The Short Story about the art of a history process
Tovstukha comes to a youth camp on a seashore and says: "I worked as the assistant to comrade Stalin and I know a lot of things!"
In a youth camp there took place a youth forum "The Art of a History Process". Participants of a forum have surrounded Tovstukha and ask him: "Tell about what you know!"
After a some a quantity of requests Tovstukha has agreed to tell and he have started memoirs:
"The historian - the academician Pokrovsky - comes to comrade Stalin, - and asks him to tell something about work of the Politburo, about those discussions which at meetings of the Politburo were developed. Comrade Stalin has listened to this request and has called comrade Beria, has asked Beria to come, if necessary to specify details or to add.
Comrade Beria has come.
Comrade Stalin tells: "At one of meetings the member of the Politburo Trotsky declared that he has developed the theory of "The Great Landslide". This "The Great Landslide" consists of several defaults, derelictions of payments and obligations. For example, a default on state Treasury obligations, a partial default on a state pension obligations, a partial electoral default (an elections in case of adverse events are canceled). Some an infrastructure construction can collapse, - let not completely, but, at least, partially. Also other defaults, derelictions of payments and obligations, aren't excluded. All these events will be the catalyst of historical process.
Members of the Politburo listen carefully. When Trotsky finished his speech, there was a pause.
One of participants of the meeting asked at Trotsky,..."
- It was comrade Stalin, - Beria has commented.
"... whether he saw personally, own eyes, a landslide? Trotsky says that "The Great Landslide" is a theoretical development, a concept. "But it is logical to go to a mountains and personally look at this phenomenon in real conditions". "At the same time I will also hunt", - Trotsky has reacted. Members of the Politburo have created committee from three people. This committee escorted the member of the Politburo Trotsky to a railway station and sent him to a mountains."
Comrade Stalin has finished his story and explains:
- Now I have according to my schedule an other questions, the comrade Pokrovsky ...
The comrade Pokrovsky thanked and went from the office-room to the reception room. But it has turned out that the door doesn't open. Probably comrade Beria has somehow closed the door.
While the comrade Pokrovsky tried to open the door, comrade Beria asks him: "You, the comrade Pokrovsky, are going to write the historical work on the basis of memoirs of comrade Stalin. Tell: "whereto did the Politburo member Trotsky go?"
Comrade Pokrovsky answers: "into area of a mountains".
- And whereto exactly he did go?
- Into the Alma-Ata city.
- You are sure, the comrade Pokrovsky, that he did go into the Alma-Ata city? You are sure that not into the Georgia?
Pokrovsky took out his handkerchief, turned and wiped his face.
Stalin writes something, and Beria's eyes are not visible.
The pince-nez are sparkling.
The comrade Pokrovsky has wiped a face a scarf and says: "Into Alma-Ata city. Exactly. Undoubtedly. Not into the Georgia".
Comrade Stalin continued to write. And Beria got up, has approached to the door and has opened it. The comrade Pokrovsky has gone to write the historical work."
Participants of the youth forum reacted to the story by Tovstukha skeptical. One of them says:
"Whether it is real that you were present at this conversation? You in a reception room were sitting. You were making a records about those who have been invited!"
- You are people young, vigorous. You are discussing the theme "The Art of a History Process", - Tovstukha answers. - You treat my story mistrustfully. But if I have told that I was present at conversations in the office-room, you would believe me? Probably, and in case of such option you would also treat my words mistrustfully. Therefore I wish you to master the subject "The Art of a History Process".
After this Tovstukha has gone to a dining room to drink a cocoa cup. And the participants of a youth forum in a youth camp continued to discuss the theme "The Art of a History Process".
