Seryozha found a middle-aged woman through friends.

There were several apartments on each floor in this new house. When designing the house, various convenient rooms were provided for residents - for placing baby strollers, for storing bicycles as well as the other similar rooms that residents had a right to use in common.
A middle-aged woman fenced off a significant area in her favor and organized the maintenance of various kinds of animals there. The animals were very different.
At first, her neighbors and all other people treated her leniently, since everyone loved animals.
But one day angry neighbors broke in to her and a big scandal turned out.
After various kinds of proceedings, the woman settled with her niece (in another area), and so far she lives there.
Seryozha, through friends, negotiated with this middle-aged woman. She was offered a good salary and the position of housekeeper of the Chairman of the Public Council of the Pool.
The woman agreed.
After the first day of work of the hired housekeeper, Seryozha headed to the kitchen.
There were small puddles on the floor not far from the water tap. It was obvious that the dishes were thoroughly washed, and maybe other things.
The cans of grits were moved to a new place. The grits spilled onto the floor...
Seryozha was pleased.
He took a broom and began to sweep up the grits that had spilled onto the floor.
