The president of Venezuela Nicolás Maduro promised to ask the help for the international community in investigation of cyber attack which de-energized the most part of the country.
He intends to appeal to the UN, as well as to Russia, China, Iran and Cuba, TASS said.
"I will ask for the help of the UN, as well as Russia, China, Iran, Cuba, who have extensive experience in protecting against cyberattacks," he said.
Maduro also announced the appointment of a" special presidential Commission of inquiry", in which he proposed to include foreign experts."

Venezuela intends to file a complaint to the UN on the actions of third-party forces that have led to serious problems with the country's energy supply, said Venezuelan Minister of communications and information Jorge Rodriguez on the state channel VTV, reports "Sputnik".
