And Sergey formulated THREE QUESTIONS OF A MODERN HISTORY.

The first question looks like this. The prime minister, who resigned with the government, seems, is the leader of a political party? If so, does he represents not only himself personally? Or, he represents the ruling party, too? And if he represented and represents now the ruling party, was the issue of resignation agreed with the governing collegiate bodies of the ruling party? What, for nothing, noisy congresses are held? In vain they are chanting, cheering, speaking, voting?
The second question. If the ruling party has a constitutional majority in Parliament and controls the main committees and commissions, why are constitutional amendments not drafted and discussed constitutionally? Why a some additional (not provided for, in the Constitution) commission is needed?
The third question. This is the modern system, when the ruling party controls election commissions. What will happen if an official will be empower to dismiss judges because of a "loss of trust"? And to where will the influence of the ruling party on the electoral process disappear?
