, its mass using and perspective

Electric chair for death execution is well-known. Such chairs had had wide and effective using in the USA, the most democracy country of the world. At last time using of such chairs are limited because of formal but fiction refusal from death execution in some states of the USA as in all over the "civilized" world.

To murder is amorality, the more to murder of human, the more to murder of innocent human. Time has shown the most of the death executed were innocent people. They became only used up by judicial system.

Evolution of equipments for death execution was inspired by sufferings of prisoners on death row, namely, how they writhed about and how it was looked. Therefore beating by stones was changed on a gibbet, guillotine, and execution by firing squad and, at last, on electric chair. Poisons as for taking into and for an injection are in the list of the "humanism" of course.

With legalization of euthanasia poisons will get new life in death executions. For example, "Leading journalists of a country presented their petitions to a Court about their voluntary euthanasia. The Court sentence was put into effect before its proclamation". For euthanasia of common people such announcements will not be needed.

When discussions about prohibition of any death execution had had place, latent death execution (LDE) was invented and all "civilized" countries turn to using the innovation holding all, who have not got the moratoria on usual death execution, up to shame.

Now some technologies of LDE are in using widely. The most applied of them are chemical (medicine) and electro-magnetic, which have not had yet special name. Medical methods used in medicine, they enough compromised itself and got under prohibition, but the modifications of those medical means, which cannot be found after their using and which gives reliable result some time later, still are in using.

Electric means are different matter since they are everywhere and on which no one pays any attention. It is convenient, hygienically and it has not been prohibited by any convention yet. But one shortcoming all the same the means, which have not had its name, have: electric chair is the prototype for it.

Victim is fixed on an electric chair at her death execution and it is already violence. Electric current that goes through victim destroys the human's body on molecular level. At that the body itself is not deformed and dismembered and it is considered as a humane characteristic of electric chair.

If victim (with injuries of her body which are not compatible with life) does not death on the electric chair and let go out her from it, that she will not be stay alive for a long time she only die a little later. It could be the first step in developing of LDE but such latent method was not used.

Firstly, it is difficult to fine individual doze that is needed for latent death of a person. Secondly, such necessity was not. At that time people still thought that in a court - judge, barristers - protect and all people were agreed the murders were justly and therefore killed openly.

Now it is different matter. Development of legislation has been leaded for nonsense, courts are not responsible and of course appeared moratoria on death execution. But in order to crime of high level does not lose executors of "dirty work" latent death executions has got widely using, namely, murder with using electro-magnetic means.

At such death executions a victim is not fixed on electric chair. The victim nothing suspect and has her usual life at her dwelling, goes to work, does shopping, meets with her relatives and friends. As a rule, in such case decision of responsible state bureaucrats (or ordinary examining) has place in accordance with which the person has been treated for some time. During the treatment the victim lost her health, memory, intellect, goes down on her official stars and the being will not has been living for a long time. Her death will just by a natural reason, for an example, leukaemia.

Let's will not enumerate all merits of the method of death execution. Idea and principle of such latent death execution are simple and clear: the victim is baked in her home - macrowave. Any building in the modern world is a macrowave cell. Artisans manage to network a radiator of over high frequency imperceptibly and with taste where and when just as they like. In such country as England all houses are rigged up by such system at their building and all English people already live "under the button".

(And else about the "treatments". Being in England we have watched on lots of people (independently from their sex, age, nationality, status of their reside, post, religion, colour of their skin and so on) outward signs which are similar with those, which we have had and felt on ourselves until now as a result of the treatments, and different ones. The people suffer from some treatments and keep silence. The most of them do not understand what is happening with them. We are sure that far not all of those people are deep-rooted criminals or have some serious offences. We suppose the most of them are good citizens and subjects. Many of the people became invalids, others - will become them in the nearest future.)

Skin of the baked person gets unnatural colour sunburn and such person is seen from far as a smoked. The person gets problems with her memory and symptoms of disseminate arteriosclerosis, Parkinson's and Alzheimer's diseases appear. Some persons grow so thin, but others - so grow stout. Symptoms of radial disease are watched. Combinations of all those signs depend from peculiarity of using cookery and individual qualities of the human's body.

People, who are under the treatment, are deprived right for correspondence. "Corpse" must to keep silent by determination. Human dies not at once after such death execution, he dies as by inertia.

At the treatment for diapason of macro-wave only a victim's skin is the antenna from which electrolyse of all parts of the victim's organism goes on because a body of living human works as semi conductive diode. At that maximum potential of voltage is put to the victim's head and toes. Between them without contacted electrolyse does on. It is not quick worked electric chair, it is slow tortured electric life and death will come later. All such things are done by law when death execution is prohibited completely.

Electro magnetic ionizing radiation in living buildings is prescribed by different legal method. The more intelligent lawyer the better he can substantiate presence of over high frequencies in your dwelling, but in real life no one trouble on that. For that is laws, for example, fighting with terrorism, illegal immigration, abandoned people and others, by which victim is not lead to court and it is killed by an opinion of some staff or an expert. Such death execution has official name - treatment. It may only be surprised on that simplicity and irresponsibility with which all those mass latent death execution are done.

Unsuccessful result takes place in any matter. If victim dies during of the treatment, it is called unsuccessful treatment. If victim became alive after that treatment and kept its personality, it is called unsuccessful treatment too.

Analyzing of general statistic of the e-journal http://zhurnal.lib.ru/ (where we published all our books and articles in Russian language) we found that the statistic on Russian server shows good dynamic of development of the e-journal:

But we found fall down of the statistic in 2006 when we researched statistic of renew of Home page of the e-journal in Internet archive (Fig. 3)

Statistic on Russian server imitates well-being only. From the Fig. 3 we see that in 2006 the e-journal was exposed strong deformation from outside.

Researching statistical data of our activity with our web site

for the period from 2000 to 2008, which we found in Internet Archive

we revealed that the statistical data shows the periods when we were poisoned in Russia in 2006 (started in 2005) and in 2003 (started in 2002).

We researched statistical data of other writers of the e-journal and revealed that our case is not the worth. In other words, the statistical data shows that some others writers are, who suffered more than we at the same time.

Any discussions had not been taken place on those events in any means of media and therefore we have not found them. We understand why. Because such kinds of poisonings have not been known yet for public and as a result our colleagues from the e-journal, as we, nothing understood when they had been poisoned.

There have been 35293 writers until 07 August 2008 in the e-journal "Samizdat". We researched statistical data of some writers, statistical popularity of which is near to ours. It is from 2085 to 1839 readers for a last 12 months.

Researched statistical data of activity of our colleagues on examples of 160 web sites, we revealed that 80 from them joined in the e-journal for two last years, e.g. after 2006. It is a half from all writers whom we researched. That was at one incoming young writers, who were not known well yet in the e-journal.

44 writers from those 80 ones, whom we researched and who joined in the e-journal before 2006, had been poisoned at the same time, in 2006. 19 writer, from those 44, stopped their (statistical) activity on their web site in fully and 25 writers - partly only.

We stopped our activity in 2006 partly and continued it after those poisonings desperately from last our forces. Now we understand what happened with our colleagues from the e-journal at the same time, as with us.

Researching the statistical data into point 2 above, we revealed there were writers not only from Russia, whom were in theirs most, but there were some writers from Byelorussia, German and the USA. That was surprise for us. Was not it international intergovernmental operation with purpose for a suppression of Russian language writers? That was not a problem of only "Samizdat" server since nothing bad happened with the writers from the point 3 above. Total statistic of the e-journal has been left progressive/ coming up those ones incoming young writers from the point 4 above, who came in the e-journal after 2006.

We were able to look through only 0.47% from total number of authors from the e-journal Samizdat. We found that 6000 authors of the e-journal were repressed.

Watching for the statistical data for all time of the e-journal existing, I succeeded to discover some statistic have shown on such repression of some writers in 2003 but such writers have remained in the e-journal "Samizdat" only a few percents.

If we compare Fig. 4, number of journalists killed in Russia from 2000 to 2008, with statistic data of falling of creative activity of authors of the e-journal Samizdat, who were repressed and latent death executed, that we will pay our attention on the same two peaks in 2002 and 2006.

When in Russia we had been poisoned by different means, including radiation or irradiation, my wife, Valentina Sukhanov, suffered much more than I since weight and density of woman's body tissues are less than a man. At the irradiation on a defeat of brain it is important meaning has thickness and density of skull bones, which are more strong/stout for a man. For all those reasons baking in a microwave dwelling both a husband and a wife at the same time is a cook's error since a man is cooked and baked for his readiness longer than a woman.

There is one story, as the e-journal's moderator - programmer Pavel Petrienko lost his wife, on Internet. The young woman dies from Leukaemia in 2006. Her sickness went very quickly.

That, perhaps, is the single case similar to those mass poisoning in 2006 in Russia, information of which is accessible on Internet.

There is else other example of latent murder of human. Urmass Ott, who much worked in Russia andwas well known and loved to Russian people, from Latvia in 2006 addressed to doctors, diagnose was leukaemia and he died in 2008.

Those two cases have not been investigated since they are not classified as murders.

When we made analogous calculations with statistic data of the e-journal for Russian language writers, who reside in the UK, we found that in the well-being European country about 75% from the number of all them were treated on affection of intellect. It is much more than in Russia where were repressed about 40% of writers. We give full list from the statistic data of the e-journal writers, who reside in the UK:

From the statistic data it looks that in the UK now 35 writers from the e-journal reside. 15 writers from them had placed their works until 2006 and 20 - after 2006. From those 15 writers 11 writers were repressed, from whom 6 ones in hard form because they stopped their activity in the e-journal in fully in 2006.

It has looked through such statistic for e-journal Samizdat we found that the repressions were everywhere, at that was used world system of punishment and elimination of persons in 2006

The e-journal is only fragment in the life of Russian people. Simply we could find the e-journal statistic data and on its example illustrate a process of some repressions, which had and has place with Russian public opinion. All other materials, in our opinion, are closed. Internet and Internet Archive gave only little "leakage" of some information about those repressions of thinking and writing public opinion.

After description of those examples it would like to say more on some aspects of effects of the modernized electric chairs, to mention accompanied to those means and materials, to describe some ways for self safety and also to enumerate found by us some defects of the world system of latent death executions.

Effects of macro-waves on a human body are complex and have not yet researched in it's fully. Let's pay attention on:

1. Ionizing effect,

2. Destroying of hydrogen's connections.

1. Well known the formula of ionization

E = Nh,

N - number of photons coming up in excitement and ionization,

- frequency of microwave

For example, energy of ionization for natrium

E_Na 495.8 x 10³ J/mol or E₁ 2 x 10^-22 J

for one atom of natrium. From here we can find number of photons N, which is needed for ionization of atom of natrium Na:

N = E₁/h 3 x 10³.

It is large number therefore such case unlikely, but the number N can be reduced much more and microwave's frequencies get ionization effect on tissues of human's body if additional resource of excitement be used, for example, radioactive polonium, or if human's body be affected by microwave in huge dozes until, literally, baking of human in microwave. As a result the human will get radial disease, which doctors ignore since traditional resource of ionization is not (for example, collapse on a nuclear power station). Namely, in the laboratory well known for specialists' occurrence from national life on criminalization of its population and on total latent killing of such "criminal" are succeeded to reveal. Law basic of variety and hidden death executions is modernized headlong. Scientists and constructors are hardly working for grants and salary. And to the time, when LDE and euthanasia are prohibited, partly and not obvious death executions (treatment), after which human will not die but in the same time he will not be living (more dead than alive) will be invented.
