The headquarters of the Eastern military district declared full readiness for possible emergencies due to spring floods. As "Khabarovsk territory today" was reported in the press center of the Ministry of defense of Russia, the air reconnaissance of the area and control of the ice situation, the Ministry plans to carry out with the help of 20 aircraft.
