The fact that the results announced by the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Belarus are incorrect, - I was sure of this even without reading this report.
But, nevertheless, it would be wrong to react with a general agreement and not to write anything about this report ...
The history of the Russial electoral system of the 21st century is not limited to the September 2018 Primorsky Krai gubernatorial election. There were, also, relatively minor incidents, when small groups of people consolidated and voted in solidarity against pro-government candidates (as a kind of electoral experiment), and then found in the protocols of polling stations unanimous voting for pro-government candidates.
Why do I recall about these cases?
To further illustrate that there are some mysterious processes between the submission of ballots by voters and the protocols of polling stations. As a result of these processes, for example, a violation of the laws of physics occurs - the annihilation of ballots 'against' pro-government candidates. If the laws of physics are violated, then why can't ballots 'for' [in favour] pro-government candidates appear out of nowhere?
All protocols of polling stations in Belarus must be made public. But in the presidential elections in Belarus in August 2020, only about a fifth of such protocols were at the disposal of the public (the final protocols of 1310 polling stations - out of 5767 throughout Belarus; 1310/5767 = 0.227) ...
Polling station protocols - a great secret?
Why are about four fifths of the protocols hidden from the public? This does not happen in fair elections.
The peculiarity of that one-fifth of the protocols of polling stations, which were at the disposal of the public, is that they were received randomly - from the territory of the whole of Belarus. That is, they indirectly reflect the picture throughout the territory of Belarus.
The advantage of the CEC of Belarus over the public is that the CEC of Belarus has all 100 percent of the protocols at its disposal, and not about one-fifth of the protocols that the public has.
The task of the Central Election Commission is - logically - only arithmetic one. After the voting is over, the CEC of Belarus does not turn over the ballot box, does not pour out ballots from the ballot box and does not count votes from the ballots. The CEC summarizes the figures (digits) received by the polling stations (these figures (digits) are included in the protocols of the polling stations) and announces the result of its arithmetic efforts.
The problem of the Central Election Commission of Belarus is that arithmetic operations and principles of logical thinking have been known to mankind since ancient times.
That is, modern public organizations are able to take those figures (digits) that fall at their disposal, analyze them and summarize them.
There are well-known truths.
No matter how different the individual speeds of a pedestrian, a running person, they will not exceed the approximate figure of 40 kilometers per hour.
Likewise, the fluctuations in voting results at different polling stations in the same country are roughly known.
And so, we approach to the very essence of the problem of the results of the presidential elections in Belarus in August 2020.
Those dubious numbers that were drawn up by polling stations - with violations of the laws of physics? with the appearance and disappearance of ballots? - these dubious figures do not allow to make the result that was announced by the CEC of Belarus ...
The report (according to the platforms "Golos", "Zubr" and the community "Honest People"), based on the results of an analysis of one-fifth of the protocols of polling stations, convinces us that the final voting figures announced by the CEC are an electoral phantom compiled by Lukashenko's long time acquaintances, by people who are dependent on him.
But Lukashenko's regime is not giving up. He began new calculations - he counts and publishes "information" about the number of protest actions, their geography, the number of protesters, the number of detainees ...
