In a neighboring country, there is an accident at two power plants, a winter, bitter frosts are approaching.

One of the main tasks is to maintain leadership in the coverage of the topic. (Mr. Wintertund liked to watch the reindeer and dog sled races. He repeatedly presented himself - in own eyes - as the leader of the race).

Mr. Wintertund remembered one of his acquaintances - an employee of a large information holding company - who, like Mr. Wintertund, had moved to the capital from the provinces.
The colleague's arsenal included such an asset as dictating interviews using a person who can imitate other people's voices. A colleague at least once had to make, to produce a tape of an interview (with a very high-ranking official) in this way.
Mr. Wintertund went through several options.
Here's the right person. It is located nearby. Has a positive reputation. Can simulate any voice, including employees (all levels) of any bank. A reliable, proven person.
Mr. Wintertund put on a protective mask against coronavirus, dark glasses, a cap and went out into the street. He had a light rain jacket in his pocket. Moving away from the radio station, Mr. Wintertund went into some entrance and pulled on a jacket over his coat.
Now it is difficult to recognize him.
Soon, Mr. Wintertund saw a talented imitator of other people's voices. Judging by the design of the premises, the imitator was quite happy with the employment in sphere of voices of bank persons. But he did not refuse Mr. Wintertund. He didn"t even bargain about the size of the reward.
Mr. Wintertund organized the work rationally. The experience is the experience.
Mr. Wintertund asks the question. The imitator of voice turns on the sound recording and speaks the same question, but in the voice of the person interviewing.
Then Mr. Wintertund says the answer. The imitator reactivates the audio recording and repeats the response in the voice of the interviewee.
They turned on the TV and took the voices of the participants in a meeting on oil production quotas for a samples of voices.
In an interview, a representative of the Interregional Oil Group tells a journalist about the actions associated with accidents at power plants.
He cannot comment on the cause of the accidents. The question is classified as confidential. However, a representative explains to the reporter that the accidents could have served three purposes:
1. An increased internal instability in the country (especially in winter, in conditions of increasing frost),
2. A giving the image of the country's authorities a negative connotation - they did not recognize the powers of the dictator of a neighboring country, but were forced to turn to this neighboring country for additional supplies of electricity,
3. An indirect support of the dictator and his absurd energy projects (he built a huge power plant for a huge loan - this is clearly unprofitable, absolutely unprofitable. But the situation after the request for additional electricity supplies looks new, - it seems that the unprofitable project can become economically efficient) ...
The interview ended with mysterious discourses about the omnipotence of the Interregional Oil Group and about the existence of a multi-step political plan.
Mr. Wintertund asked the imitator to translate the interview from an audio file into a text file and make a printout. And in the sound file, to mix, to cover (using a special program) the words and phrases of the interviewer.
With the technical equipment of the imitator, these tasks did not constitute any difficulty.
Thus, the result of the work was the paper text of the interview between the "correspondent" and the "representative of the Interregional Oil Group" and a sound file, where there was a gurgling instead of the words and phrases of the correspondent, and the answers of the representative were heard quite normally and fully corresponded to the text.
Further, at the request of Mr. Wintertund, the imitator dialed Mrs. Quicktalker's phone number, introduced himself as a representative of the Interregional Oil Group and offered (out of respect for the Kosti-NF radio station) a fresh interview on a topical topic. He gave this interview to a reporter of one serious website, but this man was going to run for deputy of some rural settlement, and he, the correspondent, suddenly fell ill. Now he has been excluded from public life for a long time.
The representative of the Interregional Oil Group intends to transmit this interview to Mrs. Quicktalker for broadcasting - in the interests of informing humanity and to ensure freedom of information.
If she agrees, then today at 12-00 an envelope with the paper text of the interview and with a flash card on which the file with the interview is recorded (the correspondent's voice is mixed) will lie in the right trash can next to the entrance to the building where the radio station is located.
The topic is very relevant, it concerns the accident at two power plants.
Mrs. Quicktalker started to call Mr. Wintertund, but he did not pick up the phone. Then Mrs. Quicktalker called the imitator back and agreed.
Mr. Wintertund packed the paper printout and the flash card into an envelope, paid for services of the imitator (the radio station has a special fund for paying for informants) and quickly went to his native radio station. A few minutes before 12-00, he dropped the envelope into the proper trash can and walked a little down the street.
Before returning to his native radio station, he again received a call from Mrs. Quicktalker. Now he answered the phone.
Mrs. Quicktalker has very important information! When can she see Mr. Wintertund?

Near the office, Mrs. Quicktalker was waiting for Mr. Wintertund a with a story about a call from a respectable representative and an envelope.
Mr. Wintertund carefully considered Mrs. Quicktalker's story, examined the envelope and contents, shook his head approvingly while reading the text of the paper interview.
"We don"t need extra secrets," Mr. Wintertund mused aloud, "if this interview is broadcast, then on behalf of our employee. Couldn't one of our employees take the text, repeat the same questions, get the same answers - even if someone finds out that the another correspondent was originally busy with this interview. Another correspondent has his own interview, the Kosti-NF radio station has his own. Which variant of interview was taken earlier, which - later? Who will determine this and how?"
They agreed that the interview will be conducted on behalf of Mrs. Quicktalker.
Mr. Wintertund sent Mrs. Quicktalker to the control room to re-record the interview.

Fifteen minutes later, in front of Mr. Wintertund lay not only the paper text of the interview, but also the flash card, the file with the voices of Mrs. Quicktalker and a representative of the Interregional Oil Group.
Mr. Wintertund called the interview department and warned that he was sending Mrs. Quicktalker there with actual material.

Half an hour later, the interview went on the air.
