In this regard, we could not ignore the information dated 04/03/2020 (which appeared on the news list, available to us, on April 6, 2020): "The Government prepared a draft presidential decree on the development of the Far East. It is proposed that the Cabinet of Ministers be instructed to approve the National Program for the Socio-Economic Development of the Far East for the period until 2024 and for the future until 2035 ... "
If this information attracts attention, then something should be written about it. But what?
1. It seems to us that there is no point in discussing essentially the information that has appeared. In order to raise the Russian Far East, not an additional 160 billion rubles are needed, but something - other and much-much more great ...
2. It's possible to choose the other way. This is not the first program, and perhaps not the last. So the algorithms of what is happening with these programs (and with the corresponding money) - these algorithms are well known.
But if they are well-known, does it make sense to formulate and discuss these algorithms?
