Thirdly, there is a modern Venezuela with the unusual rates of inflation, emigrations, crime, with indicators of falling of economy.
Fourthly, there is dear president Nicolás Maduro who shows the protocol of election commission, and in the protocol - figures. If to look at figures in the protocol, then it turns out that dear Nicolás Maduro is an elected representative of the people to whom the Venezuelans entrusted their country.
Fifth, there is a Chairman of the Parliament, interim President of the Juan Guaidó, which promises to return Venezuela to a normal way of life, and levels of inflation, emigration, crime, economic development to lead up to normal indicators.
Anyway, many Venezuelan military did not see prospects of development of Venezuela under the leadership of dear Nicolas Maduro. Some of these soldiers will be living in Chile for a while.
For a normal life documents, identity cards, international passports are necessary.
It is clear, that dear Nicolás Maduro's government considers such military personnel deserters and will not issue international passports to them.
It is possible to assume that dear Juan Guaidó's government considers many Venezuelan military personnel, who should live some time in Chile, patriotically adjusted people.
