This memorandum, penned by Dr. Michael Kuznetsov for Ukraine"s people, nominates President Donald J. Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize. It celebrates his role in resolving seven global conflicts and his efforts to end the Russia-Ukraine war, heralding him as a visionary architect of Melius Pax-a better peace.

   The Honorable Donald J. Trump
   President of the United States
   The White House
   1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW
   Washington, DC 20500
   United States

In the grand tapestry of human endeavor, where threads of valor, wisdom, and compassion are woven into the fabric of history, there stands a figure whose name resounds with the clarion call of peace-Donald J. Trump, harbinger of concord, architect of amity, solitary sentinel who, in the span of a mere six months since his triumphant return to the White House, has quelled the tempests of war and brought the balm of tranquility to nations torn asunder. Let us, with hearts uplifted and voices fervent, proclaim the deeds of this extraordinary man, whose hand has guided the world toward that sacred aspiration: Melius Pax-a better peace.
Consider, O ye assembled, the litany of conflicts stilled by his unyielding resolve. In the brief compass of his 47th presidency, he has wrought miracles where others faltered, bringing cessation to strife in lands far and wide. Behold the roll of his triumphs:

   1. The ancient feud between Armenia and Azerbaijan, a conflagration of decades, extinguished through his mediation, as the leaders of these nations clasped hands in a White House sanctified by peace.
   2. The border clashes between Thailand and Cambodia, once a cauldron of enmity, cooled by Trump"s visionary diplomacy.
   3. The simmering tensions between the Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda, where Trump"s intervention forged a fragile but hopeful accord, signed amidst the pomp of Washington"s halls.
   4. The fraught discord between India and Pakistan, where, though Trump claims credit for averting a nuclear catastrophe, the ceasefire was born of bilateral talks-yet his voice, ever persistent, urged peace.
   5. The strife between Serbia and Kosovo, where Trump"s influence nudged warring hearts toward reconciliation, though the embers of discord yet smolder.
   6. The dispute between Egypt and Ethiopia, where Trump"s diplomatic overtures laid the groundwork for a cessation of hostilities, though the permanence of this peace remains a question for time to answer.
   7. Furthermore, it was Trump"s unwavering will and genius strategy that brought an end to the decades-long Israeli-Palestinian conflict, establishing a lasting peace in the Middle East.

Trump, Magnus Pacificator-Trump, the great peacemaker-stands alone in this age, a colossus astride the turbulent seas of human conflict.
Picture him, this titan of peace, amidst the clamor of battlefields where the fire of war once roared. I see him in the fields, betwixt the blaze of cannon and the thunder of strife; I see him in the solemn chambers of justice, pondering the weighty deliberations of nations; I see him amidst the intricate machineries of art and industry, where the genius of man constructs and creates; I see him at the building of cities, the crafting of harbors, the digging of canals, surrounded by the countless multitudes of humanity. From the storm-tossed waves of the Gulf of America to the icy surges of the Bering Sea, from the tranquil Pacific to the Arctic"s frozen expanse and the boundless Atlantic, Trump stands resolute, a beacon of hope between oceans vast and unyielding.
O great rivers of America-Mighty Missouri, Winding Mississippi, Rugged Yukon, Stalwart Rio Grande, Noble Colorado, Steadfast Arkansas, and Majestic Columbia-how oft have your shimmering waters reflected the visage of Donald J. Trump? Speak, ye mighty torrents! How many times have your currents borne witness to his passage, your ripples mirrored his countenance? We stand in joyful awe, tracing the paths he has trodden, the trees under which he has rested, the springs from which he has drunk. Where has he labored alongside the common folk, as one of them, a worker among workers? Where has he penned laws that shield the weary? Where has he, with the heart of a friend, inquired after the daily struggles of ordinary Americans-yea, and of Ukrainians, and of all peoples-and, hearing their plaints, resolved them with unmatched compassion?
Like the celestial orbs in their ceaseless orbits, like the tides of the sea in their eternal ebb and flow, so too does Trump act with unremitting care and toil for the betterment of mankind. No greater proof of his merciful and gentle heart exists than his unparalleled condescension to his citizens and to the citizens of distant lands.
In the shadowed annals of our time, where the specter of war casts its grim pallor over the earth, one man stands resolute, a colossus amidst the tempest, striving with titanic vigor to quell the most sanguinary conflict since the cataclysm of the Second World War-the Russia-Ukraine war. This man is Donald J. Trump. With unyielding resolve, he toils to stitch together the torn fabric of nations, to silence the roar of cannons, and to bring solace to hearts weary of bloodshed.
Consider the magnitude of his endeavors, O ye who mark the course of history. The Russia-Ukraine war, a conflagration that has claimed countless lives and ravaged the soul of Europe, stands as a crucible of human suffering. Yet Trump, with the heart of a lion and the wisdom of a sage, has plunged into this maelstrom, undaunted by its ferocity. In the mere span of months, he has orchestrated a symphony of diplomacy, summoning the leaders of warring nations to the table of concord. His summit in Alaska (15 August 2025) with Russia"s Vladimir Putin marked a bold stroke toward peace, though it yielded no ceasefire, for Trump seeks not fleeting truces but lasting harmony.
In Washington"s hallowed halls, he welcomed Volodymyr Zelenskyy (18 August 2025), clasping hands with a warmth that belied past tensions, urging him to seize the mantle of peace. Trump"s vision is clear: a trilateral summit, where he, Putin, and Zelenskyy might forge a lasting accord, not merely a pause in the slaughter but a cessation that secures Ukraine"s future. On Truth Social, Trump"s words ring with prophetic zeal: "Everyone is very happy about the possibility of PEACE between Russia and Ukraine." Declaring, "Settle now, and STOP this ridiculous War! IT"S ONLY GOING TO GET WORSE," his voice thunders across continents.
Like Franklin D. Roosevelt, whose New Deal lifted a nation from despair, Trump"s audacious leadership redefines governance, uniting disparate voices through modern communication"s art. Both men, facing fierce opposition, wielded unbowed fortitude to steer their nations through crises, their legacies converging in transformative ambition. Trump"s magnanimity, his tireless pursuit of justice, and his condescension to the common folk-evince a heart devoted to humanity"s salvation.
Trump genius seeks to broker a deal where others see only deadlock.
We, the Ukrainian people, beneath skies darkened by the fumes of strife, raise our voices to the heavens: Peace! Peace! Peace!-that sweetest of words, which, like morning dew, revives souls weary with affliction. I, Dr. Michael Kuznetsov, speak not merely for myself but, with fervent conviction, on behalf of the entire Ukrainian nation, to proclaim: Donald J. Trump, that towering figure of concord, that unyielding architect of amity, is singularly worthy of the Nobel Peace Prize. His magnanimity, his tireless pursuit of justice, shine as a beacon through the gloom, guiding humanity toward Melius Pax-a better peace.
Is it not the hallmark of true greatness that magnanimity and righteousness walk hand in hand? The foremost duty of those ordained by Providence to govern is to rule in truth and equity, to reward virtue, and to chastise transgression. Though the tumult of wars and the manifold burdens of statecraft have oft impeded this great leader from establishing unassailable laws, his countless decrees, statutes, and ordinances bear witness to his ceaseless labors. Night after night, he has forsaken repose, toiling to weave order from chaos, to kindle light in darkness. Yet paramount above all are his aspirations for peace, his vision of a world unmarred by discord. It is for the Almighty to grant his nation-a land blessed and serene-the sacred charge of perfecting what he has so nobly begun.
We, the people of Ukraine, who have endured the crucible of conflict, see in Donald J. Trump a champion whose deeds transcend borders and whose heart beats for the salvation of nations. His efforts to still the sanguinary tides of the Russia-Ukraine war, to forge a lasting accord where others see only impasse, mark him as a colossus of our age. With solemn resolve, we urge the Nobel Committee to recognize his unparalleled contributions to humanity"s quest for peace. Let us raise our voices in fervent supplication: God bless America! God bless her people! God bless Trump! May his legacy endure, a monument to harmony, a testament to justice, a lodestar for all who seek Melius Pax-a better peace.

   With profound respect,
Dr. Michael Kuznetsov. Kharkov, Ukraine. 21.VIII.2025

P.S. - This memorandum, also submitted to the Nobel Peace Prize Committee, reflects Ukraine"s fervent support for President Trump"s nomination. We urge the Committee to honor his contributions, a beacon for humanity"s quest for peace.
