Now this resident of Great Britain is trying to somehow reclaim his hard drive, bitcoins, and hundreds of millions of pounds.
History is interesting from a general philosophical point of view.

Apparently, such a concept as a "culture of historypacking" ("culture of H-packing") is necessary. We are introducing the notion of a "historypacking" ("H-packing").
We are introducing the concept now (in this miniature), but the phenomenon called this notion has existed for many centuries. It is called the culture of archiving, and the culture of museums, and the culture of preserving historical and cultural values, and the culture of keeping of diaries, the culture of writing memoirs ...
The concepts of "Historypacking" ("H-packing") and "Culture of Historypacking" ("culture of H-packing") are convenient because they cover all separate types of activity, all separate types of cultures of preserving the past.
