A politeness in a traffic jam. A story for children about Seryozha.

Seryozha left the house and went to the pool.

He decided to drive a little distance by a bus.

After two minutes of driving, the bus stopped.

An unpleasant feeling of disrupted plans. Seryozha decided to get off the bus and walk further in the direction of travel: he would see what the cause of the congestion was, and he would walk part of the way towards the pool.

  - I'll try to move this traffic jam away! Seryozha said to the driver and got off the bus.

There was no traffic in the opposite lane, so Seryozha decided to walk along the traffic jam on the drivers' side.

"Why are we standing?" He asked the female driver.

She turned away without answering him.

"She's probably divorced today," Seryozha sighed.

"Why are we standing?" - he asked a serious uncle with a chain around his neck.

The latter, in response, spat through the open window, but he didn't hit (didn't hooked) Seryozha.

"Probably he filed for bankruptcy in a simplified manner."

"Why are we standing, man?" - he asked the guy at the wheel.

  The guy muttered something inarticulate.

"Haven't he returned yet into himself after the COVID epidemic?", Seryozha thought philosophically.

At last, Seryozha saw the cause of the traffic jam.

In the middle of the road, a man stood with his arms outstretched and uttered some words.

Seryozha thought he heard the man was muttering: "The Constitution! The Accounting Chamber! Budget discipline!".

There was a traffic jam because of this man.

Seryozha did not go into assumptions about what happened to this man: "The situations are different, numerous now! Is he a journalist or a writer? Or maybe a student?"

Seryozha approached this man and politely said:

  - I am Seryozha, the Chairman of the Public Council Of The Pool. I have the honor to invite you to our pool to give you (as a gifts) the following items from the prize fund: foreign swimming trunks, rubber slippers, swimming goggles, a swimmer's cap, an excellent championship bathrobe worn after a victory, and a set of equipment for a diving. Come with me. I'm going to the pool now.

The man glared at Seryozha. However, Seryozha caught a small trace of interest into the evil man's gaze.

Seryozha took the evil man by the elbow and took him to the sidewalk.

The movement started, the traffic jam began to dissolve.

  - Imagine, you come to the Maldives, go diving. On the beach, in order not to get burned in the hot southern sun, you wear a champion's bathrobe. Imagine the impression you make! Do you remember how we won in Melbourne?

The man looked at Seryozha with bleary eyes, but his face reflected of more and more interest.

At that time, the bus arrived, from which Seryozha got out some time ago. The bus driver looked at Seryozha respectfully, slowed down and opened the front door.

The man blocking the road looked at Seryozha with obvious respect.

Seryozha took the evil man by the arm and entered the bus with him: "I'll pay the fare!"

Soon the bus stopped at a bus stop. Seryozha and his companion got off the bus.

They had not gone a few steps on their way to the pool when a car stopped next to them. One of Seryozha's friends jumped out of it:

  - We are urgently going to the Philatelic Club! A one-day exhibition of stamps by one of the world's level most serious collectors is organized there. This collector just is passing through our town. All our stamp lovers gathered there, from toddlers to adults.

  Seryozha looked at his companion:

  - Are you interested in stamps?

The latter, not understanding the question, silently looked at Seryozha.

  Seryozha asked a friend:

  - How much money do you have with you?

Friend took several banknotes out of his pocket:

  - Here, I took the money to fill up the car, eat, to throw on smartphone...

  - Give me this money! You will refuel after the exhibition!

Seryozha took the money from a friend.

He turned to his bleary-eyed companion:

  - I apologize to you for my sudden departure! But, as compensation for unfulfilled promises, I ask you to accept this money!

The man greedily grabbed the money and immediately put banknotes in his pocket.

  - I wish you success! Seryozha said in a cheerful voice.

The man made a movement with his head, as if in gratitude.

Seryozha and his friend jumped into a car and rushed to the stamp exhibition at the Philatelic Club.
