Seryozha was walking quickly towards the school. He paid special attention to information about fuel prices and eggs. It was obvious that prices for these goods were declining (on the wholesale markets).
The physics teacher, for some reason, could not teach a lesson on how to get water from the air.
Instead of the physics teacher, the Director of the Institute of Advanced Economic Strategies spoke. This director said that there are huge business opportunities in the Big Eastern Country, since the Central Bank discount rate is high here, and low there (in that country). That is, there is "cheap money" (in that country).
This message aroused Seryozha's keen interest.
After the lesson on economic efficiency, Seryozha quickly gathered his school friends and directly asked which of them wanted to go to the East.
Several brave souls decided to trust themselves Seryozha's organizational skills.
Together with the brave friends, Seryozha approached the Director of the Institute of Advanced Economic Strategies:

Seryozha found the album with relatively rare and valuable stamps without difficulty.

Such action solved three problems.
A large local organization with a solid percentage of shares (to which the attache had a direct official relationship) issued Seryozha all the necessary documents. Those papers were proving that the most energetic activity in organizing international economic cooperation clearly indicates the fulfillment of obligations under the grant (received by Seryozha).
Seryozha and his brave friends visited all the most interesting tourist attractions almost for free. (At one of the oriental bazaars, Seryozha bought an egg resembling Faberge's Easter Imperial egg. Seryozha will officially transfer this egg to the museum).
The trade attache sent a letter to the Ministry in which he proposed to appoint Seryozha as a Special Ambassador for economic cooperation with the countries of the East. (Thus, Seryozha became not only a candidate for the post of International Sports Inspector (for Africa), but also a candidate for the post of Special Ambassador for Economic Cooperation with the countries of the East. The money from the grant received was enough to purchase a container of chocolate eggs (at preferential Eastern prices), sent along the fastest route (through the improved Eastern Transport Territory) to European Russia.
If the brave friends who decided to travel with Seryozha to the East were very popular at school, they talked about the sights of the East, about the huge advantages of international economic cooperation with the countries of the East, then Seryozha set himself more significant goals.
He went to the local Ministry of Vocational Training and asked about the next (nearest) seminar for physics teachers.
Having received the relevant information, he coordinated his speech to physics teachers on the topic "How to 'get water from the air' in the course of international economic cooperation with the countries of the global majority."
Both students and teachers were given free chocolate eggs (from a container that arrived quickly) during the holidays.
Part of the money from the grant was used to attract web designers. Now anyone could find out how, with a high discount rate in one country and a low one in another (and with a "cheap money" in the East) a significant and useful results could be achieved. The web designers expressed no complaints to the fact that the amounts they actually received differed from the digits for receiving of which they officially put their signatures..
A trace of sad fatigue appeared on Seryozha's face - as befits a future Special Ambassador for Economic Cooperation with the countries of the East.
