The politician should be everywhere, he should cheer up the voters. But the strength of one person is not limitless, even if he is Sanya.
Sanya, passing by the park, saw a clown who entertained the kids and parents. A clown with a microphone walked around the stage and pretended to be a TV presenter. The idea is not very strong, but the children and parents watched. A funny dude. You look at him, and the mood rises. In addition, you can learn some news from him - it is better to stand on the street, to breathe fresh air than to press the sofa with your back.
Sanya - with money. He hires a clown, gives the clown a kind of grant. The clown is a professional specialist in a business of performances.
Sanya gives the clown a task to develop a script, an image, and to start campaign speeches in favor of Sanya. The surname of the clown is memorable, media. Littllown (almost Little Clown). It suits Sanya.
After a while, information reaches Sanya that the Littllown is touring with the creative action "The Mystical War". The clown did not show any special creative inclinations ("and, perhaps, everything ingenious is simple? May be, it's a classics?" - Sanya hesitates) ...
Mr. Littllown took as a basis the plot of Nikolai Gogol's "Viy". The clown stands in the center of the circle, representatives of Evil Spirits fly around, and the Littllown sings a song written by Sanya - "They don't chew a sweet thing!"

But Sanya had a desire to improve the awarding process.
Sanya advised one of the captured and held persons to ask relatives to bring the Encyclopedia of Awards. Then, Sanya grabbed, appropriated this Encyclopedia for his own use.
Sanya periodically reads this book, and cuts out images of the awards.
The opportunities for rewarding expanded immediately. And the costs have become less. Sanya used a pins when awarding. A pin and a piece of paper (with a picture of an award) - cost much less than a badge bought at a street stall.
Sanya read a third of the Encyclopedia of Awards, cut out the pictures of awards he liked and decided to visit the battle clown.

Clips from the Encyclopedia are with Sanya. After reading the mountain of pages of the Encyclopedia of Awards, Sanya's brain got confused. There is, seems, such a reward: "For the answer!" The award with image of a tank (a combat vehicle presents, shows the seriousness of the situation!).
Sanya began to look for the picture of the award among the clippings. And the creative action of Mr. Littllown has just ended at this moment. Sanya only managed to see the image of the tank on the clipping and rushed to the circus arena to present the award to the clown.
Pinned an award cut from the Encyclopedia of Awards to the clown's jacket. He is pleased. And the audience is clapping. Many were laughing ...
Sanya is pleased. It's good to be a politician. The accumulated experience is used effectively. For a politician to be able to reward is a great art!
Sanya looked affectionately at Mr. Littllown: "Continue, guy!" (Sanya assumes that Mr. Littllown will come up with new creative ideas and will promote Sanya).
To the applause of the circus visitors, Sanya headed out of the circus to the exit. Sanya does not lose a minute - he continues his career as a politician.
