The huge amount of information that is circulating in the media about Sergei Furgal and Mikhail Degtyarev makes it possible to formulate two action plans - Sergei Furgal (his representatives) and Mikhail Degtyarev - for the next [nearest] week (August 3-9, 2020).
Of course, no one (except us) didn't formulated these plans. No one can guarantee their correctness or vouch for their implementation. These two brief plans are needed as tools for the orientation in the upcoming events.
A hypothetical plan for Sergei Furgal:
1. A creation of an effective organizational center to protect the interests of Sergei Furgal (and his family).
It is desirable that such an organizational center be headed by a person to whom the average resident of the Far East and Russia as a whole could, without any doubt, to transfer [to hand] his hundred-ruble (or greater dignity) banknote - as a donation for Ivanovich. In our subjective opinion, the federal structures of the Liberal Democratic Party, are trying nobly becoming in the front ranks, would have better achieved their initial goal - the opportunity for parliament members to meet regularly (daily) with Sergei Furgal. In our personal opinion, the further the federal structures of the LDPR will be from organizing the defense of Sergei Furgal, the more effectively the protection of the interests of Sergei Furgal and his family will be organized.
2. A treatment of Sergei Furgal (treatment of a rash, a crumbling tooth; and if elements of psychological depression appear, then also appropriate treatment). Providing him (and his family) with financial resources. Providing him with quality food, comfortable clothing, permitted household items and books.
3. A restoration of communication between Sergei Furgal and the outside world (restoration of correspondence).
4. Start of keeping a diary of events by Sergei Furgal and a transferring of a diary entries to the public. 1. A preparation of audit results and proposals for future activities, and, possibly, their publication, discussion.

3. A confirmation of the composition of the Folk's Council; the convocation of Council; election of governing bodies, and approval of action plans.
4. A continuation of signing huge volumes of documents, holding meetings, inspecting objects, trips around the region, meetings (video conferences, telephone conversations) with residents of the Khabarovsk Krai and with influential people of different levels.
5. Conducting consultations between Mikhail Degtyarev and his adviser Yevgeny Zelenov (Hero of Russia, who was awarded this title for a very difficult operation to evacuate Russial and foreign diplomats from Kabul in 1992.)
