The Essay about Russia in a historical interval of the 30th years of the 20th century

The Essay about Russia in a historical interval of the 30th years of the 20th century

After the main part of the work on the construction of the Great Siberian railway track, in the Russian society the psychology changed.

If to examine A.P. Chekhov's works about a travel to Sakhalin, then it is possible to draw a conclusion - such travel is the continuous torture (except for a part of a travel by the ship along a river way).

Anton Pavlovich Chekhov by his books explained a lot of things to the Russian society. The Great Siberian railway track was created relatively quickly. Its important part was built during the life of Chekhov.

It appeared, from the western part of the Russian Empire it is possible to reach the Pacific Ocean very quickly and in rather comfortable conditions.

And what rich country Siberia! Here both gold and diamonds, and other minerals, and lands, and rivers.

Generally, - an abundance. In a sense, a communism. From everyone - according abilities, to everyone - according requirements.

And in general, Russian Empire - the huge, self-sufficient state. Why do we need Europe?!

At this point, the vectors of domestic and foreign policy to a whole period of the 20th century began to form.

Why do we need Europe? Why Russia in the coalition with England and France (and the USA) to be at war ? We are very energetic and insightful. We will adopt the Treaty of Brest-Litovsk. How clever we are!

But first, let's get rid of the tsarist regime - he has too close ties with Western Europe.

They freed from the tsarist regime and adopted the Treaty of Brest-Litovsk.

Only there is such quality - a forgetfulness. Many people amicably forgot - and under what circumstances the Russian Empire became one of the largest countries in the world. The Russian Empire went to the honorable position of one of the largest countries in the world not in conflict with Europe, but in an alliance with Europe.

Restless revolutionaries wanted a world domination.

The problem was that they had no experience of domestic and foreign policy.

Here and the first result. The Treaty of Brest-Litovsk put in historical memory of certain Germany's circles a pleasant possibility of use of huge riches "in the East". Huge territories are occupied! A number of the friendly countries is created! And what huge and pleasant reparation!

The second result. For a counterbalance to Europe they helped Germany to be restored after defeat in World War I.

The third result. The strong, restored Germany of 1934-1939 well kept in a memory a pleasant opportunity to receive a huge riches "in the East".

The fourth result. Though Western Europe was, as earlier, respectful to history and the culture of the Russia, but she treated the Soviet Russia without any sympathy. Nobody in Western Europe especially opposed prospect of the conflict the fascist Germany with the USSR (except "internationalists").

The fifth result. Understanding came: "If we will not fulfil during the 10 years a centenary way, - they will crush us".

The sixth result. The people, who remained in the country, with the European general and business culture, - Dzerzhinsky, Krzhizhanovsky and others - restored the railroads, the industry, carried out electrification. By coincidence of events in the USA the Great Depression began. The American experts willingly transferred knowledge and experience - for a good salary.

"Secrets of power" were combined with openness of power. Here to you five-year plan. There passed five years. Here are the results. Please, you can to read, to examine. All steps - in the most honest style.

Eventually USSR defeated in 1945 the Germany. It was a Germany, to which in 1918 they showed a sweet taste of riches "in the East", and then helped to be restored.

It's not bad - the Lenin's - internal and foreign policy.

Stalin provided the economic jump in the 30th years and the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

But 30th and 40th came to the end, and it is not so simple to hide postrevolutionary history in a pocket. Creation of the UN smoothed the most acute contradictions. But they want to Angola, to Egypt, to Cuba!

In Novocherkassk, for example, (and not only in Novocherkassk) people do not understand why a richness of Siberia and the Far East leaves towards "our foreign friends"? There is a wish to eat too...

But it was explained to them that there will come the communism soon. It's necessary to suffer, - a little, not so much. If who could not understand, it was explained more clearly.

Eventually it became clear that with all richness of Siberia and the Far East of abundance it is not necessary to wait. Communism did not become a reality.

The people, who remained from the old times (with the European general and business culture), in natural way left the place of events. The American specialists stopped coming.

Persons a la Khrushchev began to rule. The totalitarian system, though is capable to organize an economic jump, destroys a general culture and souls of people. Who able to rule?

There are no talents and abilities. There is a solution - to show loyalty, to carry a tribute and to flatter, put into desperate situations of the remained people with abilities and to exploit them, to receive the pieces of a raw materials pie.

Russia's self-sufficiency (as a huge country) has also been discredited.

A lot of interesting goods appeared. Suddenly it became clear, that only the countries of "West" can produce such a goods.

If someone calls Brezhnev the 'ruler', the "state leader", then I congratulate that person. I will not deny that at time of Brezhnev there was an idea of a 'convergence'. But they ran, ran, they continued to run around revolutionary values and around a help to "our friends". The idea of a 'convergence' remained an idea... Later Brezhnev just did not have physical forces for anything.

As a result the help in the early nineties was necessary.

Generally, Siberia and the Far East - it is good. Only for some reason at all abundance of abundance is not observed.

With a self-sufficiency - there is no a confidence, too...

There were foreign "friends" and was the belief - today we will spend for "them", and tomorrow to us in exchange of these expenses a lot will return...

Pull again by a bast, do a start anew, like in a past...

And maybe, everything is simple? In the union with Europe, maybe, there are more pluses, than in counteraction to Europe? And possession of Siberia and the Far East in this simple thesis changes nothing. Also it is not necessary to speak about communism (that is, sorry, about economic growth and about the coming welfare), it is not necessary to speak about a self-sufficiency...

But about a foreign "friends"... it is necessary to listen, probably, further...
