More and more weighty persons outline plans for the "development" of the Far East.
During the "saints" [the "saints" years: 1991-1999], it seems, there were no special plans.
People "spun" in both the economic and political spheres. And everybody looked with interest.
Then something like a revival (of the Far East) began.
Where to start?
Somehow the details now are forgotten... Did the government throw the state money? And why not? Not a very troublesome procedure, but they could talk about such a kind actions with a pride.
Next came the "streak" - the 'streak' of our Great Counselor (now, alas, he gone to another world). What he didn't advise, and in what only spheres.
This was the era of the "Far Eastern hectare", reaching the "Arctic hectare", and other great projects.
One owner of a Far Eastern hectare bought a wetsuit, sailed on (by, with) his personal physical strength to Japan (about 40 kilometers), and then sent an SMS to a friend to sell swimmer's motorcycle (made in Japan?), and to send him the money to Japan.
Another troublemaker developed his Far Eastern hectare in the most intensive way, and when this site began to represent some value (a some labor was invested), there were applicants for the site.
Then there was the era of high-level and collective traveling. High-level conversations. Useful people, university graduates (young teachers? doctors?..) will receive something like financial "lifting" - when moving to the Far East and when finding a job there. It is clear that the Far East will develop rapidly after that. Maybe someone will take advantage of economic innovations and organize marathons for health improvement - for the Far Eastern residents.
In general, what era you do not take, when discussing the topic of "development" ("revival") of the Far East, the formulation and analysis of two issues are somehow not noticeable: (1) migration processes (to Central and European Russia) - their indicators in absolute and relative values, and (2) the causes (factors) of these processes.
With this state of affairs, the situation began to slowly drift to the mortgage with 2 (two) percent per annum.
Some internet resource mentioned a cities... The general impression, the memory after reading of this the material: there are the whole areas in which there are empty multi-storey buildings - people are leaving; their housing (from those they leave) is approaching zero in terms of value.
The (former) owners could to miscalculate. Now the authorities are strict. If one of the migrants who left writes something unpleasant on the Internet, then they will be "punched" through electronic databases, and they [high-leveled] will begin to wind up percentages. What of the fact that they [those who leaved, who departed] haven't lived there in a few years? Some conditional Lalenergo will create penalties and - you ought to use your wallet. And after all, the constitutional rights of citizens are reliably protected. You walk down the street, open a fresh tax notice and find that the mention of your property (estimated value of 80 thousand US dollars) has been removed from the Unified State Register of Real Estate (UGRN). Or they can, on the contrary, to leave the object of property in the UGRN ... It depends on what the situation is. Does someone need your property and for what purposes? Practicality in the work of the relevant bodies [departments] should be... It's a collective job, labour...
But, one way or another, there are empty multi-storey houses (if the Far Eastern Internet resource told the truth).
And from here you can see the power of the idea about 2 (two) percent mortgages and about concepts about the rapid development of construction in the Far East. Clearly, through this, something good will be for some persons.
Now smart people filter the Internet, catch ideas there, and pass them off as their own.
These people do not live badly.
So I began to take an example from them (partially) and began to filter the information received through the media about the efforts to develop the Far East.
Here's a fresh idea. Parks will help the Far East.
And the cafes, and the restaurants are in these parks? For now, the seat of Grand Counsellor (and Sage) is vacant. So parks - they are recommended, and about the cafes and restaurants in these parks - the details have not yet been clarified.
In general, it is time to make efforts about the creation of parks, and the migration flows will be reversed.
People are literate ones, working for the future. And the prospects are getting better and better. We will all sit in restaurants, will look at the Pacific Ocean, will dream, will breathe fresh air, will go diving and will enjoy Far Eastern seafood.
