Criminal subculture (criminal culture) is being developed on a huge scale.
From high levels sound extraordinary criminal aphorisms, and even higher levels show indifference to such statements.
Moral, cultural decomposition is developing both in breadth and inward. It has reached a family level. News of crimes committed between immediate relatives comes more or less regularly.
The degradation of culture is growing.
This is the subjective opinion about the state of the "cultural sphere" at the time of V.R. Medinsky 's resignation from the post of Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation.
