"It is good that the negotiation process begins!"(There were periods of time when at dachas in forty kilometers from Rostov a sounds, which simple civilians perceived as artillery volleys, were distinctly heard. They're not specialists. But - somehow unpleasant...).
Then more detailed messages began to appear. They were puzzling.
Finally I heard something detailed. Something like a comment.
The bewilderment increased, and I found the text of the interview (https://tvzvezda.ru/news/ekskluziv/content/20194211312-RAJBS.html). It is possible to assume that this interview was given on April 20, 2019 (I personally didn't find the data about the day of the interview).
At the same time there was found a fresh Interview of the Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov, the newspaper "MK" (publication date 04.04.2019 year) (https://interaffairs.ru/news/show/22111).
I find in an interview of dear Minister Lavrov those very encouraging words:

I'm curious. Watch the interview from 04.04.2019. In this interview I do not find a word about the incident in the Kerch Strait.

In an interview with the TV channel "Zvezda" dear Minister says: "you are welcome"...
I look in an interview from 04.04.2009: "S. V. Lavrov: If you ask me what are the main achievements, I will not tell you anything either. Let people judge."
We cannot expect a referendum. We have a Central Election Commission. Is the experience of the initiatives of the referendum.
Therefore, I resort to the moral right of individual expression of individual position.
Maybe would keep silent ... To be quieter - it may be better... But not comfortable... Rostov-on-Don - the Azov region...
In General, the anxiety outweighs...
