Development is impossible without information. But the term "development" itself is applicable only to alive, since only the living beings with the appropriate apparatus for this are capable of perceiving, processing, using and transmitting information, and the term "development" is not applicable to the meaningless inanimate. The inanimate can only change under someone's influence. Therefore, if you look at the world from the standpoint of influencing information on it, then it manifests itself everywhere, and even time itself is its product.

  Introduction
The prevailing idea of the substantial (objective) character of Creation is rather preposterous, although it can be understood. Indeed, there are things and phenomena around us and in ourselves that we cannot do without.
However, this look is nothing more than superficial, because, rather, we are not able to do without information, a here things do without it, being just media for us.
This trivial consideration, however, opens a window towards the true basis of Creation, through which the only thing that can use information is immediately viewed.
These are only living things in the current time.
This means, in turn, that the current time is nothing more than a product of information, and this time is being produced and processed by living beings.
If we follow where the thread from information, alive and current time goes further, then willy-nilly it becomes clear that without alive, through which information penetrates into beingness with the current time in it, such does not exist at all.
In other words, the world around us with all its accessories is initially an information product, realized through the current time and living beings, without which this time simply cannot exist, and therefore such a complex universe or universes, with all their contents, also cannot exist.
This consideration, in turn, entails the inevitable conclusion: a world without living beings is nonsense.
Then, what are living beings if nothing can exist without them, and why do scientists still think that they were produced by nonliving matter?
The answer of science to the second part of the question is simple. The living is too complex to always coexist alongside nonliving matter and must be produced by something. Therefore, it is logical to assume that this nonliving matter somehow gradually produced alive.
True, this logic does not lead to convincing evidence of the process of transformation of the non-living into the living, and here is why.
Any living being is a complex of organic compounds, at the basis of which is the program of growth and development of this entire complex together with the program of its decay.
Naturally, these programs could not come from nowhere, since the non-living does not contain them.
This fact indicates that in addition to the complex of organic compounds that make up any living being, at its inception there is also something that revives this complex, compressed in the embryo.
The fact that we cannot do without this something is proven by all the unsuccessful attempts of scientists to create a living being artificially.
This means that in addition to inanimate objects, there is also something that is imperceptibly for us capable of timely introducing programs into the inanimate for its revival, giving the appropriate energy for its growth and development.
In other words, this something is capable of manifesting itself only in the form of the living beings, and it without them is not capable of entering into the objective (substantial) existence in the current time.
Therefore, in addition to the world of current time known to us - beingness, there is also something that is beyond our sensory organs, which, nevertheless, penetrates us through these organs by means of the data that can be perceived by these sense organs, being processed as a result into a picture of the world of the current time in approximately the same way as a television receiver, tuned to the perception of certain radio waves, forms, according to the corresponding program, in an expanded form, a changing the objective picture on its screen, which for living beings is distinguished by the fact that it is three-dimensional, and the fact that it is dual, that is, depending on the number and quality of the sense organs, the embedded programs and the organ for processing incoming information, the being represents its environment in a strictly defined form - an infusoria one way, and a cockroach another, that is, all living beings have their own current time during life, which can differ by millions of times, but at the same time all living beings fit into an unchanging astronomical or calendar time, common to them.
This fact, again, indicates that both forms of the current times are being formed by living beings, respectively, separately and jointly.
Thus, it turns out that living beings, unlike things, cannot do without certain programs. It is the programs that determine the main thing in the activity of a living being - such combination of it with the surrounding, which would allow him to grow, develop and interact with it with a certain degree of independence, more precisely, self-active, since the passivity of the rest of the object world makes it only an instrument in the wrong hands, since it is not able to use information to solve his problems, and can only be a carrier of information for someone, and this someone can only be the living beings.
This also indicates the need for the existence of both, in our understanding, always, since otherwise Creation turns into non-being. But self-active living is different from the passive subject world, if we keep in mind its constituent elements. only by the incredibly complex programs embedded in it on a protein carrier (genome), which in itself presupposes the introduction of these programs by some third party, since the passive non-living is not capable of producing programs by themselves, and they do not need them due to complete indifference to themselves, automatically obeying the known laws of our world.
That is, willy-nilly, we have to admit the existence, in addition to the beingness known to us with all its accessories, of this unknown and unknowable for science, but, as you can see, necessary something, without which instead of beingness there would be non-being.
We should also ask the question - what is the fundamental feature of the programs of alive, which gives it self-active and caring to itself, in contrast to the passivity and complete automatism of the non-living?
This can be understood if we observe the activity of any living being - from bacteria to higher mammals.
All of them are always concerned about their own safety, and also always try to improve their position in the environment for the sake of getting more pleasant sensations, which alone give them a sense of life, and therefore they never refuse it. And only the information which is being coming into the senses, brings them similar impression of life.
Thus, the eternal dissatisfaction of alive with the surrounding, which is transformed into the desire to change the situation in its favor in order to experience the most pleasant sensations in safety, which is the main component of the programs of alive, not only gives the living self-activity in its attempts to survive and improve its own position in the existing environment, but also indicates the main difference between the non-living and the living, since the substantial world has no concept of itself, and it can only be mentioned as a kind of support for alive, bringing it information for existence in it and among other living beings.
It should also be noted that the programs in the genome of living beings have one significant difference, which divides all living on two opposites in relation to interaction with the environment.
All living beings, including higher mammals, are merely dynamic elements of their environment, always trying to adapt to the changing conditions of existence in it, but not trying to consciously and with far-reaching plans change it for their own benefit, introducing something new, that is, they adapt themselves to it, as if selecting what is in front of them, but nothing more.
However, besides them, there is a living being, which also seems to be a mammal, but for some reason it suddenly began to move away from the pure adaptability to the environment, showing at first a weak, and then a very significant desire to consciously change the environment in its favor, not just by sorting through what is in front of it, but by giving it quite expediently such forms that are absent in nature.
In this case, the dissatisfaction of this being was even being expressed in a conscious, volitional desire to achieve a certain goal, but since goals can go far beyond the purely utilitarian sphere - some forms of the art and interests can also bring pleasant sensations - this will, or conscious stubborn focus on achieving the set goals, can have more than one degree of freedom, giving this being, so-called, freedom of will even for unreasonable actions, if they arouse the keenest interest.
This interest, giving unexpected discoveries, sometimes brought tangible benefits, as, for example, the useless throwing of stones led first to the appearance of slings and catapults, and then, with the invention of gunpowder, to the emergence of artillery, and the festival fireworks laid the foundation for rocket science and space flights.
Thus, the conscious dissatisfaction became the primary tool for understanding and reasonable changing the surrounding world.
It is clear that in its absence in the genome programs, the world of living beings would remain within the limits of the adaptive existence, in which it, with the exception of a person, remains now.
And brought it out of this state the additional information introduced into the genome, again, by something from the outside, which is, as it were, outside of beingness, since smooth, evolutionary changes based on chance are not able to make in relatively short time intervals the most complex changes in programs on a biological carrier that separate one creature from the rest of the living world.
However, apparently, this exarticulation was necessary for further change and development of what is embedded in living beings, namely: not only dissatisfaction with the environment with the desire for a better arrangement in it, but also dissatisfaction with oneself, leading to a conscious change in one's own environment, inevitably giving rise to the desire to know both the close and distant environment, both the external and one's own internal world.
All these arguments would look completely fantastic, if not for the hologram, discovered relatively recently, the main principle of which is everything in one, that is, in a hologram any of its parts repeats the whole.
The hologram itself is a high-frequency formation as a product of the superimposition of several coherent waves, which gives a stationary interference pattern, since the phase difference of the waves does not change.
In a hologram, each particle of the active does not lose its unity with the entire single-multiple infinite set of the active particles, and therefore can, in particular, with the help of this unity, to recognize, read and copy from an infinity, which is, as it were, beyond beingness, that is, beyond the current time, by means and methods, the things in their connection, which it is available, necessary for own existence recognizing them in accordance with own mind (intellect), coupled with form-building abilities, based on appropriate programs and sensory organs, so, as it wants and can, updating every "moment", that is, discrete, but infinitely, a holographic projection of an infinity out of time as a quasi-temporary basis for one's own existence in the current reality in the form of alive in this information process.
The particles-copies of the active (consciousness), in the association with copies of the passive in a current reality, that is, - the living beings - are able thereby to receive from an infinity out of time the "necessary" informational copies of things (the passive) for them to replace existing copies of things in beingness, including replacing own material base, as well as updating also themselves.
This information process of the interaction of an infinity out of time, where everything is inseparably, and the holographic projection, where the active and the passive are separated, requires for their interaction with each other as well as with an infinity out of time the artificial union of the active and passive in one form or another of alive, the main difference of which from everything else is the ability to convert individual consecutive data packets, carrying encoded information, into objects of a current reality for their updating, including the consciousness in alive.
These packets are similar to the pulsed signals from the transmitter via the ether to the television receiver, in which they are converted into a changing decorated picture on the screen.
That is, alive is also able to convert individual impulse signals containing information into a incessantly changing picture of the world due to a certain inertia of signal processing, which in the minds of any living being nullifies pauses between incoming packets of information (the positions of the update), creating a continuous change in the whole picture, in which arise already real - more or less "dense" - objects, rather than frequency information copies of the active and the passive.
However, unlike a television set that only decrypts and converts into an image a scene, that has already been prepared in advance from an appropriate source, a living creature has the ability to change this picture in accordance with own needs, desires, at this, the person can change this picture also in accordance with own goals, communicating automatically through own sense organs through a hologram with an unmanifest infinity, although, in the whole, the process of updating beingness is regulated by a single consciousness of the holographic projection of an infinity out of time.
As a result, for the consciousness of a living creature arises in motion (energy) shifting world of events - the current reality, or beingness, in which it is already possible to live in one's own present, but in the frameworks of general time.
In other words, the powerful energy of ultra-high-frequency wave-like structures of a holographic projection of an infinity out of time, which carry in their harmonics corresponding encoded information, is converted into the mass and energy of objects of the current reality, which are related to each other in accordance with the well-known formula E = mc².
Thus, the active is an ultra-high frequency wave-like formation in a -hologram - a projection of an infinity out of time, the harmonics of this formation are a series of programs, allowing to arise, grow, develop and act correspondingly to the structured matter in the form of the association the particles of the active of a hologram and the particles of the passive, caused by the active from the unmanifest infinity. The hologram also accumulates the information from all living beings. Each section of the hologram contains the information about the entire hologram, that is, everything is contained in each part, which means that each particle of the active is connected to the entire hologram out of time, having thereby the possibility to use any information from the databases of the hologram.
The active, implicitly present in all living things, represents its consciousness, as if covering the corresponding organism, and thereby connecting its living with the timeless basis, is capable of extracting through the sense organs and the information processing center of the organism in accordance with the existing form-creating abilities its own information copies and copies of things from the unmanifested infinity through a hologram, consistently converting them into all objects of beingness - from universes up to the microworld, from the living beings up to the favorable environment surrounding them.
The basis of the association of the active and the passive in beingness is a formation of the passive matter in the form of molecular complexes, containing sensory organs, information processing centers, centers that ensure the implementation of form-making abilities, as well as a genome containing appropriate programs for the growth of existence and development of a being in a certain environment.
It is only through this structural formation of the passive matter that consciousness gets the opportunity to flow into the flows of information, using them. Therefore, consciousness, as it were, covers the structural formation formed and updating by it from passive matter, energizing all the components of this formation, which begin to function according to the program laid down in them, starting from the embryo.
That is, the active (consciousness) does not unite directly with the structure formed by it, being another - the most organized wave matter of the hologram, but, like a source of energy and along with that an antenna for a radio receiver, connects through itself revitalized by it the structure with the hologram, which is an information bridge, connecting alive with an infinity out of time.
In this process of forming the basis of a living thing from the passive matter and connecting it to a hologram, consists the revitalize of this intricate structure out of the passive matter, that is, consciousness makes it susceptible to the surrounding in association with itself during the life (a certain period of time of growth, development and dying of a being), on the one hand, creating possibility to process information flows to ensure the stability of Creation, on the other hand, giving this formation, in association with it, opportunity in the allotted time to "enjoy" life, the basis of which is nutrition, reproduction and the desire to improve its own existence due to imperishable dissatisfaction with the present, which does not allow a living being to stagnate.
Therefore, similar association of consciousness and the passive matter of a certain form and structure creates a completely autonomous living being, which cannot be attributed to either the passive matter or the active, and it, therefore, as something in between, not understanding of own main mission - the keeper of stability of Creation and the builder of beingness, simply lives for oneself in the form of communities in consecutive generations in corresponding niches, mainly devouring each other, excluding the civilized human communities, in which this process is no longer practiced.
The difference between the passive and the active in being is also manifested in the following.
If the thing isn't capable to correct consciously the changes happening to it - at it as the passive there is no aspiration anyway to retain its peculiarity, which it is not aware, a thing has only elementary feedback mechanisms preventing its chaotic disintegration - then any living being, and not only a self-conscious being, by all possible means, which it has enough, clings to life. Thereby, consciousness keeps its main feature - the activeness, or the persistent aspiration to changes in itself and around itself.
Actually, "immersion" of consciousness into the finite live existence over and over again is also a solution of the problem of preservation itself as the active.
Existence in things and among things, and also close to other forms of consciousness as alive, on the one hand, allows consciousness to correct the structure of own kernel on the basis of reactions of the surrounding on own actions not to lose ability to aspirations on the preservation of the main peculiarity - own activeness, and on the other hand, allows to try to use changes which it is capable to feel and/or to be aware anyway with advantage for itself, but not to the detriment.
The variety of situations in each finite existence for any individual consciousness means finding of sole own individuality among an infinite number of particles of consciousness.
So goes the development of the living beings and consciousness in them, i.e. the initial frequency disruptions in the structure of the active does not lead him to disaster (the collapse, or loss of the form), since the kernel of the active is restored in the finite living being that, moreover, makes the ultra-high-frequency wave-like holographic projection of an infinity out of time stable as a whole, and each particle of consciousness - capable to participate in the formation of time and, as a result, all real worlds in time.
Thus, the finite is necessary to the infinite not only for functioning of the system of Creation as the timeless and along with that as the temporary system, which thereby is retained in equilibrium, but also for stabilization of the active in Creation, making the active by unchanging and eternal in its essence, yet infinitely changeable.
In addition, the restoration of the core of the active in beingness is facilitated by the fact that the decaying passive objects of beingness by the energy of their own decay, as it were, feeds consciousness in alive, which, due to this, gets the opportunity to restore its core, in turn spending part of this energy of decay on the restoration of the passive objects in other forms, thereby renewing both oneself and them.

Chapter 1. A person, information and a current time.
A lot has been said about a person, but by no means the main thing, which is that he is nothing more than the most information-efficient converter of everything he perceives into the current time creating conditions for his change and development within the framework of one's own consciousness, as well as along with all the rest of the changing alive, keeping Creation, from falling into non-being.
A person in own communities is absolute absurdity
Despite the fact that, unlike all other living beings, he is able to realize his existence in time and change his own surrounding in accordance with his quite purposeful projects and even interests, he still does not know in the face of the most outstanding minds in his history - why he exists in such quality and what will happen to him next.
The disorder from such "suspended" state willy-nilly turned his attention first to external forces, as those that produced it for some kind of own needs, which was expressed in the religious forms known to us, flourishing also today.
However, over time, it became offensively for a person to rely on some external, incomprehensible and unknown, which suddenly produced him, and he proclaimed himself the crown of the universe for the simple reason that only he knows how to think, his mind is boundless and he does not need any God, since he himself is the creator and everything is within his power
Such extremes undoubtedly testify respectively to the limitations of the human mind and its arrogance, and, taken together, - to stupidity, since it has not yet realized, on the one hand, its significance in Creation, and, on the other hand, its own finiteness and artificiality.
True, it must be said that the obstacle to this realization is the vitality of everything surrounding a person - the seething of nature, the independent march of the planets, the regularity and historicity of everything that exists, the presence of progress in the form of a developing civilization, etc.
However, if we take at least all the great creations of mankind both in culture and technology, then where will all this go when a humanity disappears from the face of the Earth, which will inevitably happen due to its finiteness, as well as not eternity of both the Earth and the Universe itself?
This means that a person in own communities is not at all the crown of the Universe and he does not rule it.
It turns out, seem, that the churchmen are right with their prayers to the external unknown to them, which they reproduce in their minds for lack of data about him in the manner of a person, believing that this God is a rational, living being for the reason that he created everything, including his own image in the form of a rational and living being - a person, who have endowed God, moreover, which is extremely contradictory, with the difference from a person that God has properties that are absent in people: absolute singleness, infinity, immutability, omnipotence, omnipresence and omniscience.
The ordinary logic indicates that such a supernatural supreme being is nothing more than an imaginary phantom. But who else could one cling to?
The obvious contradiction of this "creature" retreated under the pressure of his necessity in the terrible and unpredictable world of fast-flowing time, in which danger lies in wait for a person at every step, and death is inevitable.
Therefore, every person hid the hope of finding at least peace beyond this fatal threshold, despite the fact that, by any common sense, outside of time and space, the living and intelligent, and especially in the singular, are in no way capable of manifesting itself.
Nevertheless, even if to allow existence into "Nothingness", by definition, of the lonely reasonable Supreme being, then, as we know, any mind can be manifested only in communication with similar reasonable beings - without communication any mind, consciousness is not able neither to be manifested, nor to be in state of development. Besides, there is no opportunity to live to God who, by definition, is alive, outside time and space, because there are no subjects, no, events in "Nothingness", so there can't be not only life, but also usual movement, and there is nothing to do there.
Along with that, it is impossible to recognize God who created everything by unreasonable.
Apparently, God was placed by theologians in "Nothingness" that in itself is inadequate, - note, the comparison of God and "Nothingness" looks, at least, by strange, - because they got up before necessity completely to separate this being - God - from the vain world, having made him by unusual, and they had no time for the accounting of all contradictions arising at this.
Anyway, but in order to avoid this contradiction, God, if he exists, must be infinite and along with that manifest oneself in the finite, that is, be both outside time and into time.
Alive and reasonable, by definition, God can't be invariable as far life is the continuous change, and the mind is the conscious participant of this change of life that proceeds within spatio-temporal measurements, or in beingness.
Hence or God is changeable and he is situated in these measurements, or he has neither life, nor mind, i.e. he isn't present.
God can't be all-powerful owing to Russell's paradox. Its essence is as follows: "Let K - a set of all sets which don't contain themselves as the element. Whether contains K itself as an element? If to assume that contains, we receive a contradiction with "Doesn't contain itself as the element". If to assume that K doesn't contain itself as an element, again there is a contradiction, after all K - a set of all sets which don't contain themselves as the element, so, it should contain all possible elements, including itself" [1].
The paradox of omnipotence is a consequence of this mathematical paradox for sets. It lies in the fact that if a being will execute an action which will restrict its ability to execute actions, then it will restrict its own ability to execute actions, therefore, a being be not the all-powerful any more. If the being can't restrict the ability to execute actions, then it can't execute self-limiting actions and therefore it isn't all-powerful [2].
God can't be ubiquitous as far he, by definition, is considered as invariable, so he can't be separated. Therefore, he can't present components, or any particles which would penetrate everywhere, into all measurements of beingness.
If God is considered as the reasonable being, he can't be omniscient as far essence of any live mind consists in aspiration to the infinite knowledge, to development, but in any way - not to knowledge in advance of everything, the consequence of this is that knowledge, as such, is unnecessary for God. But isn't he a living being?
God in similar theological interpretation is some essence contrived by imperfect, limited, mortal people who wish to realize themselves in such contradictory being in the form of an immortal, all-powerful, omniscient being who, nevertheless, would be same alive and understanding as they, without taking into consideration that all alive and, especially, understanding, exists only because jointly, but not in alone, acts, anyway, in time and space in conditions, suitable for life.
Along with that, the denial of existence of Supreme being, or God as it is proclaimed by atheists, too is inadequate because they by this fact of denial of Supreme or infinite being automatically recognize as the higher creation of the finite person, mankind that in itself is a nonsense as far the finite, in this case the mankind, by definition, can't be eternal and ubiquitous.
In other words, the problem of the meaning of the existence of humanity and, in general, of all living things, is not solved either by theologians with their faith in the omnipotence of God, or by humanists with their faith in the omnipotence of humanity.
What God will decide is unknown, and humanity is rolling on its own in its civilizational shell, as is already evident, not toward the final triumph of reason, but toward the disintegration of this civilization.
From this we can conclude that, as Kozma Prutkov said, one-sidedness is like a gumboil, and we must at least try to eliminate it.
To do this, apparently, it is necessary not to delve endlessly into the problem of the divine, on the one hand, or humanity, on the other, but to pose the question differently - one cannot exist without the other.
  ***
Therefore, both the divine, or more precisely, the otherworldly outside of time, and the human in the current time exist together and eternally in accordance with their functions: the otherworldly provides Everything from the position of an infinite accumulation and usage of information, and the alive, including in its highest expression - a person - provides information about events in beingness automatically infinitely to this accumulator of information and unconsciously uses the data from this accumulator.
Thus, the finite person in his finite communities provides the infinite with the possibility of emerging from a state outside of time, and it can be expressed in the current time in thoughts, feelings and actions during the each life of a person, that is, discretely, but also infinitely in his generations and lives, which guarantees the innumerability of combinations of thoughts, feelings and actions.
That is, the infinite can be expressed only in the finite in a continuous flow of information in the form of the current time.
In this case, no creator is required - everything exists and develops without beginning or end, giving food for both the mind and the senses.
But in order to unite, one must also be divided.
So, the world around us cannot be the only one. Moreover, it must be such that in it, in particular, a person with all his shortcomings, as well as all living things, could exist, and this is possible only in the current time, since only such a world is eventful, that is, receptive to information, which, again, does not exist in itself.
Information manifests itself only in the presence of subjects (the active), which, unlike objects (the passive), have organs-devices capable of perceiving, processing, transmitting and using information in accordance with certain programs so that this information, on the one hand, remains a set of certain data suitable for use in these conditions, and, on the other hand, it is transformed from intermittent (information packets) into a continuous flow, similar to what happens in any television receiver, ultimately being reflected figuratively on the screen, but energetically volumetrically, thereby creating a current time with space in which the subjects themselves, perceiving the information, could change, move and develop, and at the same time copy themselves, making this process non-stop, if there are appropriate conditions for this.
The conversion of the discrete information into its continuous flow is carried out through these subjects due to the delay that occurs during the processing of each information packet, which artificially eliminates the pause between incoming information packets for the subject itself in its perception.
However, the subjects of the mentioned design begin to function only at the moment of their connection to the information channel of the otherworldly, leading them to the so-called revival in the embryo and a certain independence in actions, but within the framework of programs that regulate the growth, functioning and development of these subjects both at the cellular level and as a whole.
That is, the connection of an inanimate or passive biological construct with appropriate programs to the information channel from the otherworldly can be qualified as the acquisition of a certain activity - consciousness, and the otherworldly - the acquisition them additional subject, giving also it life, more precisely, bringing him out of oblivion.
Thus, our world, or beingness, was never created by anyone.
Let us now turn to a more detailed examination of the system of this non-uniform Creation, based on information converted into the current time by alive, especially since the problem of time in science is tied to the movement of the inanimate matter, whereas is obvious that its course without alive is not only meaningless, but also from the dead the living never grows by itself, without which the course of events does not occur. Scientists have already managed to be convinced of this in many years of various experiments, remaining till now perplexed by where alive with consciousness in it came from.
In fact, the current time has nothing to do with the inanimate, the current time is existing eternally in beingness as an information product of alive, which it creates every conditional moment, forming beingness in general and itself in particular.
That is, the world around us is produced precisely by living beings, who, however, do not suspect it.
The thing is that every living being is a complex biological complex of passive elements capable of perceiving, processing, transmitting and using information. This complex in embryo, having a corresponding program of growth and development, is being connected with the active (consciousness), only by connected through the corresponding information channel to the single consciousness of the otherworldly, consuming through it separate successive packets of information so that they, entering this complex, due to a certain delay occurring during their processing, lose for themselves the pause between successive information packets, receiving for themselves a non-discrete but continuous information-energy flow from the otherworldly.
As a result, in the perception of living beings, this flow becomes a current time in space, which allows the living to change and move in it in surroundings of inanimate objects that are the infrastructure for alive. Naturally, such activity is possible only in the case of the existence of both the world known to us and some otherworldly, supplying the living with information at the request of the living from the entire available database of the otherworldly, and also accepting the information generated by each living being during its life for its storage and systematization.
This automatic, or rather programmed process, on the one hand, makes alive by a converter of information into the current time due to its biological construct for itself, that is, placing itself in beingness with a space in which it is possible to change in time and copy itself, being in communities of their own kind in the field of accessible information flows, and, on the other hand, every living being, including the most informationally advanced - a person, feeds the otherworldly with the information it produces, thereby making it a consumer of information that does not allow it to plunge into non-being.
Thus, every living being not only creates existence during life at every conditional moment, that is, at the functioning of the complex of structural elements that make up his body, but also feeds the otherworldly with information.
This entire process requires both the unity of everything in infinity and disunity, and also requires structures that, while functioning, would generate information, which is possible only in the current time.
  ***
The clue lies in the fact that both in the current time and outside it there can be a structure, in which each element repeats the whole with some loss in detail and clearness, linking all parts into a single and inextricable and along with that, allowing them to be multiple and disunited, that is, this structure is a multiple-unified in which neither distances nor time exist.
This structure, called a hologram, is a high-frequency formation as a product of the superposition of several coherent waves, giving a stationary interference pattern, since the phase difference of the waves does not change.
If we assume that the hologram is a single active (consciousness), then this single consciousness does not lose its unity with the entire single-multiple infinite totality of its active particles of individual forms of consciousness, animating for a certain period the corresponding complex of bodies structured for them, but which do not lose their fusion with a single consciousness.
Therefore, each living being, in which the passive and active are united, located in the current time, formed by the entire totality of living beings, in its consciousness exists both in artificial current time and outside of it in the face of a single consciousness, without having a concept of this.
One thing is clear: initially, consciousness in a living being and the body of a living being itself are nothing more than frequency-wave forms, artificially introduced into a denser state in the current time, since no events occur outside of time, and information flows are not formed without living beings [3].
It follows from this that, in addition to the hologram and its derivative - beingness, in Creation there is an infinite nothingness, potentially containing everything, that is, from our position - the present past and future,
whereas the hologram contains only the present and the past in the form of accumulating information, and beingness is in a permanent present, arising at every conditional moment during the processing of the newly received information packet from the hologram in the form of an appropriate copy of what is required, from an infinity outside time, but already, thanks to alive, mostly not in a frequency-wave form, but in a denser state.
Thus, all objects of beingness experience changes in accordance with incoming information packets already within the framework of the current time, which is distributed into the general (astronomical) time for all living beings of a given planet in the corresponding infrastructure and the proper time of each living being within the framework of the general time. At this, a person, understanding his presence in its flow, considers this general time to be calendar time, unlike all other living beings who are unaware of this.
As for the proper time of each living being, the flow of which passes unnoticed for him, it depends mainly on the speed of processing information entering the body through the senses, which in the course of evolution has acquired significant differences for various beings, as if slowed down for plants (the lifespan of sequoia and yew reaches 3 thousand years of astronomical time) and more rapid, in particular, for small crustaceans (several weeks of astronomical time). The proper time for each living creature begins with its birth and ends with its death, differing at the same time by a maximum of millions of times in units of astronomical time, but, nevertheless, fully corresponding to all the canons of the life cycle (growth, development, reproduction, decline in vital activity) [4, ch. 2].
The problems considered here are inaccessible to official science, since it operates with observable and revealed facts, data from various experiments that confirm or refute certain hypotheses, logic and a few axioms. All that is based only on the foundation of beingness, that is, essentially, on data received by a person through the senses and the capabilities of the brain in the current time, and are limited to this, and artificial intelligence only complements the work of the brain, accelerating the process of information processing, since programs for it are not created by it, but by a person.
This kind of limitation does not allow science to explore the otherworldly, that is, the base that informationally controls beingness. This base is a holographic projection of an timeless infinity, through a holographic projection all information at the request of alive comes from an timeless infinity to alive, which is a converter that transforms the information packets imposed on the wave substance into a denser one automatically by eliminating the existing pause between successive information packets for the perception of a living being due to its biological design, since the information processing centers do not have time to record this pause, which is lost during the period of processing the incoming data in approximately the same way as the pause between individual frames of a film is lost for the viewer when it is scrolled at a certain speed in a film projector, and the viewer receives on the screen a completely meaningful continuous movement of objects and characters during the time of the movie.
For a person, or rather, his individual consciousness, this session continues throughout life, but it is necessarily renewed after the disintegration of the body in another subject, uniting the organism and the same individual consciousness, since each individual consciousness is a part of the hologram and always maintains unity with it, even "being" in the current time, that is, working in beingness, since only in it is there life, movement, action and the ability to think in the changes that are taking place, controlling oneself and them, thereby developing thinking and receiving a diverse and unlimited set of feelings and ideas in their combinations, that is, an unlimited, but discrete development of both, which is impossible in the frequency-wave world of the hologram of the other world, which without beingness with its living beings immediately becomes, like its basis - an timeless infinity - non-being, or nothingness.
However, in addition to science, there is also religion, which is trying to understand the otherworldly, but, alas, mostly unsuccessfully, as was mentioned above.
Therefore, in this work, as well as in my other articles and monographs, an attempt is made not so much to unite science and religion, but to eliminate the contradiction between materialism and idealism, restoring the equality of inanimate matter (passive) and active (consciousness), which do not produce one another, but interact with each other, existing eternally in time, but supported by their basis in the form of an timeless infinity (nothingness containing everything), and its frequency-wave projection - a hologram with quasi-time, integrally constituting also nothingness, but producing with both its mutually opposite parts the beingness of different signs, where, for example, it is not electrons that make up the shell of atoms, but positrons, which does not play a role for the circulation of life processes.
  ***
Anyway, in conclusion, we note phenomena that are hushed up or simply inexplicable from the point of view of science, but which quite clearly indicate the real existence of the otherworldly, that is, structures that are not part of beingness, but somehow noticeably influence it.
Karl Pribram, a neuroscientist from Stanford University (USA), came to the conclusion about the holographic picture of the world, reflecting over a riddle, where and as memoirs are stored in a brain. Numerous experiments for decades showed that information is stored not in any particular site of a brain, and is dispersed on all volume of a brain. The researcher of a brain Karl Lashley in a number of decisive experiments in the twenties the last century has found out that irrespective of the fact which a site of a brain of a rat was deleted, he could not achieve disappearance of the conditioned reflexes received by a rat before operation. The only problem consisted that nobody could offer the mechanism explaining property of memory "all in each part".
Later, in the sixties, Pribram faced with the principle of a holography and understood that he found the explanation which neurophysiologists looked for. Pribram is sure that memory is contained not in neurones and not in groups of neurones, but - in series of the nervous impulses, "braiding" a brain just as a laser beam "braids" the piece of the hologram containing all image entirely. In other words, Pribram is sure that the brain is the hologram.
Pribram's hypothesis also explains how a human brain can store so many memoirs in such small volume. It is supposed that the human brain is capable to remember about 10 billion bits for all life.
It was revealed that one more feature can be added to the properties of holograms - the huge density of record. Simply changing a corner under which lasers light a photographic film, it is possible to write down many various images on the same surface. It was shown that one cubic centimeter of a film is capable to store to 10 billion bits of information.
Our supernatural ability to fast identification of the necessary information from the enormous volume of our memory becomes clearer with accepting the fact that the brain works by the principle of the hologram. If you ask that occurred to you at the word "zebra", you should not shuffle mechanically lexicon to find the answer. Associations to the words "striped", "horse" and "lives in Africa" appear in your head instantly.
Really, one of the most surprising properties of human thinking is that each piece of information is correlated instantly and mutually with any another - one more quality inherent to the hologram. As any plot of the hologram is infinitely interdependent with any another, it is quite possible that it is the highest natural exemplar of cross and correlative systems [5].
Similar phenomena associated with holography, among other things, show that consciousness is not a function of the brain, but, on the contrary, the brain is controlled by consciousness, which, thus, does not die in the event of brain death. In holographic reality, thought is ultimately as real as consciousness.
The impossibility to fix consciousness by any means of beingness is also explained by the ultra-high frequency-wave structure of the otherworldly (holograms).
Since the shortest possible measurement of time in genesis (Planck time) is approximately 10 with an exponent of -43 seconds, it is impossible to measure a shorter time due to the Heisenberg uncertainty ratio, the frequency structures in beingness in hertz cannot be more than 10 with an exponent of 43.
In this regard, the frequency spectrum of any individual consciousness that is above this threshold cannot be fixed in beingness.
Dark matter and dark energy, discovered relatively recently by indirect methods, which together make up about 94% of the mass of our universe, cannot be studied by analytical methods. The only thing that has been understood so far is that they are directly related to the evolution of the universe, which suggests the formation and control over all changes of the universe by some unknown party for the sake of the emergence and spread of life, and therefore, the development of consciousness in it.
As is known, our universe is finite. Therefore, it occupies a limited space and has a certain reserve of energy.
Where did this gigantic energy of the universe come from, as well as - of an infinite number of similar universes?
Science does not give an answer to this question. In turn, religion claims that everything appeared from nothingness at the behest of some highest being, who itself is not clear where it is then.
The explanation for this phenomenon, again, is in the invisible presence of the otherworldly.
The energy of ultra-high-frequency wave-like formations, which are mutually in opposite phase and therefore integrally constitute zero, is infinite in individual "halves" of these formations.
It is due to this energy that the formation of the entire infrastructure of beingness occurs.
In particular, each universe has, so to speak, its share of energy, which is constant, and this is evidenced by the law of conservation of energy, all the laws of thermodynamics, the constancy of the speed of light, etc., the violation of which would mean the loss of stability of this entire finite system.
That is, the source of energy of each universe is the powerful energy of ultra-high-frequency wave-like structures of a holographic projection of timeless infinity, which carry in their harmonics the corresponding coded information, transformed in accordance with the well-known formula E=mc² into the mass and energy of objects of the current reality.
The confirmation of the control of the "thinking matter" of the spread of life and the optimal development of living things together with their consciousness, that is, the "thinking matter" itself, is also the Fibonacci sequence, in the framework of which to one degree or another there are all phenomena and objects in the universe, including galaxies, microcosm, crystals, various natural phenomena in the form of cyclones and thunderstorms, as well as flora and fauna. In accordance with the Fibonacci sequence, branches and leaves of trees grow. In accordance with this sequence are also formed the various parts of the human body and the structure of a DNA molecule. In short, everything in the universe (beingness) follows this sequence, but with varying degrees of convergence to it, the maximum indicator of which is felt by a person as beautiful.
  The Fibonacci sequence itself is: 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21...
In this numerical sequence, each subsequent number behind 0 and 1 is the sum of the previous two.
The further this series continues, the closer the ratio of neighboring numbers in it to 1.618.
That is different living organisms do not develop by chance, but trying to follow the Fibonacci proportion, and the "golden section" gradually appears almost everywhere, which, in our opinion, is the meaning of the evolution of the living, which brings to a self-conscious and independent subject in the form of a personality.
In particular, the DNA molecule is 34 angstroms long and 21 angstroms wide. And these numbers are adjacent in the Fibonacci sequence, and their ratio is 1.618.
All best works and works in the fields of architecture, technology, painting, music, literature, as shown by their analysis in relation to the number 1.618, also followed, according to the thoughts of their authors, consciously or not the Fibonacci proportion.
These facts cannot but point to a clear attempt by living organisms to avoid chaos in their change in order to ensure their own economical and at the same time accelerated growth and development in the form of any degree of complexity, which, in turn, contributes to the development of consciousness in this alive.
Thus, this type of living and non-living objects of beingness in the most economical state of the "golden section" guarantees them maximum stability of development or existence, reducing the likelihood of both decay and stagnation.
In particular, a person who is aware of his own existence in time, unlike other living beings, is able to respond to this expression of the form of things and living organisms, which is maximally far from chaos and stagnation, as perfect.
Another fact confirming the basic principle of the hologram - "everything in every part", that is, the coincidence of each particle of the hologram with its whole, is the similarity of the simplest structures of reality (beingness) and the fractality of its more complex structures.
Fractality is also characterized by a kind of complicated similarity, more precisely, self-similarity of the part and the whole: the whole completely or almost completely coincides with its part or parts (has the same shape) with a dimension greater than the dimension of the topological spaces.
A variety of scales of objects that do not have exact quantitative characteristics, but have a relative constancy of ratios and dimensions, is included in the field of fractals, regardless of whether these objects belong to the microcosm, the macrocosm, planets, the living things. Fractality unites almost everything, including self-organizing systems such as a person.
Almost everywhere we can see repeating lines and shapes in inanimate and living nature: in the structure of DNA, lightning, minerals, planetary systems.
Fractal are the crowns of trees, the circulatory system of animals, clouds, snowflakes, etc.
The objects of the universe known to us are also located in it as self-similar structures, that is, fractally.
The fractal analysis is also widely used in human activity.
The fractal analysis of markets postulates the dependence of future prices on past changes, borrowing the properties of fractals to obtain forecasts
Fractal geometry studies processes and phenomena that have fragmentation, brokenness and curvature, creating a fractional (fractal) space.
Fractal art is digital art, that is, the results of calculations in the form of still images, animations, and automatically generated media files. All these images reflect such properties of fractals as self-similarity, algorithmicity, multidimensionality, unevenness, repetition, incompleteness.
Thus, the holographic essence of Creation is reflected in a number of concretely perceptible phenomena of beingness, which, in accordance with the principle of fractality, repeat the frequency wave-like form of formations of the holographic projection of timeless infinity, but with a much lower frequency, as well as in the repetition of lines and forms in inanimate and living nature.
That is, the holographic essence of the projection of a timeless infinity, according to which each particle of the hologram is its whole, in beingness is externally reflected in the similarity of the simplest structures of beingness and in the fractality of its more complex structures, providing an opportunity for such a self-cognizing the subject, as a person, through these forms to approach the harmony of his own wave base.
Since, as was indicated above, Creation without living beings is non-existence, or nothing, the otherworldly is forced to control and even provide, at a minimum, suitable conditions of existence for the emergence and existence of alive, creating the appropriate infrastructure.
In particular, these conditions have already become known to us for our Universe and the planet of our habitation, and they are clearly not random, but specially selected, since the probability of spontaneous emergence of these conditions is practically zero.
  We will present them below.
The immutability of world constants and world laws, ensuring the stability of the environment surrounding living beings, create conditions that allow living beings to arise and function, also testifies to the fact that everything around us works according to certain programs that must be someone or something defined. Recent model experiments have shown that even the slightest deviation from them leads to the impossibility of creating conditions for life.
If we also consider the conditions that developed on Earth about 4 billion years ago, then significant doubts arise regarding their natural, that is, spontaneous origin, since in comparison with the rest of the planets of the solar system and the known exoplanets of the nearest stars of the galaxy, almost everything on Earth, inside it and near it is designed for a fairly comfortable existence and development of living organisms.
More than 4 billion calendar years, life appeared on Earth, and therefore its atmosphere and the upper layer of the hard shell, under the influence of the original organisms, changed significantly in favor of the further development of living beings, influencing, in particular, the formation of the ozone layer, which, together with the magnetic field The Earth, formed approximately 3.5 billion years ago, that significantly reduced the harmful effects of external radiation on living beings.
In addition, photosynthesis allowed living organisms, through the direct use of solar energy, to gradually fill the atmosphere with oxygen and the upper layers of the planet with ozone.
The Earth's magnetic field is generated in its liquid heated metal core. This field is a dipole, the poles of which are located at the geographical poles of the planet. The magnetosphere formed by it deflects external charged particles with high energy, which thereby not reaching the surface of the Earth with its inhabitants.
The Earth rotates in a nearly circular orbit at a distance of 150 million kilometers from the Sun, due to which its surface does not warm up to high temperatures and does not cool to low temperatures. In addition, molecules of water vapor, carbon dioxide, methane and ozone store thermal energy, preventing it from escaping into space, creating the "greenhouse effect." As a result, on the surface of the Earth, on average, the optimal average temperature for the life of organisms is maintained without significant fluctuations - 14.8 degrees Celsius.
The Earth's atmosphere has sufficient density to protect its surface from meteorite bombardments, also regulating the transfer of heat, air masses, and the water cycle, without which the existence of life on land becomes problematic.
Most of the hydrogen in the atmosphere is converted to water without leaving the planet, and the concentration of oxygen necessary for life at the Earth's surface is approximately 20%.
Unlike other known planets, Earth has large reserves of water on the surface, as well as in the form of clouds and water vapor. Gases necessary for the survival of marine organisms are dissolved in water. The water of the seas and oceans makes the climate warmer in winter and cooler in summer.
The Earth, rotating uniformly around its axis, moves around the Sun at a speed of about 28 kilometers per second. In turn, the Solar system rotates around the center of the galaxy at a speed of about 220 kilometers per second, at a sufficient distance from various stellar cataclysms and ultra-hard cosmic radiation.
The inclination of the earth's axis from the perpendicular to the plane of its orbit by 23.4 degrees leads to a change of seasons, which has a beneficial effect on the development of living organisms, thereby avoiding stagnation, and also creates a change from day to night during the day, which is extremely important for the sustainable development of highly organized living organisms by periodically changing business activity to a passive state of recovery and modeling further activity.
The Earth's satellite, the Moon, which appeared 4.5 billion years ago, with its gravitational influence on the Earth creates ocean tides, which create the most favorable conditions for the emergence and existence of living organisms. In addition, the Moon stabilizes the tilt of the Earth's axis, preventing it from approaching the ecliptic plane, as a result of which one of the poles would be directed towards the Sun, and the other in the opposite direction, changing places when the Earth rotates around the Sun, thereby creating extremely unfavorable conditions for life.
Organic matter, as is known, is preserved in a rather narrow temperature range, and it is provided on Earth, like all other conditions for the existence of living beings on Earth, mentioned above.
Thus, the probability of the accidental creation of these conditions on Earth is practically zero, which also allows us to note the participation in their formation of certain extraneous forces that are clearly not present in beingness as we know it.
The official science is also unable to explain the appearance and control of a number of phenomena that can occur only under the influence of certain external forces, that is, what we consider otherworldly for ourselves, but without these forces, beingness, that is, reality in the current time, would simply be absent, but we do not observe this.
The source and mechanism of the emergence of the living beings with a program on a biological carrier in each cell (the genome) has not been identified ensuring the formation of their structure, as well as growth, metabolism, development and reproduction on certain planets of one or the other universes.
There is no explanation of the reason for the ordering by the living beings in the aggregate as a result of their activities of the world around them thereby violating the law of non-decreasing entropy.
It can be stated that scientists constantly avoid substantiating the fact that the brain produces consciousness, since it has long been found out that the body of a person along with his brain is similar to the biological robot, and this body is incapable to produce the consciousness independently. As it was found out in a number of experiments of physicists and psychologists, the body does not have the required elemental basis to produce consciousness.
In particular, the philosopher A. I. Vvedensky in 1914 formulated the law of "the lack of the objective signs of the animateness". The meaning of this law is that the role of psyche in the system of the material processes of a regulation of behavior is absolutely imperceptible and any thinkable bridge does not exist between the activity of a brain and the area of the mental or spiritual phenomena, including consciousness. Professor of the Moscow State University Nikolai Kobozev has shown in the monograph that neither cells, nor molecules, even atoms cannot be responsible for the processes of thinking and memory [6, p. 85].
The sudden transformation of only one of the representatives of primates into such different being as a person, with his self-consciousness and creative abilities, has not been convincingly explained either from the standpoint of the evolution of the animal world.
There is no explanation for the phenomenon of time compaction for communities of the living beings in the course of their evolutionary development.
There is no explanation for the violation of the evolutionary development of living things on Earth in the form of the appearance on it of a number of technological civilizations hundreds, tens and millions of years ago, when people, in accordance with the theory of the evolutionary development of the living beings, could not yet appear.

Chapter 2. On the harmonization of all things.
Not only great thinkers dreamed of harmony in the sense of universal improvement, but each person would not mind improving in such a way as to live for his own pleasure as he wants.
It turns out that universal harmony is something magnificent, which, being reduced to individual, comes down to ordinary stupidity.
In the same way, it happens everywhere, despite all our desires and hopes.
Let's start with the growth and complication of the human brain, which occurred more than two million years ago with the appearance of hominids, who finally turned to a more or less conscious transformation of their own environment for personal and group needs, that is, it is quite advisable, in contrast to the instinctive-reflex adaptation of primates to their environment.
The diverse and often innovative activities of hominids required additional intelligence and initiative. Therefore, new cells and new sections gradually began to appear in the brain, the organ that controlled this activity, in particular, those responsible for associative thinking. Thus, the growth of information flows correlated with the growth and complexity of brain structures.
As a result, after more than two million years, the brain mass of the improved hominid increased from 300 grams to one and a half kilograms, thereby facilitating the solution of complex problems of survival in a hostile environment, far from the comfort and safety of the civilization known to us, and its conscious exploitation. Simply put, a person was then forced to be not only versatile, fast, dexterous, memorizing, but also extremely smart and creative in order to survive, reproduce and somehow comfortably settle in a group of similar creatures, with whom it was also necessary effectively to communicate.
But then a civilization appeared, the main distinguishing feature of which is the right of ownership. It not only divided society into separate communities, which later turned into states, but also structured each community so that it would develop in competition with other communities, ensuring, meanwhile, both the division of labor and the safety of its members.
The development of technology and social relations eventually led civilization within the framework of property relations to the current state, which, despite a lot of shortcomings, is strikingly different from the archaism of previous years in that in most countries of the world the level of citizen safety and the level of health care ensured an average life expectancy of about 70 years, and not 20 years, as it was under the primitive communal system.
It seems that progress is evident, but the brain mass of today's citizens has decreased by 200-300 grams, which scientists explain by their narrow specialization and the absence of constant danger from the outside. However, this is only the tip of the iceberg of civilization, or the human progress, and its essence comes down to the fact that it was very bad before, but we - people - have improved quite well, but, contrary to expectations, have not come to harmony, and recently have begun to quickly degrade in all respects: both in the field of culture with its decadence, and in the field of science, which was limited to solving rather minor applied problems, and in the field of technology, where it was not possible to advance beyond the smartphone. In addition, a permanent crisis arose in public relations, which at any moment can be resolved by a mushroom cloud of an atomic explosion.
Therefore, everything now is going according to the principle: the better, the worse.
It was this fact of degeneration that the Russian thinker N. F. Fedorov had in mind, known for his original approach to improving humanity by resurrecting the dead, which he apparently proposed out of despair and hopelessness, since he did not see any other way to harmonize of all things: "If the unification of the living for a universal return to life does not is carried out consciously, then the unification of sons turns into civilization, into alienation, hostility, into destruction, and instead of the return to life appears culture, that is, degeneration and finally extinction" [1, part 3, paragraph 1].
Fyodorov quite rightly put it this way about the progress that is so respectful to us now and the still encouraging socialism: "Although stagnation is death and regression is not heaven, progress is true hell, and the truly divine, the truly human lies in saving the victims of progress, in bringing them out of hell. Progress as the negation of the fatherland and brotherhood is complete moral decline, the negation of morality itself... ...progress consists in the consciousness by the sons of their superiority over the dead, that is, in such consciousness that excludes the need, and therefore the possibility, of uniting the living (sons) to the return to life of the dead (fathers), and meanwhile, in the matter of the return to life the fathers, real superiority would be expressed sons, if only this can be called superiority, whereas in glorification over fathers only their imaginary superiority is expressed" [1, part 1, paragraph 15].
"If progress, improvement occurs with the help of evolution, development (change of states) of what is happening (?), then progress is not so much the action of an intelligent being as a manifestation of blind force, and therefore cannot be called the improvement" [1, part 1, note 9].
However, Fedorov did not understand that the blind, as he called it, force of progress, which forces civilization to accelerate the flow of its own time, is in fact not purely natural. It arises from the interaction of the animal (natural) consciousness of a person and the completely rational self-consciousness inherent only in a person, which has separated him from the blind forces of nature. It is the struggle of these two components of the human consciousness, and not some other natural forces, that ensures the accelerated development of civilization, and therefore allows each individual human consciousness to constantly plunge into ever-growing information flows, that is, to receive ever new changes in their own self-awareness as a result arising collisions, thereby developing both his self-consciousness and giving from the entire totality of individual forms of consciousness new food for a single consciousness of all.
Along the way, Fedorov completely deservedly debunks one of humanity"s hopes for a harmonious life - socialism, which, as later practice has shown, really turned out to be a false semblance of a fair society, only hiding the ruthless face of capitalism: "Unification in the name of comfort, for the sake of one"s own pleasure, is the worst thing the use of life both mentally, aesthetically, and especially morally... ...Socialism is a deception; kinship, brotherhood, he calls the partnership of people alien to each other, connected only by external benefits... ...Is it possible, is it natural to limit the "human cause" to protecting only the correct distribution of the products of production, forcing everyone to insensitively, dispassionately observe that no one appropriates more for himself against others or that someone would give up something to others, refusing what is theirs? [1, part 1, paragraph 19].
The positivity of such paradoxical view of Fedorov on the development of civilization - the progress - is, however, reflected in the fact that he quite adequately noticed its final degeneration, but instead of analyzing the origin of this degeneration, he proposed that everyone unite for a universal return to life.
The current events clearly demonstrate the correctness of Fedorov in his characterization of progress and socialism, which have not managed to bring humanity to harmonization, but Fedorov, as a true humanist, who pities humanity and wants the best for it, has not lost faith in the coming harmony based on future achievements of science, which will revive all the dead and thereby lead humanity not just to the harmony of eternal life, but to its mastery of all cosmic forces: "The duty of the return to life requires the opening of a path to heavenly space, for without the possession of heavenly space the simultaneous existence of generations is impossible, although, on the other hand, without the return to life of all people it is impossible to achieve complete possession of heavenly space... ...The question of the fate of the Earth leads us to the conviction that the human activity should not to be limited to the terrestrial planet... ...stable existence is impossible while the Earth remains isolated from other worlds. Each isolated world, due to its limitations, cannot have immortal beings. On each planet, the means of life are limited, not infinite, although they can be very large, and, therefore, death should eventually appear due to lack of means of subsistence, if it had not had time to appear earlier for random reasons" [ibid., part 4].
Of course, one must believe in a person and humanity, but one must also keep in mind the limited capabilities of both a person and humanity, as finite entities first of all, not to mention the limitations of their sense organs and brain resources.
In other words, a person can only be the most perfect tool, but whose and for what purpose? And certainly not for the harmonization of beingness, which is impossible due to its contradictory nature and animal essence.
And here the artificial intelligence appears on the agenda.
Here, finally, as many claim, a panacea has appeared that will ensure eternal life in complete goodness as a result of the unification of a person and the electronic-computer miracle.
Again, these blessed ones forget about the natural finiteness of both man and any devices, and eternal life is simply an oxymoron.
Moreover, all these figures apparently do not suspect that the artificial intelligence is not only incapable of ensuring "eternal life," on the contrary, it will in every way contribute to the rather rapid cessation of the existence of the current civilization due to its uselessness due to the degradation that has occurred and, thus, its inability to develop further.
For example, if we approach civilization as a complex nonlinear system, then it is doomed to collapse when certain conditions are created.
In particular, the famous researcher J. Forrester says the following about these conditions for complex systems.
In his opinion, "the complex system" means multilink structure of a big order with a non-linear feed-back. All social systems fall into this class. Like all systems, the complex system is the interdependent structure of feed-back circuits. "Feed-back circuit" is the technical term designating a situation in system for any moment of decision-making. The decision defines the sequence of actions which change a condition of surrounding system and cause a new flow of information on which the new decision is based. Such shaped chain structure is peculiar to all types of decisions, public or individual, conscious or unconscious. Processes, which are inherent in the human body and nature, managed by the laws which are explored by the psychology and physics, medicine and engineering, are all within boundaries of this structure. But the complex system has a number of specific features.
The complex system is a system of a big order. "The order" of system is defined by number of the equations of level (i.e. integrals or statuses) in the system description. Social system, even for very restricted purposes, can be presented as system from tenth up to the 100-th order.
The complex system is multilink. It contains more than three or four feed-back circuits. Interaction between these line-ups of a feed-back, shift of a dominating role from one line-up to another - this is what largely determines the nature of a complex system. The complex system has chains both positive, and the negative feed-back. The chain of the negative feed-back is most often mentioned in literature according to the theory of systems but only this concept is used exclusively in technical literature. But there is a positive feed-back which predicts all the processes of growth, whether biological or economic. Chains of the negative feed-back are chains of searching the purpose regulating the system in the direction of the certain purpose. Chains of a positive feed-back are chains of deviations from the purpose, exponentially declining system from some point of a labile equilibrium. But nature of positive feedback which determines the positive spiral of the behavior of growth depends not only on structure, but it also depends from the numerous changing factors surrounding this chain. These factors often add up and these factors are operated by other line-ups in system. In process of change of these factors regenerative characteristics of a positive loop of growth can be suppressed that will lead process to the neutral point separating positive and negative nature of behavior of a feed-back. If a chain is removed by some push in area of the negative feed-back, it starts generating an exponential decay of process in the direction to an initial point from which it was rejected.
The complex system is non-linear. The modern mathematics deals with almost only with the linear processes. But life and society are almost wholly characterized by non-linear processes. Non-linear interaction in system allows to dominate for some time to one circuit of feed-back, but it can cause shift of this dominant in another part of system where the behavior of system so differs that these two situations seem as not having relations to each other. Iterative restructuring upon nonlinear functional dependencies does the complex system by extremely sensitive to the majority of parameters of system. Such non-linear behavior at the same time does system by resistant to the efforts made with the purpose to change behavior of system.
The complex systems have characteristics which are generally unknown. The behavior of the complex systems differs strongly from behavior of simple systems.
The complex systems are: 1) counterintuitive; 2) surprisingly insensitive to changes of many parameters of system; 3) resistant to administrative innovations; 4) the complex systems contain influence points often in unexpected places which are a source of forces, able to change balance in system; 5) the complex systems counteract and compensate exerted externally of efforts by decrease in rate of the corresponding action generated inside system (the correcting program will be amortized strongly so as its considerable efforts are spent for compensation of loss of internal action); the remote (long-term) reaction of the complex systems in the relation to any administrative innovation often is the opposite to immediate (near-term) reaction in the relation to this innovation; 7) the complex systems have a tendency to deterioration of the condition.
In such situation when casual symptoms are accepted as the reasons, a person directs the efforts to elimination of symptoms, but thus the true reasons remain unaffected. Such action is inefficient, or it leads to situation deterioration. It is possible to tell with big confidence that approach to the solution of problems of the complex social systems, based on our intuition, in most cases leads to mistakes.
The complex systems resist to the majority of administrative actions. Even in that case when the considerable change is made in system, its behavior often remains without change. The reason consists in the nature of the complex systems contradicting intuition, and their tolerance to change of parameters. Administrative measures relate to as structure (i.e. the elements chosen as sources of information as well as their use), and system parameters (defining influence of information and defining the magnitude of its actions). The term "administrative innovations" is considered here as a rule, as the formulation of a line of conduct showing how available information leads to a choice of decisions, defines action. Insensitiveness of system to change of the majority of its parameters leads to that the system remains insensitive and to the majority of modifications which are being imposed to it by new actions and decisions because these decisions change only extent of influence of information or action. The nature of resistance of social systems is hidden in this. Change of administrative intervention leads only to minor change of the majority of levels of system and the new combination of information for a decision making is thus formed. New information in combination with new administrative measures yields the results close to the former.
The complex systems are different high sensitivity to change of only small number of particular parameters and to some structural changes of system. Similar inconsistency in the relation to the situation considered above concerning tolerance of system to parameters really takes place. Any system contains some points and, her behavior is sensitive only to change of these points. Change of administrative influence in one of such points puts pressure upon all system, and her behavior changes in all directions. These parameters and structural changes, to which the system is sensitive, usually are not self-evident.
The active correcting programs imposed on social system, are much less efficient, than it was expected, thanks to that these programs have a tendency to substitute the appropriate internal processes.
Complex systems have a tendency to quality degradation. The nature of systems contradicting intuition is the reason destroying of drawn-up plans of changes. In addition, the contradiction between short-term and long-term reactions of the system causes carrying out such administrative activities that make the system less satisfactory. For example, particular measures can improve a situation for a year or on two, but at this the stage at which will manifest changes worsen the system parameters, simply shifts into the future. The point is that we first see the positive results of the measures taken, and when the situation deteriorates, we're doubling the initial efforts. Enhancing the impact leads again to short-term improvement, compounding and worsening the long-term effects further. And again, we see, how is inventive the complex system in its ability to mislead us.
We have an information volume, much more that which we correctly and systematically use. The imperfection of existing theories about the structure of the system is the barrier. Routine forms of accumulation of data will not be able to shed light, to reveal new about details of structure of system.
Lack of information is not the main obstacle to understanding the dynamics of a complex system. Obstacle is the lack of willingness and ability to organize existing information in a manner that will reflect the structure of the real system and, therefore, will have the basis to behave so as would behave real system. Values of parameters are secondary - first you need to reflect correctly the structure of the system" [2, p. 118-125].
Using Forrester's approach to the complex systems, we will note the following. At informational collapse which already is beginning to manifest itself, especially in the field of informational technologies, such complex system as our civilization, begins to lose control, generally owing to the avalanche receipt of information and lack of its adequate filtration. In this regard the current situation does not provide time correctly to define those few points to which the behavior of a civilization is sensitive, the more that these points even in normal conditions are not self-evident. As a result, the majority of line-ups of a feed-back is being removed in area of the negative feed-back which starts generating an exponential attenuation of process. But nonlinearity of system at attempts to reconstruct it in a worsening situation and to bring to lifting, blocks all efforts made for change of behavior of system. There is no time in a situation of informational collapse for the exact definition of the reasons of worsening behavior of system, and casual symptoms are accepted for them. If efforts go on elimination of symptoms, the true reasons remain unaffected. Such action either ineffective or leads to deterioration. Thus, the structure of the real system due to lack of ability to organize incoming avalanche of information in the form that adequately reflects the structure of the system remains out of undertaken influences.
Such, in brief, explanation of the process beginning with the destruction of the current civilization as a complex system that fall into the situation information of the collapse. Any asteroid or global flood, etc. are not required in order to any technological civilization in these conditions rather quickly stopped the existence.
It is curious that the same nonlinearities of system leading to disordering, in other conditions can generate an order from chaos of the elementary processes. It follows from the concept of a structural stability entered by Ilya Prigozhin. In this context we can talk about the reaction of the system to emergence of the new units, capable to involve in interaction the various processes in system [3, page 178].
Civilizations belong to non-equilibrium and non-linear systems. It means that they can arise and disappear as a result of change of conditions. If process of disappearance of civilizations was clarified to some extent, for emergence of civilizations "the new units, capable to involve in interaction various processes in system" are required also. These units for civilizations are reasonable individuals, organized in the communities. But the question of the appearance of these reasonable individuals for evolutionary theory remains open. Until now, this issue was not resolved and it is unlikely to be solved within the framework of the theory of evolution of the biosphere on Earth.
It turns out that both the scientists who claim that eternity, that is, beingness in the current time, has no cycles, and the scientists who believe that the duration of eternity is a repetition of one and the same cycle are wrong. If we relate these considerations to civilization, then, judging by the data obtained by archaeologists, there were at least ten civilizations on Earth similar to the one that exists today. Thus, the emergence of civilizations is cyclical in nature, but these civilizations do not duplicate each other. On the contrary, with the general similarity in technological and cultural development, the results of their activities are unusually diverse and original [4].
Nevertheless, they all disappeared, taking with them, as it were, into oblivion all the accumulated achievements, thoughts, ideas and feelings, without reaching such a desired harmony.
Doesn't this seem somewhat unfair to the reader?
Only one conclusion can be drawn from this: if harmony exists, then not in the current time of beingness.
Therefore, developing this idea, we can assume that beingness with its current time provides the opportunity for all living things, including a person in their communities, to develop in the accelerating proper time of each local formation, achieving maximum acceleration in a civilizational formation with the receipt of a corresponding result in the form of such intangible achievements as the values of culture, thoughts and feelings of each person in all their individual diversity.
You will say that all this is also lost with the collapse of civilization.
Indeed, in the current time, where all objects and phenomena are finite, all this cannot be preserved, but outside of time, accumulation of everything that exists in the current time is quite possible.
There is sufficient evidence of the existence of this accumulator outside of time in the form of a holographic projection of a timeless infinity. For example, they are given in my article "About the manifestation of the connection between the otherworldly and reality" [5, chapter 8].
If we take into account all these facts, then harmony can very well exist in the form of an ultra-high-frequency wave-like hologram, infinitely accumulating in itself everything that the infinitely flowing eternity gives in the form of beingness with its current time. Thus, if the current time is a condition for the development of the living in everlasting contradictions to its maximum peak in the form of civilization, then the hologram is a condition for the accumulation of everything that beingness produces, since the main principle of the hologram is unity - "everything in every part".
In the world of the "hologram" there is no time, no space, no object is separated from another, that is, the past, present and future, as each person imagines them, do not exist, but at the same time the conditional volume of data coming from being is endlessly accumulated. And this entire volume is produced by the living - there is no one else - in the time it creates, unknown to itself as current. This process, of course, is controlled by a single consciousness of the hologram. Beingness, being as if a derivative of the hologram, along with that is the only "battlefield" that transforms frequency non-being - the hologram - into real life in current time with all its shortcomings, contradictions, discoveries and countless changes.
It is curious that for the suffering consciousness in an individual living being in the current time there is a kind of nirvana in a hologram outside of time.
But in this nirvana, in the absence of time, nothing can happen. Therefore, the active element of Creation - consciousness - is forced to exist both in the hologram in frequency form and in beingness - a more or less dense product of the conversion of energy-informational packets of the hologram, suitable for the existence of consciousness in the form of an individual living being, maintaining a connection through each finite living being with a holographic projection of a timeless infinity due to the principle of the hologram - "everything in each part".
That is, life in beingness arises and develops due to the fact that each living being perceives successive frequency packets of information from the hologram, transforming them due to the inertia of processing into the current time, and, consequently, into a space with changing and moving things [see, for example, 5], in which one can live, reproduce and develop.
In this regard, it can be assumed that the aspiration of humanity, finite in its civilization, for harmony is by no means groundless, but is limited by the elusive horizon of the hologram, in contrast to the infinite consciousness, which endures and enjoys in the form of alive in beingness, and along with that "rests", beyond all forms, in a perfect timeless non-beingness, nevertheless, not forgetting to renew beingness, in which neither people nor civilizations disappear, since without them Creation becomes pure non-beingness.

Chapter 3. Progress and regression as temporary stages of development of consciousness through alive.
Until now, the concepts of progress and regression have been considered, albeit in detail, but the explanation of these phenomena is purely external in nature without disclosing what underlies these phenomena. Therefore, it makes sense to show the informational background of these phenomena using visual examples.
If we recall that the concept of progress quite reasonably means development from the lower to the higher with its complication, then it is just as reasonable to ask the question: what is the cause of development from the lower to the higher?
There is no clear answer to this question. And this is not surprising, because the answer is neither in the bed of logic, nor in the processes of observation or experimentation. Attempts to resolve this question axiomatically have also been unsuccessful [1].
So, where should we look for this answer?
The study of the evolution of the Universe from the Big Bang with its obvious complication only points to the inaccuracy of the standard definition of progress as the complication of something, since it lacks the meaning of complication of dead structures, which both become more complex and disintegrate, following the general law of non-decreasing entropy, according to which the same Universe will sooner or later dissipate or collapse.
Therefore, the usual movement and change of dead bodies is not enough to understand the true essence of progress.
It follows that in addition to the dead, or rather the passive, due to its lack of independence, there must be something that needs not only its own complication, but also that it itself, knowingly or not, engages in this complication in a certain direction, not directly connected with the movement of the passive matter.
That is, something active and interested in its own complication is required, not for the sake of this complication, but for something else - its own inscription into own surrounding so that to feel better and more comfortable in it, or, at least, to stay in the stream of sensations.
It is clear that only living beings are capable of this, who do not want their decay and always fight against it, that is, possessing subjectivity in this regard.
In other words, the activity of living beings is aimed at preserving and improving their life in competition with the rest of the living due to the fact that they are always forced to think, because they are not indifferent, unlike other objects of beingness, to their own existence in it.
Thus, progress is possible only as a change towards, to one degree or another, meaningful complication due to dissatisfaction with the existing, which is characteristic only of the living.
This means that without living beings, everything else turns into meaningless circulation.
Therefore, this rotation as a whole acquires meaning only when it becomes an infrastructure for alive, which differs from the passive by its indispensable aspiration to remain in the position of perceiving sensations, not wanting to fall into the emptiness of non-existence, that is, to become dead.
In this struggle for own existence, all forms of living beings, willy-nilly, have to improve in generations, becoming more complex not mechanically, but trying to adapt to own changing surrounding through the most beneficial additions and transformations of their own body, mainly using positive mutations and method of trial and error over time, the course of which is clearly changing for them and because of them, gradually accelerating.
The single-celled organisms appeared on Earth 3.5 billion years ago.
The time interval from the emergence of the single-celled primitive organisms to the formation of more structured organisms in the form of algae had compiled 2.3 billion calendar years.
Animals have appeared about 550 million years ago. Accordingly, the time interval from the appearance of algae to the appearance of the first animals turned out to be shorter - about 650 million calendar years.
The first mammals appeared 220 million calendar years ago. That is, the time interval from the appearance of the first primitive animals to the appearance of complexly organized mammals turned out to be even shorter - about 330 million calendar years.
Thus, it is noticeable that the development of organisms on Earth went with acceleration, that is, the own time of these groups of organisms was being got denser.
If we follow the course of development of the animal world, then we can note the incessant densification of the own time of development from simpler creatures to more complex ones.
In particular, the first mammals appeared 220 million calendar years ago, the first monkeys appeared about 30 million calendar years ago, the first hominids appeared 6 million years ago, first homo sapiens appeared about 200 thousand years ago.
This acceleration, at least, indicates that living beings, residing in astronomical time, along with that have their own time, which fits into the external one - astronomical, or calendar for us. Moreover, it turns out that since this time does not fall on them from somewhere above, they form it involuntarily, also differing in this property from inanimate objects of beingness.
Such strange fact for science, nevertheless, explains, in particular, the very meaning of progress as a process of development of living beings, which is carried out by them involuntarily, but at the same time their independence in the direction of development in their generations means the presence in alive of a certain active and not indifferent component, which, uniting with the passive with a very specific framework, necessarily containing sensor organs that perceive signals from the outside; a system for processing these signals and a development program corresponding to the structure of this formation, that makes this formation capable of forming its own time within the framework of astronomical time.
In this own time, which makes up not only the phases of development of individual populations with the appearance of new species or qualitative changes in existing ones, but also the life time of every living being from birth to death, one can think and act, at a minimum, to keep oneself in this time due to dissatisfaction with the existing, that stimulates aspiration for the best, willy-nilly changing with the possibility of developing in generations, first involuntarily, and then, with the advent of a person, by design and planning, subordinating one's time even more to oneself, but not suspecting it, although from the outside this is visible by the increasingly accelerated course of this time as a result of the actions of human communities within the framework of civilization, that is, in proprietary relations.
This increased greatly acceleration of human communities in comparison with other communities of living beings was first noted by the historian I. M. Dyakonov in 1994: "There is no doubt that historical process shows signs of natural exponential acceleration. From emergence of Homo sapiens until the end of the I phase passed not less than 30 thousand years, II phase lasted about 7 thousand years, III phase - about 2 thousand years, IV phase - about 1.5 thousand, V phase - about one thousand years, VI - about 300, VII phase - a little more than 100 years, duration of VIII phase while it is impossible to determine. Put on the schedule these phases are combined in exponential development which assumes eventually transition to the vertical line or rather, to the point of so-called singularity. Scientific and technical achievements of mankind were being developed according to the exponential schedule likewise ..." [2].
Of course, one can evaluate the phases of development of the human communities in different ways, that is, their qualitative change, but it is obvious that since archaic times they have been increasingly shrinking within the framework of astronomical time, or more precisely, they have been compacting, and the time of human development within the framework of civilization has acquired a particularly high degree of compaction. If we complete the graph of I. M. Dyakonov to the vertical line, then the point of the singularity falls on 2022.
It was in this year that particularly serious civilizational cataclysms began, fraught with the collapse of civilization.
These events show the finiteness, or temporariness of progress, that is, the development of humanity from the emergence of civilization with the emergence of property relations and to a certain conditional point - the singularity, when these relations are devalued.
Be that as it may, but from the position of the informational foundation of Creation, realized through alive, the accelerated development of living beings, including the progress of human communities, ending in regression in the form of the collapse of the entire civilization, in our opinion, finds a completely convincing explanation.
First of all, it should be noted that with the emergence of the human communities among the communities of living beings, the compaction of the own time of these human communities has increased sharply, and the apparent reason for this phenomenon is that, in contrast to the purely adaptive behavior of all other living beings,
A person"s program of actions has radically expanded towards his acquiring the ability to set goals and achieve them, using his emerging abilities for creativity, penetrating his ideas into the future, and thereby mastering time, that is, realizing himself in it, whereas the animals are always limited only to the present in the form of sensations.
Only this kind of awareness of oneself in the world of current time in the dimension of one"s short life means the true humanization of a living being, since it leads to the recognition of one"s own existence not only in the world of sensations, but also in the world of ideas, quite harmoniously combining in one face the ability to feel and the ability to know both the world around him and oneself.
The volume of information flows in this case increases sharply, the environment begins to purposefully change under the influence of these new creatures, at the same time changing them themselves at a much faster pace than what happened before.
That is, a person in his communities falls into the field of increasingly increasing information flows that are perceived by his senses, developing both them and the body's control organs, as a result of which, for example, the mass of the human brain has increased several times compared to the mass of the primate brain.
Let us now note how the acceleration of human communities has changed with the emergence of civilization within the framework of the main phases of their development in units of calendar time.
The slave system, which replaced the primitive communal organization of human communities, which took many tens of thousands of years, lasted only several thousand years until the transition to the feudal type of economy.
During the era of feudalism, the development of civilization accelerated even more than during the period of the slave system, taking a little more than a thousand years in Europe.
Capitalism occupied a historical period of several centuries - from the 17th century to the 21st century, accelerating the development of civilization several times compared to feudalism.
Thus, it becomes clear that the acceleration of the human communities' own time is directly related to information flows.
Nevertheless, own time flows implicitly, within the framework of external - open - time, without being recorded by people. Naturally, this type of time, dependent on the activities of people and, accordingly, the expansion of information flows in which they are located, but not explained by official science, which objectifies calendar time, is still officially ignored, despite the above-mentioned facts of acceleration of this type of time, different from the calendar (astronomical).
If time in the process of activity of living beings is an information product, then with the change in the information flows covering a living being or beings, the time of their own life and the periods of life of their genera or species, as well as the phases of existence of human communities that differ qualitatively, changes in accordance with the change in the information flows in which they find themselves, despite the fact that calendar time is still the same running [3].
The above leads to the idea that information is information about the state of material objects that the consciousness of a living being is able to recognize when scanning its surroundings with the means at its disposal. The initiative in this process belongs to the consciousness of any living being, including a person, and not to the objects surrounding it.
Information, or the deciphered data, designations, clarification and etc. are transmitted from the material objects through the material objects, for example, light, to the material objects, for example, to the instruments for the finite perception by consciousness of information. That is, without the material objects, including consciousness itself, information doesn't exist. It arises only in case of the selection by consciousness from the general "noise" of those data which the consciousness is capable to recognize partly instinctively, partly consciously for a person.
In other words, information arises only in consciousness by means of available for it, more precisely, at the carrier of consciousness of organs of senses, but not differently, being the quite material copy of an object or objects, which are available through feelings for consciousness and. which human consciousness can understand. Information can't be qualified as something non-material and independent, as far it is copies of data about objects selected and decrypted by consciousness from the boundless environment surrounding consciousness - some kind of "noise". The consciousness processes these deciphered copies of the fragments of the material objects in particular into images, meanings, emotions which are also the quite material components of consciousness entailing the subsequent actions of the carrier of consciousness. On their basis together with memory he interacts with environmental objects every moment of own "now".
Thus, all interactions of the being having consciousness are carried out in this end-to-end, irreversible process only on condition of arrival in his consciousness of the appropriate portions of information, each of which is processed, falling in a certain duration and consisting a row of sequential moments from the birth to death of the carrier of consciousness.
This information process automatically places a particular living being or the community of living beings in the field of own time, which they do not notice, since this time is located, as it were, inside them, noting only the course of an external calendar time, independent of them, based on the periodic movement of planets and luminaries [4].
It is this obvious current time - astronomical - that is rather trivially recognized by modern scientists as the only one.
These facts of the time compaction in the process of development of living beings indicate that progress is manifested only in the case of expansion of the volume of information flows, which is recorded by the reduction of the corresponding periods (phases of qualitative change) of the development of communities of living beings.
But, as we know, along with progress there is also regression, since progress, in particular, of the human communities, is not eternal.
The scientific interpretation of regression comes down to the fact that in the evolutionary motion, due to the emergence of certain unfavorable conditions, populations change up to their disappearance. The cause of this phenomenon is considered to be the extinction of the ability of organisms to adapt to changes in environmental conditions [5].
Since human communities are also collectives of living beings, they too can fall into conditions unfavorable for their survival.
The most significant of these conditions, except, of course, natural disasters, is an information collapse.
In this case, the volume of incoming information begins to exceed the capabilities of the centers that process it. That is, the human brain, even together with artificial intelligence, is unable to cope with the flow of incoming information, which entails the adoption of wrong decisions, which in the extreme case quickly destroy the entire civilization up to its destruction, for example, if a decision is made to start a nuclear war.
Externally, this situation is reflected in the fact that the "flow" of time for a civilization (its own time) stops (the point of the singularity), which means that its functioning stops, that is, the civilization loses its former quality completely or for a long time.
Along with that, another case of a catastrophic change in the functioning of civilization is possible, during which the information flows entering the system are minimized or completely stopped, that is, the normal functioning of the system is reset to zero, since the course of events initiated by the influx of information for it (its own time) is suppressed.
This kind of situation in technological civilization occurs with the rapid development of computer technology and the emergence of the Internet, which is based in every telephone set. The subscriber can get an answer to virtually any question, which nullifies his thinking apparatus - his own brain. A comparatively rapid degradation of humanity occurs, leading to a halt in the functioning of civilization, since the moronic subjects are no longer able to independently generate information for managing civilization, minimizing the flow of business (significant) information, which is becoming increasingly incomprehensible to them, since they are now only able to press buttons.
Externally, such situation of rejection of the educational information leads to the transition of this civilization into a kind of "sleep" mode with the loss of the sense of time and the destruction of the foundations of civilization, which no one can look after due to the degradation of its members.
Reaching the point of singularity of civilization or falling it into a "sleep" mode with the complete degradation of its members, in these extreme cases converge, since the civilization disintegrates.
The difference may be that when the system-civilization is overloaded with information (the point of singularity), it is destroyed, that is, its own time ends. In place of this system, something else appears, perhaps something similar, and perhaps a system of a different quality.
If, however, at the beginning of a significant decline in business (significant for development) information flows, it is possible to carry out a timely return of the system-organism to the previous information flows, not allowing the civilization to fall into a "sleep" mode, then the system-civilization can return to normal functioning,
Thus, both the state of progress and regression testify to the fact that the living, in the person of its most perfect representative - a person, is nothing more than a tool in the development of consciousness, which flows through communities of living beings, step by step, but endlessly.

Chapter 4. On the reasons for the success of individual communities.
To date, the reasons for the success of certain communities are determined, in essence, superficially. Therefore, in the present work, an attempt is made to penetrate the depths of this phenomenon, which is quite complex and ambiguous.
It must be assumed that information is at the basis of the development of any living being. If information is being presented as data on the state of material objects that consciousness is capable of recognizing when scanning the environment with the means at its disposal, then information, on the one hand, ensures, in particular, the very existence of a person, giving him knowledge of the environment through the senses and his brain, and on the other hand, he himself is a source of information about the environment, as he imagines it.
Information cannot be qualified as something intangible and independent, since information is data, selected and decoded by consciousness about objects from the vast environment surrounding consciousness in own carrier.
Its volume, quality and timeliness in combination with external conditions are primarily capable of significantly accelerating or slowing down the development of communities of living beings, making them successful for some time or leading to decline after a certain time, since the ability and desire to use information flows, in turn, in particular for human communities, are always affected by changing conditions of existence, the level of collectivist self-consciousness of the community as well as neighbors competing with this community, who may be able to use the available information sources with greater success, receiving corresponding benefits from this.
At first glance, it seems that the advantage in development is gained by large communities that are able to independently create significant and diverse flows of information in relatively favorable conditions. Indeed, such a community several thousand years ago was imperial China, whose population created a unique culture and technologies based on the use of irrigation structures.
The favorable climate, technically competent creation and use of irrigation systems for growing large volumes of rice, made it possible to relatively quickly unite the population in the region of the Yangtze and Huang He rivers and increase its numbers, creating the prerequisites for technical creativity.
To a large extent, for this reason, at the beginning of the first millennium AD in China, mills, pumps were invented, new technologies for agricultural production, silk manufacturing technology, and multi-tiered buildings appeared.
The numerous bureaucrats in China with a large volume of paperwork and the production of silk caused the invention of relatively cheap paper.
The fact is that during the silk production in China, after the thermal and mechanical processing of raw materials, a fiber layer remained on the mats, which after drying turned into a thin sheet suitable for writing.
This paper was very expensive because the raw materials were expensive. Therefore, there was a demand for less expensive fiber raw materials in order to reduce the cost of paper. In the year 105 AD the updated paper-making process was proposed by the official Tsai-Lun. Instead of expensive raw materials, he found similar cheap materials: he took mulberry fibers, old rags, hemp and wood ash. All this was shredded and mixed with water. The resulting mass was laid out on a wooden frame and a sieve. After draining the water, the mass was being dried in the sun and thoroughly smoothed with stones. It turned out high-quality and inexpensive sheets of paper. This technology, with minor changes, has survived to this day.
Frequent earthquakes contributed to the invention of the seismograph, and the proximity of the Pacific Ocean seas led, over time, sea travel enthusiasts to invent the compass.
It would seem that on such solid foundation, the Chinese community could have become the most successful several thousand years ago.
But this did not happen, despite the absence of competing neighbors due to its favorable geographical location, as well as the presence of the favorable climatic conditions. It can also be noted that at one time, C. L. Montesquieu has pointed to these factors as a source of social development, and J. J. Rousseau has believed that the driving force of the development of society, and therefore its success, is a significant population size.
Even the creativity of a certain stratum of the population did not contribute to the success of the Chinese community, which also refutes the idea of Gabriel Tarde having noted that the driving force behind the development of society is the creative mind in the form of rationalization of tools of work and life, including the inventive. The last Tard considers as an adaptation mechanism, without which it is difficult for a person to apply himself to changing environmental conditions. The new arises as a result of the activity of a few gifted individuals. Then the process of imitation begins. In particular, according to the Tarde, the assertion of the basic social institutions was due to the inability of ordinary people to invent, and they began to imitate the innovators.
If we turn to the rather obvious reasons for the chronic stagnation of China for several millennia, we can note that the development of the Chinese community was blocked by the use of forced labor and slavery, as well as the lack of competition among neighbors who were at a lower stage of social development, being capable only of raids, and subsequently, as a rule, assimilated by the Chinese. All this unjustifiably caused the emergence of the opinion among the Chinese that their Middle Empire is the center of the Universe and will always be so, preserving the established order.
In addition, a kind of analogue of religion in the form of Confucianism in China - a product of bureaucratization and strict hierarchy of the Chinese community, the source of which was following the traditions of management and organization of work of irrigation structures, has established the strict rules of behavior and hierarchy of social structures for more than 2.000 years, with its public ethics, political ideology, scientific traditions, unlike the rest of the world which was recognized by the Chinese, who were proud of their cultural, structural and social achievements, as the barbaric, in fact has cut off China from the rest of the world, that eventually has led Chine to stagnation.
Besides, the Confucian idea of retribution, referring only to descendants, and not affecting the otherworldly, immortality of the soul, being essentially a primitive way of thinking of the archaic type, naturally, could not contain the contradictoriness both Creation and a human consciousness. Therefore, the Chinese community was more inclined to respect the traditions, than to try to produce something new, that is, to create, which, if it manifested itself, did not receive development, just as the navigation did not develop because of the opinion of one of the emperors that only savages lived around and there was no point in paying attention to them. And all the ships were burned.
The Chinese community and now practically only copies any innovations, without asking the problems of obtaining fundamentally new knowledge and new technologies on their own.
This fact, as well as the large number of poor people in China, were appreciated by the US leadership several decades ago, which decided to transfer production of almost everything to China, financing this event. As a result, China, with a meticulous and thorough approach to any work of an obedient population, has now become the world's factory, but its recent success has not come from its own internal sources, but under the influence of purely external influence, and this success can be questioned, since the majority of the Chinese population is still in a state of poverty and isolation from culture.
The Chinese lack the ability to generate something new, the prop only on their own cultural traditions, and lack of criticality towards their commercial rather than creative nature is unlikely to allow them to become a world leader instead of the US, despite the apparent proximity of this.
The example of the Chinese community demonstrates that neither favorable geographical and natural conditions, nor a numerically significant population, nor excellent traditions of work organization, nor a clear division of labor meet the criteria for success.
For the last, as well as the size and density of the population, were mistakenly pointed out by E. Durkheim as the main driving force of the development of society, since he believed that, unlike simple communities, where people are connected by personal relationships, interests and traditions, in large community people increasingly rely on each other due to differences in their own specialization.
As for religion or its analogue - Confucianism, as the Chinese community shows, they can manifest themselves as one of the most significant obstacles to the success of the community's development, as a rule, with one exception, which will be mentioned below. contributing to its stagnation and isolation from other communities. The same failure in development due to archaic religious dogmas is also characteristic of India with its chronic stagnation and disunity of the population (Hinduism, caste, Buddhism, the claim to the place of the founder of world civilization and the center of world wisdom), and for countries whose population professes Islam with its Old Testament views on society with many senseless prohibitions.
Thus, the Chinese community with their Confucianism, Taoism, strict hierarchy of society, ant-like collectivism, preservation of ancient hieroglyphic writing, state isolation, opinion of their own exclusivity in the world, despite the above-mentioned favorable conditions for development and success, fell after some rise into chronic stagnation for several thousand years, which eventually led to the country becoming a colony of more developed countries. And even at the present time, China is not able to independently effectively take advantage of the decline of European and Anglo-Saxon civilizations, hoping for some external factors that can help it in this.
That is, we can state the insufficiency, both individually and in combination, of the action of the factors indicated above for the success of a community, which can only be conditions for success, but they do not decisively allow the absorption and generation of information flows useful for development and success.
What then contributes to the greatest extent to the use of information flows for the successful development of a community, both technologically and culturally?
History tells us the answer to this question very clearly.
We only need to abandon traditional views on the history of civilization, such as the one that it is driven by the struggle of the oppressed against the oppressors.
The oppressed and oppressors of a sort also exist in the rest of the living world, competing and devouring each other, but their struggle changes the rate of development of existing communities very weakly, if at all. That is, the accelerated development of the natural world occurs extremely slowly.
In the human communities, in the initial period of the emergence of civilization, a similar phenomenon occurs, and the main reason for it is that the oppressed need to be represented by someone. In other words, there must be opposition to the authorities. If there is none or it is weak, then nothing happens in this community or state, despite the constant dissatisfaction of the oppressed with their situation, as a result of which uprisings or riots regularly occur, but the situation as a whole does not change.
Sooner or later, the opposition to the authorities arises in a number of countries, but the opposition does not arise spontaneously, but in the case when, in addition to authoritarian rulers or cliques, there is an opportunity to express opinions that do not coincide with the opinion of the authorities, for which they do not execute, but which are at least sometimes taken into account. Then a more or less reasonable or even effective solution to the problems that arise can occur with a greater probability, including in relation to reforms that ease the pressure on the oppressed, which leads, strange as it may be for the oppressors, to an increase in the labor productivity, as happened, for example, with the emergence of feudal lords with the fall of the slave system, which allowed workers on the land to keep a significant part of the harvest for themselves, thereby improving their own situation, but not reducing the income of landowners. In the same way, under capitalism, the reduction of the working day with the introduction of mechanization of labor significantly increased its productivity and the income of entrepreneurs, but the wages of workers also became higher.
However, nothing happens by itself, and, indeed, the actual opposition is being formed with the appearance in society of not only relatively independent advisers to rulers and even parliaments, but with the growth of the number of sufficiently educated intellectuals who are able to offer certain ways of the removal of the human community from similarity of the pack of primates led by the alpha male, who must be obeyed unquestioningly.
The interaction of these informal oppositionists with those in power gradually leads to the emergence of laws and the implementation of reforms that promote the progress and facilitate the development of the industrial relations, the expansion of the population's coverage of education and health care, which in itself cannot but affect the growth of public welfare.
Consumption grows, culture embraces almost the entire population, and it also becomes familiar with new technologies. This creates a basis for an ever-increasing absorption of information flows and the development of new information, mainly due to creative individuals who, with their scientific discoveries and technical innovations, further accelerate the development of society.
All this quite convincingly points to the external causes of progress, but the source of such progress, which initially makes some communities successful, while others, if it is weakly expressed, remain passive or their temporary success is still on the verge of savagery and is in no way connected with cultural development, remains in vain.
Such source cannot but be that very dissatisfaction that manifests itself in the consciousness of every living being, which forces it to constantly seek something better than what is available.
That is, the consciousness of any living being constantly strives to make room for a new one, applying itself to changing conditions in order to avoid death.
Exactly to this forced aspiration for such kind of freedom corresponds to the state of dissatisfaction of consciousness in the living both with itself and with the surrounding, rooted in the consciousness of any living being unlike inanimate objects, and, in particular, being a stimulus for the conscious striving of consciousness through a person to the new, the unknown.
It turns out that without freeing up the space occupied by previous structures for the new, that is being created by consciousness in alive, consciousness cannot do without. And this suggests that dissatisfaction in alive as an active creation inevitably produces freedom, first in the minimal expression of the liberation from the unnecessary at each stage of development, and then in its manifestation by the living beings choosing one or another in its surrounding from the multitude, and in a person freedom is not being limited only to the choice from what is, but makes him strive for the new, the unknown as a result of the creative efforts of the joint activity of the natural consciousness of a person and his self-consciousness.
The fact is that in a person and its communities this property of dissatisfaction, which is a consequence of the activity of the living, is strengthened by the fact that it manifests itself not only in his natural consciousness, which he inherited from primates, but also in his awareness of own actions, which he direct both for own prosperity and for the knowledge of the world, that turns into new scientific and technical achievements for him and his communities, influencing both the expansion of well-being in terms of obtaining a wider range of pleasant sensations, and the awareness of their place in the world, above which there is nothing.
If some particular community does not itself create flows of information sufficient for its own development, or it does not fall into them, and also if it does not have a level of self-consciousness sufficient to provide at least certain categories of individuals with the opportunity to work for itself, then it is doomed to stagnation and subordination to more developed communities, which was demonstrated by the colonial system that existed more recently.
In particular, China, despite the remarkable organization of its community, its favorable geographical location near the ocean between two large rivers in a warm climate, its significant population and a certain creativity of individual parts of its population, was unable to become successful at that time, which is explained by the fact that slaves cannot be drawn into the rapid process of economic and cultural development, since the cheap slave labor characteristic of the Chinese community at that time did not require any fundamental changes in labor methods.
The presence of slaves in those days in almost all developed countries indicates an extremely low level of both the collectivist and individual highest consciousness, or self-consciousness, which does not recognize the equal rights of all people without exception. In other words, slave or semi-slave labor and the stagnation in technological development it provoked were merely a consequence of the low level of self-consciousness of the population of the most developed countries of that time, not to mention other countries and peoples.
China's power elite and its large bureaucracy were quite satisfied with the current state of affairs, there was no opposition to the government, and forced laborers, breaking out of their slave status during the uprisings, were not capable of more than replacing the overthrown power elite.
A slightly different situation developed in Western Europe in the second millennium AD.
With the fall of the Roman Empire, a feudal economic system gradually developed in Western Europe, replacing slave labor with more free labor for small producers, that is, to a certain extent for themselves, and not just for their masters.
A significant part of the population moved to the cities, freed from feudal dependence. They took up various crafts and artistic trades, which required certain knowledge to increase the efficiency of labor activity. Various schools and then universities began to open.
The emergence of educated people not only among the clergy served as the basis for the gradual development of culture, science and technology, which, in essence, was hindered by the attitudes of religion, whose ministers understood the harm to its Old Testament ideas of everything new.
As a result, an informal opposition began to form among a part of educated people, supporters of progress, dissatisfied with the established order.
Ultimately, the breakthrough of progressive ideas through the retrograde nature of the church occurred at the weakest point of those in power.
By the beginning of the 16th century, the feudal lords found a common language with the townspeople in their desire to abandon the extortions and omnipotence of the papacy, especially since the complete disintegration of the Catholic Church was evident, expressed in the sale of indulgences - a paid charter from the Pope on the remission of sins.
And here, very opportunely for the power elites of some Western European states, a German theologian was found who dared in 1517 to speak out not only against indulgences, but also in an address "To the Christian Nobility of the German Nation" declared the fight against papal dominance to be the cause of the entire German people.
This theologian, Martin Luther, essentially, expressed the dissatisfaction of the leading part of society with the autocracy of the church fathers, thereby reflecting the fact of the growth of public self-consciousness to a level that would allow society to move to a greater degree of freedom for its members, and which would be difficult to oppose with anything else.
Luther rejected the juxtaposition between the worldly and the spiritual, stating that God's grace is being exercised also in worldly life on the professional endeavors, since God intends people to one or another type of activity, investing in them various talents and abilities, and the duty of a person to work diligently, fulfilling his calling.
As a result, there was a split of the Catholic Church with the formation of several areas of Protestantism.
The idea of Luther that the main vocation of man is diligent labor, has liberated Protestant public, who appeared, allowing it to take a different attitude not only to labor, but also to its fruits, especially new ones.
In all Protestant countries the prohibition on novelties of the technology and their use was removed.
Therefore, the reason for Reformation that took place in Europe was the progressiveness of Christianity, in which, unlike other religious directions, initially in the Christ's Mount Preaching was laid the contradiction between the existing beingness and the "world" other - the best.
Naturally, sooner or later the idea of a "right" joining this better "world" should have appeared through the improvement of the existing world through effective labor efforts and their fruits for the common good that God cannot fail to notice directly.
The result of this outwardly religious reformation was the removal of strict regulations and restrictions that hinder private initiative, scientific and technological progress, the recognition of labor not as a duty, but as a benefit, and the emergence of an independent and educated part of the population within a centralized and independent state.
However, it has so far gone unnoticed that these changes hid the action of dissatisfaction with the personal and collectivist self-consciousness of individual communities of Western Europe within the framework of different conditions of existence compared, for example, with the Chinese community, in which the growth of this dissatisfaction was actually blocked, and where instead of informal opposition to power structures acted one obedient bureaucracy.
Having received the appropriate "permission" from the reformed church, the creative persons in a number of European countries did not slow down to intensify scientific research, offering as a result a lot of technical and organizational innovations.
The machine production arose, ships and navigation improved, trade revived, mail, newspapers appeared, and communications between continents expanded.
It is precisely the fairly free expression of ideas and actions of both an individual and the entire community, which must be achieved as a result of the emergence of certain objective conditions, that presupposes the success of this community, which is what happened in the Protestant countries of Western Europe, unlike the rest of the world, which did not have such conditions for the most effective use and production of information flows. All other countries and communities found themselves in the role of borrowers, and a significant part of them fell into direct dependence on the leading countries of the world, from which they are still unable to get rid, but do not lose hope for this due to the stagnation that has begun in the leading countries of the world.
It should also be noted that the success of a community may not necessarily be based on a sufficiently intense cultural and technological upsurge, but it may be associated with the growth of the community's self-consciousness, which occurs under the pressure of purely external influences.
A clear example of this kind of success is the manifestation of Spanish rule in the role of a world empire, over which the sun did not set for more than a century and a half, beginning in the late 15th century AD.
The high level of self-awareness of the Spanish community was formed on the basis of its dissatisfaction with the capture of a significant part of the Iberian Peninsula by the Muslim Moors for several centuries until the 14th century AD.
The peasants and townspeople who fought alongside the knights with the Moors did not fall into serfdom. On the contrary, they received the great benefits: the peasants have been forming the free communities, and the townspeople enjoyed greater rights than the townspeople of other European countries. In the struggle against Muslims, the self-consciousness of Spaniards developed and became stronger, so how the war for the return of the lands of the ancestors has been consolidating the Spaniards, causing the emergence of such traits as valor, honor, perseverance in achieving the set goals, adherence to ancient traditions based on the Christian faith as opposed to Muslim customs and mores.
With formation of Christian states in Spain and the weakening of Moorish rule for internal reasons, the return of the territory continued with success, and by the end of the 13th century the entire peninsula, except for the Granada Emirate, had been conquered by Spaniards-Christians. During the entire period from the beginning of Reconquista before its actual end continued strengthening of the of such quality of self-consciousness of Spaniards, how exactly Christian peculiarity as opposed to Conquerors-Muslim. Both new created kingdoms - Aragon and Castile - developed the specific statehood, which basis was the protection of trade and industry by laws.
Both kingdoms were being united in the single kingdom of Spain to the end of XV century. The renewed power elite began with even greater zeal to strengthen the Catholic Church: Inquisition was introduced, persecution of Jews and Muslims began. At the same time, the power of the king was being strengthened, sciences and arts became more encouraged. America was discovered, and its absorption by the Spaniards began. Expansion of strong Spanish army extended also to Europe: Naples was conquered, Navarre was annexed, in 1519 the Spanish king was elected as the German emperor. At the end of the 16th century Spain expanded colonies in South and Central America, seized Portugal (1580), having become thereby the world power.
This interval of the development of the Spanish community is characterized by the rise of the collectivist self-consciousness of Spaniards, who became to feel themselves to be the world leaders.
Thus, the dissatisfaction of self-consciousness works quite well on different grounds, as long as they provide the opportunity to ensure a change in the situation for the community towards its radical improvement, which is reflected in an increase in the degrees of civil and personal freedoms, and, consequently, leads to the absorption and production of a larger volume of information.
However, the basis for the success of communities largely depends on the time interval in which the given community is in the civilizational development, since at the very beginning of the formation of civilization as an entity based on property relations, the level of collectivist and personal self-consciousness could not be high, thereby providing almost complete freedom to the egocentric natural consciousness with all its "brutal" features.
States that emerged as a result of the structuring of united tribes at the very beginning of the civilizational development were naturally located in the zones of the planet that were most favorable for effective management, contacting each other mainly for trade.
Success in trade depended to a large extent on strengthening contacts with neighbors, and this strengthening could be achieved most easily by military means.
Since the altruism of self- consciousness was in its most embryonic state at that time, the natural consciousness dominated in the collectivist consciousness of each community, which always demands the best, no matter at whose expense - the main thing is to manage to seize this best for your own benefit, which can be hindered or facilitated by both internal and external situations.
Assyria is an example of a successful community in the case of an extremely low level of the collectivist self-consciousness, and therefore more similar to the expansion of predators than to the way of community development. This small trading city-state, in which the leading role was played by merchants, fortunately the state was located near the trade routes of the Middle East, initially appeared under the name of Ashur at the beginning of the 2nd millennium BC. It was not independent, being under the domination of larger states in the region.
The power elite of Ashur made repeated attempts at a policy of conquest for several hundred years, but at the end of the 16th century BC Ashur was defeated by the then powerful state of Mitania, and the country found itself in a period of the deep decline.
As a result of this, in the community from 15th century BC has been increasing by the discontent with the imperious elite, presented generally by merchants and has been arising an aspiration to replace the merchants with military.
Merchants in the power were replaced by the military nobility headed by the tsar in the middle of the 14th century BC. These events and weakening of Mitania - Assyria were under its power - resulted in military achievements in the form of occupation of the neighboring territories.
Development of this policy has given the opportunity to deploy a large-scale military action. In the middle of XIII century BC Assyrians have been robbing the Central regions of Babylonia, in XII century BC - have reached the shores of the Black and Mediterranean seas.
However, the Aramean invasion put an end to the military expansion of Assyria, and from XI century BC up to the end of X century BC Assyria again has come in a deep decline: cities were empty and the population has been fleeing to the mountains.
Due to the fact that Arameans were unable to create the large and powerful state, Assyrians at the end of the 10th century BC, rebuilt their military organization and carried out series of progressive military reforms. As a result, during IX century BC. Assyria has conquered all Northern Mesopotamia and has advanced to the shores of the Mediterranean Sea.
However, at the beginning of VIII century BC the troops of the neighboring state of Urartu have inflicted the strong defeat over Assyria, which has lost some of own territories. In connection with the onset of the social and economic crisis, the population's uprisings began.
Discontent with the old nobility has led to the loss of power by it. New tsars in the second half of VIII century BC has carried out the major reforms, reorganized the army and began the new campaigns for the robbery and the seizure of territories.
By the middle of VII century BC Assyria manages to capture Egypt and all Mesopotamia.
The capture of countries with different populations, languages and customs made the Assyrian community unsustainable, the more that the position of the indigenous Assyrian population had deteriorated significantly: the rural communities had lost their independence, and the agrarians had come close to the situation of slaves, planted on the ground. This circumstance, as well as the debilitating wars, frequent uprisings in conquered countries has caused a crisis in the state.
Attack at the end of VII century BC on Assyria by the strong enemies from the east and south has led to the complete defeat of its army, the capital was burned, resistance ceased, and the population gradually dissolved among the neighbors.
This kind of success of communities in that "barbaric" time, which, in essence, was sought by only the ruling elite, who received the corresponding spectrum of pleasant sensations, but did not affect the well-being of the rest of the population, depended mainly not so much on the economy as on military force, the degree of which, in turn, was determined by the high level of dissatisfaction of the natural collectivist consciousness of the military nobility of the community, interested only in robbing everyone who could be robbed and ruined without any hint of mercy and development. It was precisely this kind of "success" that Assyria demonstrated for quite a long time - for seven centuries, with some interruptions, until the population inside it became catastrophically impoverished due to the flow of continuous wars and a comprehensive collapse began, and stronger rivals appeared outside.
Nevertheless, the extraordinary cruelty, neglect of other peoples, and at the same time a close-knit and strong army with the most effective weapons of destruction and inventive tactics of warfare at that time made it possible for Assyria to engage in actual banditry throughout the Middle East for a long time. But there is a limit to everything, and the Assyrians hated by everyone simply disappeared from the face of the earth.
In conclusion, we note the following.
If the success of communities at the very beginning of the existence of the civilization was determined in fact by the dissatisfaction of the dominant collectivist natural consciousness, then with the development of the collectivist self-consciousness in its altruistic component, the success began to be determined to an ever greater extent by it, contributing not only to the robbery of neighboring communities, but also to their merging into larger ethnic groups interested in their preservation, which is greatly facilitated by cultural, scientific and technological development.
However, the difference in the level of altruism of collectivist self-consciousness and the degree of influence of collectivist natural consciousness on the community can be quite significant under the influence of various factors, including natural ones.
In particular, the level of altruism of the collectivist self-consciousness of the leading countries of the world (USA, Europe, Japan) even by now turned out to be so low, and the degree of dominance of the collectivist natural consciousness of these same countries is so high, that they, like Assyria, having captured many underdeveloped countries, shamelessly plundered them for several centuries and are still plundering, excluding the possibility of their development, under false slogans of helping the weak, providing their population with a relatively high standard of living, and thus likened to a somewhat cultivated flock of primates who do not care about the suffering of the rest.
So, the civilizational development, which is based on the interaction of the collectivist natural consciousness and the collectivist self-consciousness, leaves most of the world's population virtually outside of this development. And this indicates, on the one hand, the impossibility of evading contradictions and negative consequences, in essence, the deep struggle of collectivist natural consciousness and self-consciousness of all layers of an extremely heterogeneous population, and, on the other hand, quite clearly shows that a person and his communities are nothing more, as an instrument of consciousness, which through these finite lives in their contradictions and struggle of all living provide both its own endless change and development, and the removal from the nothingness of all that exists.

Chapter 5. On the reasons for the decline of individual communities.
The reasons for the decline of certain communities are assessed mainly without touching upon the deep ones, which is particularly noticeable when comparing the fall of the Roman Empire and the more or less stable state of China to this day. Therefore, it makes sense to try to identify these deep reasons.
If we look at the assessments of the causes of the decline of a number of large states given by historians and philosophers from Gibbon to modern times, it seems that they all skim the surface, and none of them even tried to penetrate into the depths of this complex process.
An example of this is the fall of the Roman Empire and the stable existence of China, although the reasons given in numerous works, due to which, allegedly, Rome fell, are practically the same as those that were characteristic of China, but it did not collapse.
This alone indicates that events that appear to be the causes of the fall of certain communities or states actually refer to conditions that may contribute to the true causes, as yet undiscovered, of the disappearance of a community or even a state, or their influence is insufficient to eliminate them.
Let us briefly consider the widely known "reasons" for the fall of the Roman Empire in comparison with the conditions of existence of the Chinese community for several thousand years, which by no means fell apart.
The Romans, over time, actually accepted the barbarians not only into their population, granting them equal rights with the indigenous population, but also made them the basis of their army, including the basis of the Praetorian Guard, which, naturally, led to the gradual transfer of power into the hands of the barbarians who did not possess the cultural traditions of the Romans, since the weak collectivist self-consciousness of the uncultured barbarians was completely subordinate to their strong collectivist egocentric natural consciousness, which was least interested in the cultural and technological achievements of the Romans, and most of all attracted by the power and wealth of the empire.
Therefore, it is not surprising that the barbarians, after some time of their hidden domination in the Roman Empire, openly divided it into parts, making their leaders kings in the territory of the Western Roman Empire, which led rather quickly to the loss of both the cultural traditions of the Romans and their scientific and technological achievements. And Europe entered a kind of "dark" ages.
The Chinese, unlike the Romans, despite the constant raids of the barbarians, have not given them their place in public life and the army, considering themselves the center of the universe, despite all the temporary successes of the barbarians-invaders. The Chinese have preserved their original culture to this day, assimilating a number of invading peoples, whose names are remembered only by historians.
Presumably, the explanation for this phenomenon lies in the historical formation of self-consciousness of the Chinese in favorable conditions of a warm climate and enough rice to feed the population, which was produced thanks to the functioning of ideally arranged irrigation facilities.
If the Romans were forced to fight continuously to feed their large and heterogeneous population, and the main flow of food went to them from their African provinces, and having lost them, the empire immediately called into question its sovereignty and integrity, then the Chinese had enough of their internal resources. The Chinese were quite satisfied with the exchange of goods with their outskirts and had no intention of leaving their fertile lands, especially since the world beyond the outskirts of their territory did not present anything interesting to them either in terms of culture or technology.
Thus, the self-consciousness of the Chinese was being formed in completely different conditions compared to the self-consciousness of the Romans, i.e. the self-consciousness of the Chinese was being closed by their established circle, which despised all other peoples, considering them barbarians, while the Romans tried to take advantage of the barbarians, trying to spread their culture and traditions to them, but without success, since both culture and traditions are formed autonomously and over a long period of time. And this ultimately led to the fact that the barbarians themselves used the Romans, but ineptly, essentially destroying all their achievements, while the Chinese always "digested" the barbarians.
It is also believed that in addition to the barbarian effect, a number of other factors contributed to the fall of the Roman Empire, the main ones being the following.
The decline of the slave system, which entailed a worsening of the economic situation.
The influx of slaves in the last century of the Roman Empire significantly decreased due to the end of Rome's policy of conquest. Accordingly, income decreased, but the empire still required large expenditures to maintain the army. Losses led to an increase in taxes, inflation grew, as a result of which political instability also grew. All this inevitably led the empire to an economic and political crisis.
However, in China, as a result of similar economic and political crises that repeatedly arose, processes occurred that caused large-scale changes, but did not lead to its decline and collapse.
For example, in the 3rd century BC emperor Qing Shi Huangdi conducted a series of successful wars, in particular, with the Huns, began the construction of the Great Wall of China, having pushed aside for limits of the Great Wall of Huns, removed the old nobility from power, and his officials were set at the head of the provinces.
However, the land owners have been impoverished by the gradually rising costs on the army, the bureaucratic apparatus.
Cruelty of these measures has caused discontent of impoverished community members, as well as the nobility, removed from the governing of the country.
To this was added discontent with the barracks discipline, cruel punishments of the guilty, executions of Confucians who have opposed the oppression created.
Immediately after the death of Qing Shi Huangdi (end of III century BC), a mass uprising of the land owners began, to which the slaves also joined.
The most successful of the leaders of the uprising - the rural head Liu Bang - in 207 BC overthrew the last representative of the Qing dynasty, and the following year proclaimed himself Emperor, having founded a new dynasty Hang (the Old Hang Dynasty).
In other words, the severe economic and political crisis did not lead to the decline of China and its absorption by the barbarians. It's just that the government has changed in China, which has quite intelligently carried out some changes that have been characterized by reforms in favor of community members for whom the land tax was lowered. Mass executions were stopped. To power began to attract individual representatives of the hereditary aristocracy, whereas dealers and moneylenders began to be taxed with ruinous taxes.
The cruel norms and inhuman practice Qing Shi Huangdi were replaced with Confucianism relying on traditions. This ideology has survived until now.
Similar events took place in China more than once, but it had not disappeared, unlike the Roman Empire.
Obviously, some reasons contributed to this that did not manifest themselves in the Roman Empire.
The fact is that the more than thousand-year formation of the Chinese community in relatively favorable conditions with full mutual influence of neighboring tribes led to the formation of a fairly integral community based on unified principles and values of beingness, both material and spiritual, found by them in the course of historical development in a certain territory.
What made the Chinese community unified and developing to a certain extent?
It must be assumed that this in a general sense could be the historical formation of community in certain territories creating its stability outside a zone of activity of neighbors; the communication order including one language or several languages for communication and relations in the territory of placement of community; similar way of life, customs and traditions, as a rule, associated with religion; the special culture (folklore) connected with origin and with specifics of life of peoples of community as well as with assimilation of culture of the previous communities and neighboring communities.
But what connects these features of the formation of a community, making it integral and not prone to disintegration?
Naturally, only the collectivist consciousness of the community can respond to all external and internal factors in a collision with them, the level of which is determined by the degree and direction of its dissatisfaction, and it largely depends on the natural conditions of the existence of this community.
If for the community of Chinese, formed on the basis of order and traditions as a consequence of the extraction of significant volumes of rice with the help of irrigation structures, a reflection of that was Confucianism, was characteristic the dissatisfaction of both the collectivist natural consciousness and self- consciousness, oriented towards improving the situation in their own self-sufficient region, then the dissatisfaction of the collectivist natural consciousness and self-consciousness of the Romans in their focus on achieving stability and well-being was forced to focus on external sources, that is, on the seizure of territories with the help of military force, which the Romans had and had been operating for a long time more than successfully. However, the heterogeneous territories captured by the Romans, with dissimilar traditions, religions, and lifestyles, could not give integrity to the entire community, and its collapse in the event of a remaining serious economic and political crisis was inevitable.
In other words, the collectivist self-consciousness of the Chinese was in its historical development, despite all the cataclysms, always oriented toward preserving the unity of the community, whereas the collectivist self-consciousness of the citizens of the Roman Empire was an artificial formation, based mainly on achieving prosperity through military force, with the decline of which it relatively quickly has disintegrated, manifesting itself externally in the form of separate communities-states, previously captured by the Romans.
So, the disintegration or not of this community during the economic and political crisis depends on the degree of integrity of the community, which is determined by the orientation of its collectivist consciousness as a whole at a certain stage of history, mainly not to the forcible seizure of territories, but to internal development, and the reason for the high degree of community integrity is the dissatisfaction of its collectivist consciousness, in which the altruism of the collectivist self-consciousness prevails over the egocentrism of the collectivist natural consciousness.
In particular, the European Union, which despises the rest of the peoples of the world, and at the same time is quite disunited, due to the above-mentioned reasons, must disintegrate in the near future, as well as the United States, the integrity of whose heterogeneous parts is created artificially, determined only by force and the possibility of constantly robbing the rest of the countries of the world.
In the same way, the reason for the collapse of the USSR was, to a large extent, the failure of the community to achieve a common - voluntarily agreed upon - collectivist self-consciousness for all its nations, the level of which in its altruistic component varied for them many times, and the hidden dominance of the collectivist natural consciousness for a number of nations of the USSR was a sufficient incentive for their elites to isolate themselves when the USSR entered a period of ideological and economic crisis.
As for today's Russia, the degree of its integrity is determined by the dominance of the altruistic component of self-consciousness of the overwhelming majority of the population over the collectivist natural component of consciousness, and this altruistic component of self-consciousness is set on rebuilding the world from hostility of peoples to each other to good-neighborly relations.
And in this respect, Russia is fundamentally different from the equally integral China, the self-consciousness of whose the population is focused only on itself for life in the existing favorable conditions, whereas the population of Russia is distinguished by a high degree of altruism of its own collectivist self-consciousness, developed over many centuries of life in difficult climatic conditions, where without mutual assistance it is impossible to simply feed itself.
In addition, the Chinese are practically lacking creativity, since for thousands of years, in accordance with the commandments of Confucius, they have followed and continue to follow a traditional routine, characterized by a high degree of organization, discipline and pedantry in work, which, on the one hand, makes their work unusually productive and precise in execution according to ready-made tracing papers, but, on the other hand, does not allow them to deviate significantly from these tracing papers, thereby preventing arbitrary thinking and, accordingly, creative discoveries, without which leadership in the world is impossible.
The great inventions of the Chinese, such as gunpowder or the compass, were either made in the distant past, and not very epochal inventions, such as the toothbrush, fork and knife, mechanical clock, water wheel, crossbow, varnish, toilet paper, paper money, also made in the distant past.
Unlike the Chinese, discoveries and inventions that are most important for the development of culture and technology of the entire civilization were made in Russia relatively recently.
This shows that creativity is by no means contraindicated for the population of Russia, and proof of this are the discoveries and inventions of such giants of thought and action as M. V. Lomonosov, D. I. Mendeleyev, A. S. Popov, P. N. Yablochkov, A. M. Butlerov, I. M. Sechenov, I. P. Pavlov, K. A. Timiryazev, A. N. Lodygin, V. K. Zvorykin, N. E. Zhukovsky, N. G. Basov, A. N. Tupolev, N. I. Pirogov, I. I. Sikorsky, G. E. Kotelnikov, to whom the world owes the appearance of radio communication, the electric light bulb, television, lasers, helicopters, parachutes and much more, which revolutionized science, technology and everyday life.
These examples of the decline or stability of individual communities show that not only in a person, but also in any community, there is a certain internal essence at work, and the degree of its activity determines the success, decline or stability of the community, and this essence for all components of a particular community must be close in level and intensity, thereby making the community integral, that is, less susceptible to decomposition.
This internal essence determines the difference between communities of living beings and any complexes of inanimate objects, regardless of their complexity, in that each community, with varying degrees of success, tries to consciously improve the conditions of its own existence in all possible ways, thereby always representing an open system, whereas a complex of inanimate objects is completely indifferent to its own existence, and does not try to stay in it, following only the universal laws of the material world, of which the main one is the law of non-decreasing entropy for closed systems.
In other words, living organisms in their communities, the only ones in existence, have subjectivity, that is, consciously, but at different levels, they possess information, if, of course, we understand by information data on the state of objects surrounding the organism, which it recognizes with the means it has.
Information, as such, is absent for all inanimate objects (things), since they do not have the means to recognize and correspondingly form the environment, namely, there are no sense organs, no centers that process data coming through receptors in such a way that a changing environment is formed around, in which one can live, reproduce, maintain the existence of one's own kind, develop and at the same time compete with other living beings for the right to occupy various niches of life, at first without realizing it, and then quite consciously in the face of a person.
That is, this internal essence, acting on an informational basis, qualitatively represents a manifestation of a special kind of activity of any living object or a set of living objects, which must try to strive for the best for themselves or their set in changing conditions of existence, using access to information. This aspiration in conditions of competition can lead to stability and even success, but ends in the decline of any specific community precisely because of the impossibility of maintaining an adequate correlation with the changing conditions of existence as a receiver and source of information due to certain failures, being replaced by more adequate communities of living beings at the moment. And so on.
This internal essence, acting on an informational basis, or the source of development is an attribute of living beings and their communities, differing in its representation in them from inanimate objects.
This essence is the source of development, since it makes all living things not stand still. Moreover, it makes them improve and develop in order to stay in existence, which often provides pleasant sensations, and not the emptiness of non-existence. At the same time, it sensitively reacts to the circumstances of life and the environment, manifesting itself, for example, for a person in feelings, thoughts and actions in two ways: on the one hand, forcing him in any case not to lose activity, on the other hand, sharply raising or lowering its level under a certain set of circumstances, both natural and man-made.
Thus, the main feature of any active (alive), which distinguishes it from the passive (inanimate) by its internal tension, is expressed by dissatisfaction with what is available: the active creates something only in order to destroy it later. This variable vector in the form of opposing aspirations to create and destroy certainly indicates the preference for something different over what has been established. This dissatisfaction of consciousness, its aspiration for something new, is fueled by the incessant, changing information flows that permeate the entire beingness, in particular, both a person and his communities, which he can interpret, possessing self-consciousness, in different ways - to the extent of his understanding. Thus, each person inevitably fluctuates all the time - from habit to destruction of order, liberation from it. Having established one thing and become accustomed to it, he sooner or later begins to feel burdened by it and decides to change it, no matter how much his external conservative nature resists it.
This property is certainly transmitted toward the human communities. Therefore, the course of their development is an oscillation from creation to destruction of what has arisen, and then again to creation on a new basis.
All this move occurs due to the action of both in each person and in his communities of dissatisfaction of consciousness, respectively - individual and collective.
Since in the consciousness of a person and his communities there are two components -the lowest (natural-animal), and the highest (self-consciousness) consciousness, both of these hypostases of the human consciousness participate in the development of communities, determining it, whereas various external conditions, causing dissatisfaction of both the lowest and the highest consciousness, force people in their totality to change these external conditions, up to changing the landscape by building cities, canals, roads, cutting down forests, developing trade, increasing the efficiency of agricultural production, thereby provoking population growth, which in turn entails a cumulative increase in public wealth, division of labor, strengthening of property rights and increasing stratification of society. And the stratification of society into rich and poor, slaves and free, workers and oppressors, rulers and various kinds of opposition to them, inevitably leads to an eternal struggle between them. All this, naturally, does not pass by human consciousness - personal and collectivist - but slowly, but still, changes it over time.
As for the decline and disappearance of most states of ancient times, the main reason for their disappearance was, of course, mostly not catastrophic external conditions, which in sufficient numbers and with even greater force affected the Chinese, as well as the Jews, Armenians, and Georgians, who were similar to them in terms of stability, but did not break them. These different and often integral communities were destroyed by an insufficient level of self-consciousness in the form of cultural, innovative, and religious-traditional bonds, since it is impossible to withstand the onslaught of neighboring peoples for a long time with the help of mainly only natural consciousness with its desire for egocentrism, survival at any cost, forceful pressure, and complete rejection of foreigners; what is needed is receptivity to the new and timely rejection of the outdated, unsuitable in the changed conditions, the presence of more or less altruistic morality and, at the same time, established traditions or a common religion and language of communication, which gives specialness to the community; developing ideas, for example, the idea of being chosen by God, and not just the desire to seize and embrace.
Thus, some communities, having fulfilled their role at a given stage of civilization's development, become obsolete, others appear, at first more successful due to the intensive action of their own dissatisfaction, and then, upon achieving a certain level of well-being, they become satisfied with it and disintegrate, being replaced by "hungry" competitors.
However, it should be noted that not all communities disappear without a trace. Those which had a high level of collectivist self-consciousness, the basis of which was a significant and all-encompassing level of culture, leave their heirs a certain share of it.
The Roman Empire also did not disappear without a trace, but split in its time into two large communities close in culture in the form of Byzantium, the successor of which is Russia, and Western Europe in the place of the western part of the Roman Empire. The roots of these communities are close in language, customs, and religion, despite the differences that arose in the course of development, but they are mainly external in nature, not being decisive, which, in particular, confirms the comparison of these communities with the Chinese, Muslim or Indian communities, and these European countries inherited from Rome not only the language at its core, not only its laws, but also a disdainful attitude towards the barbarians, not covered by the empire at the time, who can only be used for their own purposes, without engaging in their development.
Dissatisfaction is a fundamental property, rather even - state of the active (consciousness), which owing to permanent stay in it cannot stop - otherwise it will not be active any more, and will become as thing, - therefore a person creates something only to destroy created, - it is unimportant what it belongs to, but in this process of creation-destruction the quality of the created consciously on average becomes higher - there is a high-quality change of the environment, the relations, communications, understanding, i.e. such interaction of consciousness in a person with surroundings conducts in general to the increase of the level of consciousness that we also observe, looking on itself inside our civilization. This variable vector in the form of opposite aspirations to conscious creation and destruction, so, indicates by all means preference of other, the new over the existing, and so will be until the civilization with all its communities disappears.
However, the consciousness of a person is non-uniform - in it the lowest (natural) form of consciousness acts, and - the highest (self-consciousness). Each of these entities possesses own dissatisfaction, corresponding to sphere of application of both types of consciousness.
The dissatisfaction of the lowest (natural) consciousness always remains in accurately outlined borders of consumption of sensations, but sharply increases, demanding from a person or his community of immediate actions in the case of threat of life (the instinct of self-preservation inherent in any living being), belittling of life up to intolerant existence as well as in the case of threat to reproduction that in reality occurs during attack, adverse climate changes or a landscape, incorrect actions of the leaders, a lack of food and other factors relating to management of the organic and its preservation.
The dissatisfaction of the highest consciousness inherent only in people, and appeared in them owing to awareness of themselves in the world around, or in time, has no borders in their self-consciousness, and tries to conduct people to the most full-fledged and harmonious life, improving the relations between them and improving the environment, but without an opportunity to overcome influence on behavior of a person of the lowest natural consciousness, especially since the lowest consciousness and the highest consciousness are not shared, but intertwined inextricably, and which form of consciousness temporarily wins, is determined by the conditions of existence of carriers of consciousness and the degree of their development, more precisely, achieved level of their self-consciousness.
Therefore, with a lack of food, unfavorable living conditions, cramped tightness on the employed territory, especially in comparison with the living conditions of neighboring communities, there is a growing dissatisfaction of the lowest consciousness of a community. The lowest consciousness with all his egocentrism replacing the highest consciousness at the critical moment, dictates to both the person, and his community to begin a throw from disastrous living conditions to favorable, and it is unimportant at the expense of what or whom.
So, this dissatisfaction of the natural consciousness threw wild Huns on others, but fertile places, and in China it lifted masses of the hungry peasants, who were turned into slaves, on revolts breaking everything around, reducing in some cases the population several times.
During this action of consciousness arise and improve structurally the communities, making closer the nationalities, which have adjoined this motion, each other, or uniting the rebelling population in single impulse, which becomes rallied by the common interests, i.e. becomes a holistic community.
After comparatively short-term, desperate and bloody - not always winning - events caused by the accumulated dissatisfaction of the natural consciousness, new formations can appear on the "cleared" place with improved or simply other conditions for beingness, in which will be possible to engage in organizational and structural improvement: construction, trade, create new governing bodies, improve laws, etc., i.e. there is a place for the developing actions of the highest consciousness, which restores its positions and pushes back the (natural) consciousness, inasmuch it had made its work.
Now the dissatisfaction of the collectivist highest consciousness is already manifesting itself in all its beauty It sees the devastation around and begins to push the community to restructure what remained, as well as to the creation of new ties, relations and new forms of the environment. This process can drag on for centuries.
However, any community contains bureaucratic governing bodies, some imperious elite, and this top of the community has the property to focus on itself over time, neglecting the interests of the masses. If this neglect reaches the point at which the quality of life of the majority of the population in this community is reduced again up to the unacceptable level, threatening its degradation and even extinction, then the dissatisfaction of the natural consciousness of the mass of the population under the threat of the death of their own offspring, supported by informal intellectual opposition, reflecting the dissatisfaction of the highest consciousness (lack of actual civil liberties, blatant inequality, the absence of social elevators, that hinders the effective manifestation of knowledge and skills accumulated by each person, etc.), increases up to such limit, that throws a considerable part of the population, or, at least, sufficient number of his most active representatives on removal of bureaucratic elite, despite of all danger to life which already turned into torture because of unusable management, greed and degradation of the imperious elite.
Thus, change and development of integral communities is necessary for the development of self-consciousness of each person.
It is this circumstance that does not allow the active (consciousness in a person) in beingness to linger for a long time in certain structures, in certain conditions, in this or that order, to follow this or that necessity, the active (consciousness) always strives to change them, but not chaotically, but purposefully, for its own benefit, more precisely, forming other structures and relationships, which gives it its own changes with the accumulation of appropriate experience in this development.
Such a manifestation of the active (consciousness) among the passive (things) is the primary source of freedom, and the activity itself in its expressions and actions in a person is an unwillingness to stop, dissatisfaction with what is, a desire for change, something new, that is, for development, or another expression of oneself in this process.
This kind of conscious manifestation of the active is maximally possible in a person, because he has self-consciousness - gives him the most complete freedom, which no necessity can limit, on the contrary, necessity is the support for free expressions of a person, since only on the basis of a certain order is a person able to consciously establish another order, to reveal other patterns. But this is not required in itself, but means the accumulation of knowledge and skills for the transition from one order to another and so on - consistently - for the development and expression of consciousness in changing conditions.
In conclusion, it must be said that the source of activity of both the masses and a person should not be looked for outside, but the source of activity should be looked for inside, i.e. - in consciousness.
The true source of the development of events lies in the dissatisfaction of consciousness with those - internal or external - factors that do not correspond to its sensations and perceptions about its own existence in the living being, which requires the resolution in the actions of this being changing the conditions of its existence.
These factors include those that directly and significantly affect a person or the masses of people, more precisely, significantly affects his or their consciousness, respectively. At this, self-consciousness is responsible for the planned and projected actions of a person in the environment and in society, and the natural consciousness is mainly for the actions of a person or a group of people as an organism or organisms of the environment in this environment.
In particular, the known fact of impossibility of hosting of a community there, where almost everything "was eaten and sucked out", and its moving to places where it is, presumably, possible to survive, finds an explanation in the increase in level of dissatisfaction of the natural consciousness caused by mostly long change of quite concrete circumstances of the natural origin (unfavorable climate changes or landscape changes, the onslaught of rivals, continuous wars, consequences of volcanic eruptions, floods, poor quality of management, etc.)
The accumulated dissatisfaction of the natural consciousness under the influence of these or those adverse circumstances, being a true source of fundamental changes in the community, produces them only through their own carriers, when a certain limit of "patience" is reached, and in the quality of the "trigger" for these changes may be an insignificant event, for example, the bread shortage in Petrograd in February 1917, which formally led to the collapse of the monarchy in Russia.
So, it is senseless to look for an initial source of sudden turning (critical) events in community in concrete (single) natural circumstances, inasmuch without the corresponding response (reaction) to incoming into consciousness and accumulating in it information from the concrete phenomena, they are not recognized by a person (population) as fatal or turning (critical), i.e. by those, which are producing the menacing changes in community - a person (the population) accepts them as privates - the problem is being solved, and the life flows in the same order. This position is characteristic only of the evolutionary development of the community, which does not destruct down the human lives in a multitude, as well as does not produce the fundamental changes in the community.
Response (reaction) in the form of a significant outrage (disappearance of passivity of the population) occurs in the following cases: the gradual accumulation of discontent by the extreme aggravation of life in the community (tax increases, the growth of punishments, the total embezzlement of officials, the loss of control by the power elite, etc.); the external cataclysms: invasions, crop failures, the exhausting dragged-out wars; as well as - a combination of that and another.
Thus, the essential (turning) response (reaction) is impossible without the corresponding overflow of consciousness by dissatisfaction of the natural consciousness, that causes the instinctive actions of the masses of people, which can be supported by the opposition, if any, and some groups of people and individuals can use this mass discontent for own purposes (Napoleon, Lenin).
The examples given above show also that over time in case of growth of the self-consciousness of the population and, accordingly, - the growth of the self-consciousness of the intellectual elite, the last, in the person of informal opposition, even more often takes part in instinctive actions of masses in critical points, and in case of essential compromises between the operating elite and informal intellectual elite process of community development can be smoother - without cataclysms and even without sharp changes. The last, in particular, has occurred in Western Europe after World War II.
he community, in this life cycle, which is divided by the crucial - relatively short-term - periods, can disintegrate completely in one of them (a low level of collectivist self-consciousness), but, for the most part, during these turning periods it is being changed radically the political and economic control system along with replacement of the ruling elite. Successful replacement leads to a long rise; an unsuccessful or equivalent replacement of the elite - leads either to death in the form of the absorption of the community by the neighboring communities, or, in the case of a high level of self-awareness (the Chinese community), a decline lasts until the next critical point and - to possible subsequent exit on rise, which provokes again after a certain time the decline, leading to the next critical point in the development of the community, etc.
Between these points, along with the phases of ascent and decay, there may - but not necessarily - be relatively long periods of smooth (evolutionary) development of the community.
Thus, the development of a community is intermittent, but on the whole, it is progressive, judging by the obvious technological and cultural progress, except for cases of stopping the growth of the community's self- consciousness for one reason or another, for example, by those, that manifested itself in the history of the Assyrian community, which focused on the use of force without the integrative cultural upsurge of the collectivist consciousness of the heterogeneous population, leading to the complete collapse of the community when this force disappeared.

Chapter 6. The evaluation of the effectiveness of socialism at different stages of the social development.
As the practice has shown, the overwhelming majority of the planet's population still believes in the advent of socialism as a panacea for all troubles. And, indeed, socialism in certain forms is capable of being such before the emergence of civilization and after its collapse, but is a passive element in the course of civilization's development due to its archaism and tendency to stagnation.
Socialism, according to its well-known definition (socialis - public), rejects the private property and assumes the social equality.
There is a great deal of speculation around this concept, since socialism provides for the equalization of all members of society without the exclusion or allocation of special groups, which naturally inclines the majority of the population towards it, who want this kind of justice.
Socialism came to the fore only in the 20th century after the victory of the Bolsheviks in Russia in 1917, which led to the establishment of this system in almost half the world.
However, in essence, socialism as a necessity existed in the form of the primitive communal system long before the emergence of civilization for about 40 thousand years, since the purely adaptive nature of the activity of individual human herds required an equal distribution of prey for the sake of the survival of the community as a whole, rejecting competition within the community, but opposing its community to others.
Such harsh conditions of survival brought to the forefront not the egocentrism of the natural consciousness of each individual, but the egocentrism of the collectivist natural consciousness of the entire community, leaving the self-consciousness of each member of the community within the framework of his specific labor activity, which distinguished him from animals by relying not only on adaptation to the environment, but also on the adaptation of the environment to the interests and goals of the entire community.
That is, for this primitive socialism, the most characteristic is not individual, but the collectivist consciousness and in this respect does not differ from subsequent forms of socialism.
Thus, the primeval socialism is the most ancient and primitive form of socialization of everything, including a person oneself, in order for the community to achieve, first of all, survival in the wild, leaving development in the background, or rather, not thinking about it at all, since development requires freedom, and under primeval socialism necessity reigns.
Therefore, it took several tens of thousands of years to transform the aggregate of primeval communities into the civilization based on the private property.
Nevertheless, the memory that once there was the true fairness, and not the permanent civilizational deception, has survived to this day, but the conditions under which this fairness was realized were forgotten.
These conditions involved primarily the establishment of a balance between community and nature, and not the mastery of it, but this is nothing more than stagnation.
A number of tribes in Africa, South America, Asia and Australia are still in this equilibrium state.
Only the tribes located in the territory of the modern Middle East managed to emerge from this state of primitive socialism about six thousand years ago, thanks to favorable climatic and geographical circumstances at the junction of three continents, which contributed to the most intensive exchange of information between the communities of this region and, accordingly, the increase in the level of self-consciousness of the population, expressed in a more effective development of their own environment, and therefore, own creativity, which resulted not only in the development of crop production and livestock farming, but also in the exchange of goods.
Further improvement of trade determined an opportunity of creating surpluses, which brought traders to the forefront, that required the protection of these surpluses both physically and legislatively. All this led to the gradual transformation of primitive tribes into states with corresponding institutions.
Thus, the competition of tribes within the framework of survival was transformed locally into the competition of states for sources of resources and profits of any kind, and the states themselves acquired a hierarchical form with the allocation of power structures that exploited their own population and were always ready for the expansion depending on the circumstances.
Thus, socialism in its archaic form of collectivization of everything came to an end with the victory of private property.
Be that as it may, the overwhelming majority of the population, subjected to merciless exploitation in any state, did not forget about the possibility of the collective labor for everyone, equally distributing the products of their labor.
These aspirations were reflected in the works of Plato in ancient times, who discussed the possibility of creating a fair people's state.
Plato imagined happiness and justice within the framework of the state-polis as follows: "Until philosophers reign in the state, or the so-called current kings and lords will not nobly and thoroughly philosophize and this will not merge into one - the state power and philosophy, and until those people are obligatorily removed - and there are many of them - who are now striving separately or for power, or to philosophy, until then, dear Glaucon, states will not get rid of evils, and it will not become possible for the human race and will not see the sunlight that state structure which we have only described verbally" [1. Book 5]. "... the best men should mostly unite with the best women, and the worst, on the contrary, with the worst, and that the progeny of the best men and women should be educated, and the offspring of the worst should not, since our small herd should be the most selective. But that this is how it is done, no one should know, except the rulers themselves, so as not to bring the slightest discord into the squad of guards" [ibid.].
In addition to the selection of the progeny, Plato proposed to completely eliminate private property, up to the possession of wives, bringing the diversity of citizens of the state in this respect to one denominator for the sake of their equalization, and thereby free them, as he believed, from enmity and envy caused by uneven ownership of property: "... no one should have any private property, unless it is absolutely necessary ... ... no one should have such a dwelling or storeroom, where everyone who wishes would not have access" [1. Book 3].
About two thousand years later, a similar theory of creating a fair state based on the societal property was proposed by Thomas More and Tommaso Campanella.
Thomas More describes what he considers to be the ideal state structure so: "...there, where no man has any property, all men zealously pursue the good of the public, and, indeed, it is no wonder to see men act so differently, for in other commonwealths every man knows that, unless he provides for himself, how flourishing soever the commonwealth may be, he must die of hunger, so that he sees the necessity of preferring his own concerns to the public; but in Utopia, where every man has a right to everything, they all know that if care is taken to keep the public stores full no private man can want anything; for among them there is no unequal distribution, so that no man is poor, none in necessity, and though no man has anything, yet they are all rich..." [2. The second book. Conclusion].
Campanella, like Plato, holds the view that the private property is harmful to the existence of a just state, bringing this consideration, like Plato, to the point of absurdity - the community of wives: "...the community of wives ... is accepted by them on the basis that they have everything in common. The distribution of everything is in the hands of officials, but since knowledge, honors and pleasures are common property, no one can appropriate anything for himself. They claim that property is formed with us and is supported by the fact that we each have our own separate dwelling and our own wives and children. Hence selfishness arises, because in order to achieve wealth and an honorable position for his son and leave him by the heir to a large fortune, each of us either begins to plunder the state if he is not afraid of anything, being rich and noble, or becomes a miser, a traitor and a hypocrite when he lacks power, wealth and nobility. But when we renounce selfishness, we will only have love for the community" [3].
However, Karl Marx was the most thorough theorist of socialist ideas. But these ideas, again, essentially duplicate the basic tenets of Plato, Mohr, and Campanella.
In the leading place from all citizens, Marx puts assistants of the main sages, like himself, imbued with the ideas of these sages: "...the Communists, in practice, are the most decisive, always striving forward part of the workers' parties of all countries, and in theoretical terms they have the advantage over the rest of the mass of the proletariat that they understand the conditions, progress and general results of the labor motion" [4, p. 17].
Like Plato in relation to private property, Marx states: "Communists can express their theory in words: the destruction of the private property" [ibid, p. 17].
True, to console the public, Marx declares: "... this will not be the transformation of the private property into the public property. Only the social character of property will change. It will lose its class character" [ibid, p. 18].
Developing the idea of the destruction of private property in the future, Marx admits that in this way the personality is also destroyed, but, apparently, the impersonality does not frighten him, just as it did not frighten Plato, who on this basis introduced true, in his opinion, equality, against which Marx does not object: "In bourgeois society, capital has independence and individuality, while the worker is dependent and impersonal. And the bourgeoisie calls the destruction of these relations the destruction of the human personality and freedom. And she's right. It is really about the destruction of the bourgeois personality, bourgeois independence and bourgeois freedom. Under modern bourgeois conditions of production, freedom is understood as freedom of trade, freedom of purchase and sale" [ibid, p. 19].
All this sounds loud and convincing as a true struggle for fair for the majority of working people, but, alas, Lenin has faced similar idealism in Russia in his time, when communes, the abolition of trade, buying and selling led to the practical collapse of the state and famine, forcing the main sage Lenin to re-introduce these bourgeois prejudices, as Marx estimated them, in the form of the NEP (New Economic Policy), which was in fact a salutary return to the old methods of management.
Quite in accordance with Plato's ideas about the ideal state, Marx believes that the destruction of the family will solve the problem of raising offspring in the spirit of collectivism, exposing the pretext for this measure that the family is the basis of the bourgeois system, also offering, in accordance with Plato's ideas, to raise children not at home, but in a public way: "On what does the modern bourgeois family rest? On the capital, on the private profit. In its fully developed form, it exists only for the bourgeoisie, but it finds its complement in the forced celibacy of the proletariat and in open prostitution. The bourgeois family will naturally have to fall with the fall of this addition, and both of them will disappear together with the disappearance of capital ... Bourgeois rhetoric about the family and upbringing, about the tender relationship of parents to children, inspires all the more disgust, the more family ties are destroyed among the proletariat thanks to large-scale industry, and the more children of workers are turned into mere commodities and working tools ... Communists could be reproached except in the fact that they want to put the official community of wives in the place of the hypocritically concealed one. But it goes without saying that with the destruction of modern conditions of production, the community of wives created by them, that is, official and unofficial prostitution, will also disappear" [ibid 3, p. 21-22].
Marx also uses Plato's idea of the compulsory attachment of a citizen to the workplace in the following formulation: "The same obligation of labor for all, the establishment of armies of labor, especially for agriculture ... The combination of agricultural labor with factory labor, the gradual elimination of the difference between town and country" [ibid, p. 26].
As for the Platonic selection of citizens, Marx believes that capitalism itself has selected the most determined citizens, who will overthrow it. These are hired workers in factories and factories - the proletariat: "The proletariat will take advantage of its political dominance in order to take away all capital from the bourgeoisie in a series of attacks, in order to centralize all the tools of labor in the hands of the state, that is, the proletariat organized as the ruling class ..." [ibid, p. 25].
Lenin was the most detached from reality at first, that is, not realizing that, in essence, socialism in a developing society is nothing more than a refuge for conservatives in a state of stagnation. He believed that only a socialist system would be able to use violent measures to quickly remove capitalists from the set, have made it all-people and, therefore, fair: "...socialism is nothing other than a state-capitalist monopoly, directed to the benefit of the people and, to that extent, having ceased to be a capitalist monopoly" [5].
All these theorists, reflecting the desire of the masses, did not take into account two main factors that prevent the implementation of their socialist ideas within the framework of a developing society.
One of them is the impossibility of establishing either physical (the capabilities of the human brain differ by tens of times and, accordingly, the understanding of reality), or economic (no repression will exclude the possibility of enrichment), or legal (any law can be circumvented) equality by forcibly transforming an antagonistic state structure into a benevolent organization for all.
The other factor is the inevitable halt in social development (stagnation) in the event of the implementation of their ideas due to the removal of competitive struggle, which I. Kant warned about, having pointed out that an idyllic existence without struggle means complete stagnation and a halt in the development of society: "The means that nature uses to realize the development of all the inclinations of people is their antagonism in society, since it ultimately becomes a cause of its law-consistent order... ...Without these themselves unattractive properties of non-sociability, generating resistance, which everyone must inevitably come across in their selfish claims, all talents in the living conditions of the Arcadian shepherds, that is, in conditions of complete unanimity, moderation and mutual love, would forever remain hidden in the bud; people as meek as the sheep they graze are unlikely to have made their existence more worthy than that of pets... " [6, p. 5].
The fact that socialism actually denies development, since internal competition between the individuals of the community is suppressed for the prosperity of the community as a whole, is confirmed by the failure of the socialist system in Russia after the 1917 revolution, which lasted only a few decades.
The abolition of private property itself did not happen in industrialized countries, as all theorists of Marxism assumed, but in backward agricultural Russia precisely because of communal farming by the vast majority of the population - peasants who, as in the archaic communities of antiquity, had a collectivist consciousness. That is, the peasant population of Russia was to a certain extent ready for the transition from the private to the societal property in certain circumstances, which happened during a senseless war for them, the devastation occurring in the course of its and the attractive slogans of the Bolsheviks.
In Russia, after the October Revolution of 1917, the societal ownership of the means of the production was established, and the distribution of the products of labor was carried out, as it were, according to the abilities of each individual.
It is curious that archaic socialism was being implemented in exactly the same way under the conditions of the primitive communal system, but the theorists of socialism didn't take into account that this archaic socialism was forced, that is, necessary for the sake of survival, not development.
As expected, the initial enthusiasm of the working population of Russia was quickly replaced by disappointment due to the low level of consumption and the inability to compete with developed countries. Russia entered a period of stagnation, supporting its potential, in essence, by trading in natural resources.
This stagnation is explained by the fact that the essence of socialism is the domination of necessity over freedom, and freedom is most manifested in conditions of the competition, limited by little.
Therefore, the October attempt to change the social relations in favor of workers should be recognized not as the revolution, but as the counterrevolution, from the position of achieving accelerated development of society. That is, socialism in Russia was nothing more than a rollback from free competition to stagnation, so characteristic of archaic communities (see, for example, 7).
So, the collectivist self-consciousness inherent in socialism is not suitable for the accelerated development, but, nevertheless, it is most effectively manifested in the equilibrium state of the human communities with nature.
Thus, socialism within the framework of the developing society (capitalism), as later practice has shown, really turned out to be a false semblance of a just society, which was rightly stated in his time by the famous Russian philosopher N. F. Fedorov: "The unification in the name of comfort, for the sake of one"s own pleasure, is the worst thing the use of life both mentally, aesthetically, and especially morally... ...Socialism is a deception; kinship, brotherhood, he calls the partnership of people alien to each other, connected only by external benefits... ...Is it possible, is it natural to limit the "human cause" to protecting only the correct distribution of the products of production, forcing everyone to insensitively, dispassionately observe that no one appropriates more for himself against others or that someone would give up something to others, refusing what is theirs? [8, part 1, paragraph 19].
Moreover, as current reality shows, over time, local formats in socialism that have not yet collapsed become a refuge for the poor and outcasts - Cuba and North Korea.
However, the socialist system, which significantly slows down development and even leads society to long-term stagnation, is nevertheless the only effective one at the stage of survival of any community, which is what happened before the emergence of the civilization due to the concentration of the egocentrism of the natural consciousness together with self-consciousness on the collectivist actions of the community, pushing the individual manifestations of a person far into the background.
This kind of a local socialism is also characteristic of some communities today, with some differences but the same essence - the absence of private property, which are not interested in development, but in the preservation of certain institutions and the established order, that is, in a way, their conservation. In particular, these include almost all Christian sects, whose members renounce property in favor of their community, thereby denying private property and the family as the basic unit of society; to a certain extent, they also include self-governing kibbutzim, which function quite successfully in Israel [see, for example, 9, chapter 3].
It is precisely the socialist system, due to the prevalence of collectivist consciousness over the consciousness of the individual person, that completes the functioning of civilization, unless, of course, it perishes completely, most effectively guaranteeing the survival of the population remaining from the civilization in local cells such as kibbutzim [ibid., chapter 2].

Chapter 7. Features and role of the distribution of information by population.
The information coming to the population is allocated and consumed extremely unevenly. Its non-obvious component is revealed and used by a relatively small group of so-called creative personalities, constituting the process of cognition, while the information used in accordance with the realities of everyday life is consumed by other groups of the population, being transformed in a certain way into a ersatz of cognition, but still having a certain meaning, what can be found below.
The rate of evolutionary change of living beings towards their complexity is determined in many ways by the speed of processing of information incoming from their sense organs, which is minimal in plants, and maximal for warm-blooded creatures, which have the most complex structure with an optimal set of various sense organs and an expanded nervous system, the basis of which is the most complexly structured organ for processing incoming information - the brain.
All living beings are forced to interact with their environment, at least to preserve themselves in it, which is determined by the flow of information into their senses, giving them the corresponding sensations that serve as a response to this information, which not only gives them a sense of life, but also allows them, after processing this information, to gain an understanding of their own place in the environment with such behavior in it that can, at a minimum, preserve this feeling of life for them.
In other words, all living beings try to adapt to changing conditions, being completely dependent on them to maintain their own existence in these conditions.
The difference between a person and any other living being is that, along with adaptability, he has acquired the ability to respond to the impact of the environment not only by automatically coordinating his behavior with it, but also by isolating from the incoming information flow channels that are capable of providing the opportunity to change this environment to one degree or another in order to achieve the goals of a more comfortable and safe existence in it.
Naturally, this aspiration to cognition has a number of gradations - from one or another degree of rationalization of one's own life to the desire to penetrate into the essence of things and phenomena in order to use this knowledge not only for the sake of improving one's own position in the relevant environment, but also to satisfy one's own interests, which may go beyond the scope of ordinary consumer values.
However, as a rule, the interests of the overwhelming majority of people are limited to their own daily life for two main reasons - conditions that do not allow them to obtain sufficient knowledge due to being in a state of permanent survival, in which most of the planet's population finds itself, and insufficient ingenuity, which, for example, due to the design of their own brain, does not allow them to effectively engage in creative activity, although many of them are not lacking in mind, that is, excellent memory, speed, and coherent logical thinking.
But this is not enough to penetrate into the essence of things and phenomena.
Therefore, the smart people are able to arrange themselves along well in life and even under certain conditions, especially within the framework of scientific activity, they are capable of combinatorics, which gives a previously unknown combination of the known, as well as research using experiments. But despite the possible broad coverage and understanding of a mass of subjects or, conversely, the possible deepest understanding of a separate subject, a significant amount of memory, the speed of decisions, all these smart people work as if within the framework of certain programs embedded by themselves into oneself, which exclude the search for absolutely new solutions, inventions, discoveries.
That is, the combinatorics does not allow you to reach qualitatively different levels of cognition and development, since the non-obvious knowledge is inaccessible to it due to insufficient to identify them only logical and abstract thinking, which are derivatives of the self-consciousness of a person, and it is inherent in any individual, although at various levels, which is determined by education, upbringing and, in general, sufficiently favorable environment, as well as the appropriate design of the brain, which he inherits from his parents.
However, a person has also inherited from his animal ancestors an instinctive-reflexive thinking, which is characterized by the need for an immediate reaction to what is happening for the sake of one's own survival with an insufficient amount of knowledge, and this reaction in this case can only be spontaneous-intuitive, based on genetically accumulated experience, as well as on one or another degree of ability to use the random, chaotic and extraneous, snatching from all this at the moment what is needed, for example, to save a life, and this may not have a direct relation to the knowledge acquired during life.
But most people in their mostly routine activities do not use this property of the natural form of their own consciousness due to the fact that a relatively safe life within the framework of civilization does not require direct contact with this property of the natural consciousness of instant salvation, unless in wars or during some kind of catastrophe.
Therefore, relatively few people use this kind of instantaneous insight by the nature of their work, for example, aviators, sappers, drivers of motor transport, researchers of various incomprehensible natural phenomena, that is, those who, willy-nilly, have to risk their lives.
But the effectiveness of the insight in relation to the discovery of something new depends not only on this property of the natural human consciousness, but also on the application of the corresponding insight to one's individual experience and the ability to logically comprehend the results obtained, that is, to isolate what is needed, paying attention to it, in other words, in the ability to filter incoming heterogeneous information in accordance with the given goals, or in the ability to extract the non-obvious out of chaos.
This kind of insight, attracting something third-party to the established order, is sometimes capable of radically reformatting this order, as evidenced by the impact of all fundamental discoveries and inventions on civilization, accelerating its course, especially, this concerns the steam engine and the Internet.
Thus, directly from previous knowledge, by logical means using data from experience, it is possible, in essence, to obtain knowledge that lies on the surface, since the methods of extracting it are logically consistent and rather smoothly improve or supplement what is already known, without making radical turns, that is, being quite obvious, and, as a rule, are discovered depending on public needs not by one, but by a number of scientists in different countries of the world.
Creativity is already associated with obtaining fundamentally new knowledge that is not obvious, that is, no combinations of known knowledge, no conclusions in the form of formal logic can give it, as well as experiments aimed at improving the known.
Thus, fundamentally new knowledge always manifests itself as unexpected for the entire audience, which, as a rule, is not immediately able to perceive and use it.
The phenomenon of creativity is considered in more detail in my work "How can one attract randomness and take advantage of it in the process of creativity?" (See, for example, Nizovtsev Yu. M. Monography "About the origin and manifestation of personality". Chapter 7. 2024. [Electronic resource]. Access mode: www.litres.ru. Amazon)
In nature, throughout its entire existence, the natural selection in the environment of living beings is a necessity based on randomness, whereas in the human communities, along with the natural selection, there is a kind of the artificial, or more precisely, the aware selection of persons capable of solving problems of the unexpected arrival, that do not lend to known methods, that is, a selection caused by necessity based on awareness of changes in the environment, taking into account one's own needs and interests, which entails a public challenge from non-being of innovations that satisfy these needs and interests.
Only creative people are able to accept this challenge. Therefore, they appear mainly in the course of revolutions, wars, famines and other cataclysms, coming up with new theories explaining the world structure and the course of social development, inventing an atomic bomb, computers and spaceships.
If we consider this process from the point of view of consumption and distribution of information, then only the creative people, who, as you know, are relatively few, are able to isolate non-obvious knowledge from the flow of information, and what is capable of the rest of the population, whose number reaches eight billion, moreover, without the consumption of information, life in its development becomes impossible, so how the own time of any person or community freezes at best?
As for the own time of each living being, the flow of which passes unnoticed by him, it depends mainly on the speed of processing information coming into the body through the senses, which in the course of evolution has acquired significant differences for various creatures, as if slower for plants (the lifespan of a sequoia and yew reaches 3 thousand years of astronomical time) and faster, in particular, for small crustaceans (several weeks of astronomical time). The own time for each living being begins with its birth and ends with its death, differing at the same time by a maximum of millions of times in units of astronomical time, but, nevertheless, fully corresponding to all the canons of the life cycle (growth, development, reproduction, decline in vital activity).
Therefore, a person as a living being also depends on his own time, which is an information product. Therefore, it seems to be suspended without receiving information that only makes changes in life, and without it the subject loses the feeling of life.
If the creative individuals not only consume information in abundance, but also extract from it what is significant for them in terms of obtaining non-obvious knowledge, then for everyone else this is not available due to the above factors, although with a change in conditions, for example, the introduction of widespread education of a sufficiently high level in a particular region and material support for the younger generation, the number of creative individuals can increase significantly.
Nevertheless, the overwhelming majority of the population is forced to consume information only in accordance with their rather limited interests, which, for example, in scientific activity or art, can be the development of discoveries of the creative people in the form of their description, additional justification and implementation, and for the rest these interests are limited, as a rule, to the improvement of their everyday life, since this population has no relation to either science or art, being engaged, as a rule, in the consumption of their products, not always the best.
These philistines, as is known, are guided mainly by their own mind and experience: preoccupied with themselves and their own well-being, they do not strive for either "high" or "low" goals, limiting themselves to the desire for a trouble-free and well-fed life, in which troubles are desirable to see only on the monitor screen. The philistines do not experience a desire for something new through their own efforts, achieving a more comfortable state in life from the position of simply acquiring and consuming its benefits.
The lack of aspirations for a restless life is due to a low level of intelligence, unwillingness to use one"s mind, even if it is relatively good, weak sensitivity in relation to other people"s troubles and misfortunes, insufficient impressionability, determination, sociability, curiosity, inquisitiveness and dominance, that is, the philistines have a kind of low-grade individuality and an unremarkable personality.
The conditions of existence, the low level of self-consciousness, the limited interests do not contribute to the transformation of this entire mass of people into smart, educated, cultured, creative, energetic and sociable subjects.
Only a few percent of them stand out.
And the main component of these percent in relation to the technological and cultural development of society are the creative personalities.
Their interests are mostly reduced to attempts to discover something new in different spheres of life - from the invention of various devices and devices to make this life easier to the discoverers of the laws that govern our world, and the creators of copies of the beautiful that they discover in the surrounding world.
That is, one part of these creative people is most interested in learning about the world around them, using the knowledge they have gained both to expand the scope of knowledge and for the applied purposes of changing the surrounding reality - these are scientists and inventors whose activities lead to the development of technologies and, ultimately, to the constant re-equipment of technical means of production, trade, weapons and everyday life.
The most effective way to transform the environment in which the rest of the natives live is to use a creative approach to changing reality.
Therefore, along with the improvement of the social order, one way or another, the technological equipment of society influencing mutually also on the social structure, and, consequently, the economy, including the growth of labor productivity and the emergence of its facilitated forms.
Thus, the process of technological development of civilization is provided by this group of individuals, and not by any other forces, groups or relations. Therefore, only creative individuals play the role of the driving force of technologies, which is facilitated, paradoxically, mainly by various world and social cataclysms.
However, any motion in society, including turns and revolutions in the social order, especially cardinal ones, occurs only at a sufficiently high level of culture, if not of the entire population, then of its leading strata, the main contribution to the achievement of which is made by a group of creative individuals, manifesting themselves in that sphere of development of society that is closest to the inner world of a person, that is, his self-consciousness.
This group, interested more in the inner world of man and his communities, tries in various ways to penetrate it, relating some people to others, comparing a person with nature and society, and also finding out the ability of man to reflect these relationships in the artificial forms.
It is these creative individuals who, to varying degrees, but still, produce cultural values in various forms, and directly influence the minds and feelings of the population, touching the most sensitive strings of self-consciousness of each person, due to which both individual and collectivist self-consciousness gradually changes: morals soften, the population's thirst for knowledge grows, the number of intellectually and emotionally developed people increases.
Be that as it may, but the bulk of the population - the philistines - remains outside the production of this flow of ideas and achievements, which captures them only from the position of consuming the new that has appeared, which interests the average person for the sake of, at a minimum, a well-fed, safe and pleasant existence in general, and, at a maximum, the most comfortable existence surrounded by a wide variety of things, including palaces and yachts, with dominance not only over the servants, but also, preferably, over as large a mass of the population as possible.
That is, in this attitude to life they are not much different from the animals, who strive for these very benefits also with varying degrees of success.
In the so-called third world countries, where most of the planet's population lives, the number of the philistines approaches one hundred percent. Accordingly, their consumption of information is only at the everyday level, creative people are practically absent. Therefore, development in these countries is slowed down, and many of them are "stuck" at the tribal or feudal level, and cannot get out of it.
The situation is somewhat better in the so-called developing countries, where some part of the population has already joined the development of technologies and the basics of culture, but their contribution to the treasury of the new is extremely small, especially since this developed part in significant numbers prefers to migrate to developed countries, working for their economy, science and technological equipment, due to which, to a high degree, these countries are still in the rank of developed, since their own population has significantly degraded in recent decades, carried away by the virtual world, from which nothing new can be expected.
Thus, the general development of science, culture and technology has significantly slowed down by now, an indicator of which is the lack of breakthrough technologies, as well as significant achievements in culture, in which literature and painting have turned into cheap crafts, of little interest.
That is, the productive consumption of information has been gradually reduced to a minimum in recent times, which means the degradation of civilization as a whole, since the leading countries of the world have essentially stopped developing, and the rest of the countries in this regard are simply weak, that is, capable of only using what is known, but nothing more.
However, the world has not yet frozen, but somehow exists, admittedly, rather baldly, but, nevertheless, the information coming into it is not lost, and, paradoxically for many, faith makes a decisive contribution to this.
The fact is that each person, unlike all other living beings, understands the ruthlessness, indifference, slowness of nature, in which everything is built on mutual devouring, on the action of chance, determining its development and order in it.
A person is afraid to live in such an oscillating world, but at the same time he is afraid of death, accompanied by the horror of the decomposition of the body.
Therefore, he is filled with disgust for the surroundings, imagining himself as an angel fallen from somewhere, who must again return to this unknown, unknowable, but due world of immortality, peace and benevolence.
It is in this form that any person interprets the information that fills him during his life, and this form especially affects the philistine, whose mind is not occupied with scientific and philosophical research.
The philistine's aspiration for peace, kindness and well-being runs into troubles and unexpected influences that quite often fall on him from the outside, disrupting the usual order of his life, and he, willy-nilly, begins to dream of a certain world of peace, fair and happiness instead of the cruel everyday world of worries and anxieties.
Naturally, the philistine can find this wonderful world only in dreams of his own transfer to some otherworldly place, since nothing like this happens here, and apparently cannot happen.
After all, a person is not an animal and therefore can imagine anything, especially if circumstances force him to do so.
Therefore, he decides that if he alone, unlike other living beings, is given the awareness of himself in time and action, then this gift was brought to him from above - from someone high, unattainable, incomprehensible, but omnipotent, all-pervading, omniscient, eternal and indestructible creator of everything that exists, so that, having suffered here, which is obviously necessary for the Almighty, he deservedly will return to his father there.
Indeed, since the eternal happiness is impossible in this unstable and terrible world of mere survival and eventual death, but there is an understanding of this immutable fact, then this very understanding, which means a latent confession of oneself as different from everything else precisely as a result of the awareness of oneself in the world, inevitably leads a person to the confession of only a partial and temporary presence of him in reality, since self-awareness was given not by nature, closed in on itself, but by something or someone else. And this is proof of the presence of this other both in the other world and in each person, and the connection between them, which is designated by religion.
So, faith becomes hope for everyone, although not everyone admits it, which distinguishes it, for example, from science with its obvious insufficiency.
The emergence of morality means the translation of its norms into the transformation of the environment for the beneficial benefit of all, which can also serve to gain happiness and peace in the otherworldly.
To a large extent, therefore, humanity is only engaged in construction and perestroika all the time, realizing that this is necessary not only for some benefit there, but most importantly - for the posthumous acquisition of what is not here and what must be earned one way or another.
As a result, the world is changing, becoming more comfortable, cultivated, and people are more decent, acquiring even in some numbers a sense of self-esteem, and the otherworldly, remaining still mysterious and inaccessible, nevertheless affects the development of everything.
In other words, the perception of information, even by the philistine, is not at all useless if it is ultimately based on faith, although not as effective as for the creative personalities.

Chapter 8. Science and religion's assessment of the phenomenon of the "end of the world" (civilization)
In essence, science and the main religious confessions cannot provide convincing arguments about the possibility of the eternal existence of the current civilization, and some currents of religious thought are inclined to the idea of the recurrence of these civilizations, which in itself cannot but lead to considerations about the meaning of the existence both the current civilization and civilizations like ours.
The Idea that development of a civilization has to go continuously, progressively, seizing all new and new territories, mastering unknown nowadays spaces, is dominating in science. All the time being improved technologies have to conduct to distribution of civilizations upon the Galaxy, to emergence of super civilizations, whose actions are being detected upon the huge astro engineering constructions created by them, the transmission of powerful electromagnetic signals in the entire Universe, the movement of the stars, the organization of their collisions, etc.
  K. E. Tsiolkovsky, I. S. Shklovsky tried to prove the similar idea, Stanislav Lem and many others were developing this idea.
Let's note that approach of this sort is very pretentious in the aspiration to replace God with omnipotent mankind in the Universe.
However, supercivilizations and like them are not observed neither with Earth nor out of near space.
The following conclusions were drawn from this:
  - not enough observation data;
  - the theory is incorrect;
  - the theory is right, but extraterrestrial civilizations are not present in general, and our civilization is unique and single, at least, in our Galaxy.
The last conclusion was drawn at first by M. Hart [1], then by I. S. Shklovsky [2].
It is possible to comment these conclusions as follows.
On the first and last conclusions we will tell: now data of astronomers out of supervision of development of star systems quite authentically show existence of a set of planets, similar to Earth and at the same time show lack of products of activity of advanced civilizations in the foreseeable space.
As for the second conclusion, below we will show weakness of the theory about the boundless development of reasonable civilizations.
There is also an idea about fast destruction of technological civilizations from environmental contamination, nuclear wars and all similar, caused by development of technologies. Fast disappearance of civilizations do not allow for them to begin a conquest of the Universe by them. As the example, sometimes give the destruction of "antediluvian" civilization on border of the tenth millennium B.C. on Earth. Plato wrote about it, the bible and eposes of other people of the world have indicated to this fact.
The indirect confirmation of this transience of existence of civilizations is detection by astronomers of planets similar to the Earth, suitable for formation on them of life even more so organic matters were found in space, on asteroids, other planets. However, civilizations, probably, existing on them, are not being revealed itself [3].
Let's list the possible causes of destruction of a civilization presented by various researchers and predictors:
  - global war, nuclear or biological;
  - pandemic caused by genetic diseases, viruses, etc.;
  - hunger bound to an overpopulation;
  - ecological disaster;
  - catastrophic climatic changes;
  - atmosphere structural change;
  - change of a geomagnetic situation;
  - change of system of rotation of the Earth;
  - global earthquakes and eruptions of volcanoes;
  - falling asteroid;
  - change of solar activity;
  - influence of space radiation.
It is visible from this list that the majority of the given reasons is not bound to deep changes during development of a civilization and they can be attributed more likely to external and even to outsider factors.
It is possible to note still the theorem of a doomsday. It predicts a future tense of existence of the human race, proceeding only from an assessment of number of people which lived till this moment. The theorem proceeds from the assumption that people living now are in a casual place of all chronology of human history, and chances of presence us in the middle of this chronological scale are great. In an apparent form this reasoning was offered for the first time by astrophysicist Brandon Carter in 1983. In compliance with the formula deduced by Carter the mankind has to disappear within 9120 years [4]. As seen upon the approach, this theorem is very problematic by a technique of definition of time of the doomsday.
However, the crash of a civilization, more precisely, time of its disappearance as well as the mechanism of its disintegration can be considered otherwise.
Having turned the look to the universe known to us, we will see that it is constructed at work of particular coupled systems, or on action of gradually changing communities which arise and disappear all the time, - from communities in the form of galaxies and star systems till communities in the form of crystalline structures or fungi.
As well communities of more high level - the civilizations of alive and reasonable individuals - are changing: they are arising, developing till the particular moment, and then they are decaying. The question consists only in the speed of this process which in comparison with the speed of changes of galaxies or crystals is much higher owing to larger complexity and dynamism of this system of living individuals among macro systems.
Some researches were devoted to a subject of condensing of time periods between critical events up to a final point. This approach is based on concept of the singularity, used John von Neumann in the middle of XX century. The singularity, if not to mean its astrophysical comprehension, represents a point behind which extrapolation starts giving senseless results.
The historian I. M. Diakonoff paid attention in 1994 to a singularity point, or the limit point on a time axis where historical cycles are reduced which are shrink in compliance with the law of the regressions: "There is no doubt that historical process shows signs of natural exponential acceleration. Put on the schedule these phases are combined in exponential development which assumes eventually transition to the vertical line or more truly, to the point of so-called singularity. Scientific and technical achievements of mankind were being developed also according to the exponential schedule likewise ..." [5].
Diakonoff's schedule may be completed up to the vertical line. In this case, the point of singularity will lie for 2022.
Definition of a technological singularity appeared after Diakonoff's works: the technological singularity is the hypothetical moment after which the technical progress becomes such fast and complex that it will be inaccessible to comprehension. The technological singularity as a result of development of nanotechnologies was considered in the report of 2007 of the Commission on economic policy of the Congress of the USA, as start date of a singularity was called 2020, according to another prognosis - 2030. Basic idea of this conclusion is the corollary from the law of Moore (an empirical conclusion from the observed speed of development of technologies): somewhere between 2025 and 2035 the computing power of separate computers will be made even to the "crude" computing power of a human brain, and then and will surpass it.
The given dates are close to each other and they also are close to the present time. The question is only in the interpretation of the specified process, i.e. what will happen in the singularity point with the world civilization.
The approaching informational collapse is confirmation of that the era of fundamental changes in the civilization development approaches with an approximation of the point of the singularity.
The informational collapse is defined as the condition of the network information space menacing to its stability and normal functioning. The informational collapse is characterized by fall off of the capacity of communication channels and arises at a situation when existing technologies are not able to transfer growing volumes of traffic.
The beginning of the informational collapse manifests in constant increase in speed of emergence of new information and accumulation of this information in the Internet. Acquaintance with the avalanche flow of information becomes more and more difficult and even more difficult becomes thereof its adequate use because the filtration of the information, as a rule, for doubtful criteria becomes actually by the single method of ordering of information. This process conducts to fast loss by society of perspective reference points of development, to replacement of the true purposes by corporate purposes, to bamboozle of an overwhelming majority of Internet users.
As a rule, a point of a singularity interpreted as transition to the new, improved condition. However, this point can be a bifurcation point, with possibility of transition to a condition of another type of a civilization, if available type of a civilization cannot exist, for example, it can be transition in a condition of an ecological civilization at refusal of the majority of the technologies applied earlier or it can be transition to a condition of the complete disintegration of a civilization.
Any of these transitions does not cause optimism since and in one and in the other case the present civilization will stop the existence.
In the first case the transition leads to the compelled global transformation which is bordered by accident: the mankind should refuse the comfortable existence provided with technical achievements which is not being combined with harmonious existence with the planetary nature. Will have to switch from the destruction of nature with the poisoning of the environment to interact with it and preserve not so much itself, as much as her, switch to the use of renewable natural resources. This will reduce significantly, in particular, energy resources and food resources. This process will involve automatically essential reduction of the population, structural change of management by society. In particular, it is necessary to be refused the state control system and to pass to hierarchical system of self-governing communities. There are, of course, variants, but an ecological civilization has nothing to do with capitalism nor socialism nor democracy.
In the second case, owing to loss of management and occurrence of general chaos, will collapse communication systems, energy supply, water supply; the transport will stop, the need in money, and, means and in a bank-financial system will disappear, collisions will begin, the cities will collapse, there will be epidemics; technologies, cultural values will be lost until writing system. The civilization will disappear as such, and her survivors will fall into wildness. Variants can be different, but the scenario is unlikely to be different from this.
At the same time the idea of futurologists that the point of a technological singularity means hypothetical explosion-like growth of rate of scientific and technical progress, allegedly following out of creation of an artificial intelligence and self-replicating machines, integration of the person with computers, or the significant increase in opportunities of a human brain due to biotechnologies, is being represented more than fantastic because of extreme proximity of the point of a singularity. Moreover, it is not observed while anything from predicted by futurologists. On the contrary, a gap between the ordinary population and its highest layers goes deep more and more. Highest layers of society are being decayed, more and more depriving overwhelming part of the population even necessary. These layers are being transformed from people into beings for the consumption, indifferent to everything, except itself, completely losing opportunity for development.
Anyway, but the internal logic of process of disintegration of a civilization, in our opinion, can be interpreted and added as follows.
A number of scientific researches allow us to approach to the disintegration of civilization as the demolition of the complex non-linear system, what is happening with the occurrence of certain conditions.
In particular, Jay Forrester in the theory of the complex systems describes functioning of the complex systems as follows.
In process of change of these factors the regenerative characteristics of a positive loop of growth can be suppressed that will lead process to the neutral point separating positive and negative nature of behavior of a feed-back. If a chain is removed by some push in area of the negative feed-back, it starts generating an exponential decay of process in the direction to an initial point from which it was rejected.
The complex system is non-linear. The modern mathematics deals with almost only with the linear processes. But life and society is almost wholly characterized by non-linear processes. The non-linear interaction in the system allows to dominate for some time to one circuit of the feed-back, but it can cause the shift of this dominant in another part of system where the behavior of system so differs that these two situations seem as not having relations to each other.
Even in that case when the considerable change is made in the system, her behavior often remains without change. The reason consists in the nature of the complex systems contradicting intuition, and their tolerance to change of parameters. Administrative measures relate to as structure (i.e. the elements chosen as sources of information as well as their use), and system parameters (determining the influence of information and determining the magnitude of its action). The term "administrative innovations" is considered here as a rule, as the formulation of a line of conduct showing how available information leads to a choice of decisions, determines the action. The insensitiveness of the system to change of the majority of its parameters leads to that the system remains insensitive and to the majority of modifications which are being imposed to it by new actions and decisions because these decisions change only extent of influence of the information or the action. The nature of the resistance of social systems is hidden in this. The change of the administrative intervention leads only to the minor change of the majority of levels of the system and the new combination of the information for a decision making is thus formed. New information in combination with new administrative measures yields the results close to the former.
The complex systems are different high sensitivity to change of only small number of particular parameters and to some structural changes of system. Similar inconsistency in the relation to the situation considered above concerning tolerance of system to parameters really takes place. Any system contains some points and, its behavior is sensitive only to change of these points. The change of the administrative influence in one of such points puts pressure upon all system, and its behavior changes in all directions. These parameters and structural changes, to which the system is sensitive, usually are not self-evident.
The active correcting programs imposed on the social system, are much less efficient, than it was expected, thanks to that these programs have a tendency to substitute the appropriate internal processes.
The complex systems have a tendency to quality degradation.
Values of parameters are secondary - first you need to reflect correctly the structure of the system [6, p. 118-125].
Using Forrester's approach to the complex systems, we will note the following. At an informational collapse which already is beginning to manifest itself, especially in the field of the informational technologies, such complex system as our civilization, begins to lose control, generally owing to the avalanche receipt of the information and lack of its adequate filtration. There is no time in a situation of the informational collapse for the exact definition of the reasons of worsening behavior of the system, and the casual symptoms are accepted for them. If the efforts go on the elimination of symptoms, the true reasons remain unaffected. Such action either ineffective or leads to deterioration. Thus, the structure of the real system due to lack of ability to organize incoming avalanche of the information in the form that adequately reflects the structure of the system remains out of undertaken influences.
Such, in brief, explanation of the process beginning with the destruction of the current civilization as a complex system getting into a situation of information collapse. Any asteroid or a global flood, etc. are not required in order to any technological civilization in these conditions rather quickly stopped the existence.
It is curious that the same nonlinearities of system leading to disordering, in other conditions can generate an order from chaos of the elementary processes. It follows from the concept of a structural stability entered by Ilya Prigozhin. In this context we can talk about the reaction of the system to emergence of the new units, capable to involve in interaction the various processes in system [7, p. 178].
Civilizations belong to non-equilibrium and non-linear systems. It means that they can arise and disappear as a result of change of conditions.
If the process of disappearance of civilizations was clarified to some extent, for emergence of civilizations "the new units, capable to involve in interaction various processes in the system" are required also. These units for civilizations are reasonable individuals, organized in the communities. But the question of the appearance of these reasonable individuals for the evolutionary theory remains open. Until now, this issue was not resolved and it is unlikely to be solved within the framework of the theory of evolution of the biosphere on Earth.
However, the problem is solved if to take into consideration opportunity of use of symbiosis of the biological form adapted for terrestrial conditions with the appropriate program put in it, and particle of Supreme Mind which controls by a biological form through this program. This symbiosis gives a person who possesses consciousness.
If we return to inevitable crash of a civilization, there, along with the "technical" reasons of its disintegration, the psychological reasons act also, namely: inability still an undeveloped inner "I" of the person to overcoming logic of the established unfair cruel society. Low level, downtroddenness of consciousness under the influence of external conditions leads people to reconciliation with society, and when enhanced its pressure - to spontaneous aspiration to destroy society together with itself or to go to the world of illusions which provides them Internet. All this in return cannot but promote to the system disorder.
Russian philosopher N. A. Berdyaev well understood this: "The truth is replaced more and more by advantage and interest, by will to mighty. Dislike for the truth is defined not only the nihilistic or skeptical attitude towards it, but also by substitution of it by any belief and the dogmatic doctrine for the sake of which some false is allowed, and it is considered not as the evil, and as the benefit, ... Power of a technology has another consequence, very difficult for a person to whom the human soul is not enough adapted ...A terrible time acceleration occurs, speed, beyond which a person can't keep up. No single moment does not become self-valuable it is only means for subsequent moments. The incredible activity is required of a person from which he cannot recover. But these active minutes make a person by passive. He becomes as means of the extra-human process, he is only a function of the production process. The activity of the human spirit is weakened. Any person is estimated as utilitarian, upon his efficiency. This is the alienation of the human nature and the human destruction ... In the conditions of our world, in our time and space, cannot think of the final victory of Spirit over Caesar. There is a constant self-alienation of Spirit into the object world and the Spirit must continually be returned into own depth ... The visible world is not imposed to us and compelling us the reality, it is addressed to liberty of spirit. At this all created by a free spirit is the most real. "[8].
Thus, the consciousness more and more lags behind technological development, thereby a person as the conscious and creating subject, stops in development, "getting stuck" on the consumption of electronic and informational novelties of the civilization devouring all his free time.
Except the specified "technical" and psychological reasons of the near disintegration of the present civilization there is the reason related to the arrangement of social relations. Capitalism winning all of their competitors reigns now. That he now carries in himself and whether it can at least temporarily suspend the decay of civilization?
We shall give here the assessment of the modern capitalism by a number of known philosophers, psychologists and economists.
The real aim of the capitalist system is self-reproduction of capital through its continuous circular flow; the main thing in capitalism - the circulation of capital leading itself in motion. Capital should increase by means of obtaining percent from it (rate of return). Movement of the capital stands behind all progress and behind all accidents in real life. Capital begets violence against ordinary people, who are involved in the orbit of its interests. This violence is anonymous, systemic, abstract and objective. Capitalism has no rivals in its ability to produce wealth (socialism did not last even 100 years compared with capitalism, whose age is not less than 500 years). Wealth is considered the basis of life; high culture and great civilizations have been growing only in affluent communities. Poorest members of society ultimately receive from big common wealth too; efficient production generates progressive institutions and social progress. Existence of capitalism is justified by that fact. It possesses by one more property - absence of ideology. Existential advantage of capitalism consists in it. Absence of ideology and any apparent cognitive coordinates generates property of amazing adaptability of capitalism to any civilizations. Capitalism allows people to build the society which is pleasant to them. It can exist in the conditions of democracy of Europe and North America, within fundamentalist modes of Iran and the countries of North Africa, dictatorships of the states of Latin America, authoritative board in Turkey, the state capitalism of China and Russia. Capitalism is a globality and truth without value. Complication in modern society of dialectic of private and public leads to increase of individual and group selfishness, indifference to other people's problems, cruelty in settling of the interests. Thus, we can say that modern global capitalism is characterized by high harshness of logic of capital. The substitution effect of a global protest by the local protests promotes capitalism preservation because the system (whole) remains, and are destroyed only its separate elements (parts). Therefore, the continuous local protests are becoming a form of existence of global capitalism. Total action of a substitution effect leads to inefficiency of practically all types of an anti-capitalist protest. Change of the owner becomes the main result of all protests only. Change of the owner without change of the system is a priori senseless. In this point capitalism shows the impregnability. [9, p. 187, 149, 189, 205, 110, 152].
The effect of senselessness of protests arises. According to E. Fromm, the phenomenon of alienation conducts to loss of sense of protests. This factor in turn generates paralysis of will and creative abilities of participants of a protest. As a result, a society is being filled with the indifferent people not capable to active the actions [10].
This tendency is aggravated with scientific and technical progress. J. Kretbri in the research asked a question: whether do progress and development of technologies of people is cleverer and more perfect? It appeared, that everything is on the contrary. The matter is that progress changed a person at neurological level. Evolution has led to the fact that we react more quickly to external stimuli, we lighter withstand stress and dealing with other people, but thus a person has lost the ability to stay focused on the job long. In addition, in an environment where information is available everywhere and always, people unlearnt to remember it well. If earlier any serious mistake of ta person brought to him the death, today the manager with the Wall Street, who made the error, receives for it the generous bonus or the quite good severance pay often. Thus, more comfortable life led to loss by a person of concentration and responsibility. Loss of these qualities conducts to the fact that people cannot long concentrate on protest actions and they are growing cold to them quickly [11].
According to C. G. Jung, loss of sense and paralysis of will generate compensatory effects in mentality of the person, bound to spontaneous penetration into his consciousness out of depths of a subconscious mind of negative and destructive collective archetypes; the majority of them are caused by primitive instincts, violence and cruelty [12, p. 42-43].
Political rationality and dispassion of the capitalist system generates its antipode - senseless violence. In fact, a person stands in front of a binary choice - either to accept the existing rules of the game, or to exercise (self-) destructive violence, and violence without agenda, program and ideology. In this case, violence is transformed into the single form of a protest in the rational world, the protest for the sake of protest. Violence is the psychological discharge, having a value in itself. The purpose of this revolt becomes purely existential - a subjective statement about objective conditions of life. We can say that the spontaneous violence is a sign of systemic powerlessness of the person [9, p. 110, 117, 121].
The same, but with another emphasis said F. Fukuyama: capitalism is the most perfect form of the economic beingness; all attempts to rebel against it will lead only to situation deterioration. Fukuyama called this situation as "the end of history" [13].
This brief review of main features of the existing capitalism to date leads to the conclusion about the global transfer them of false values in the values that definite life. Thus, a kind of the cancer tumor is being formed which erodes a person and his civilization rapidly.
The spirit living in each person, and the malicious illusion producing every day by capitalism, cannot coexist for a long time. Independent activity of the human being gradually stops, and disappears together with it the base for the development of the spirit. The automatic aspiration of capitalism to conversion of each person in the condition of the animal, chewing cud given to him, means the deadlock and the civilization disintegration.
Thus, cumulative action of three deep factors designated above lead to process of withdrawal of a person - the main engine of a civilization - out of the civilization mechanism, and it stops.
The fact of the inevitable destruction of Earth's civilization, with its complete disappearance or flowing into savagery, if we consider it as part of the materialist conception, leads to the only possible conclusion: all the cultural and technological advances should completely disappear.
Thus, the existence of the human civilization and the entire human race loses its meaning. For what to live to mankind if all acquired by it for thousands years vanish eventually?
World religions relate to a doomsday a little differently. They recognize this process as the necessary and the natural, but they dissaccord on nature of this process.
"Mahabharata" describes the end of the world (pralaya) as a war to rid Earth of its inhabitants, whose number is constantly growing, with further subsequent emergence of a new world. Separate life of the certain person - as a spark on a wind of change. Everyone strives for a brief moment of its existence, not only to survive but also to develop, to comprehend what is happening to him and the world around him. This is an unsolvable problem for reason in the ultimate life, but for infinite soul which can infinitely absorb information and experience different worlds, such problem is not present. Transition of the soul into another world is painful if it lives in a person whose animal instincts are crushing it by fear of death.
Soul, awakened in a person, is not afraid of death so as for her the death is not present. A person, having the awakened soul, starts appreciating only one - the experience, knowledge which it acquires in life, and then his life is filled with joyful serenity. For, whatever happens in life - everything is transitory, because ahead of - death. Like this, the common doomsday in "Upanishads" is more likely the physical phenomenon, instead of an apocalypse. Although natural disasters have shown that the whole world may perish, and the social world, the world of the struggle for existence was being broken up into the eyes of the ancient inhabitants of India, and all this have indicated his extremity, temporariness, and hence the apparent lack of meaning in this existence, Hinduism has considered that the experience gained remains timeless, knowledge about life remain, and they are passed on and on together with the movement of eternal soul.
Buddhism, like Hinduism, does not recognize of end of the world as the single and the final. The assumption of an extremity of existence contradicts to the main postulates of the doctrine of Buddha that speak of eternity and infinity of the beingness. Larger Kalpa comes to the end, however after some term the Universe starts "unfold" again - the cycle repeats. Therefore, according to Buddha, Sansara (a wheel of regenerations) never began and will never end.
Kabbalah builds understanding of the end of the world from the idea and purpose of creation. Kabbalah understands the end of the world, as transition of the nature on the step of development - the final condition of the whole universe when the lowest point of Creation reaches the same condition what the highest form. Judaism recognizes for coming of the Messiah just such a situation, during which will be implemented the ancient prophecies of the Hebrew prophets - in particular, universal, eternal peace is being established throughout the world, will disappear evil, crime.
With regard to the Christian religion, the events associated with the end of the world (Armageddon), are described in "Revelation" of John, where the Second Coming of Christ to judge the world will be visible to all people on Earth, "... and every eye will see Him." Jesus Christ and the apostles indicated some signs of the end of the world: the emergence of many false Christs (Matthew. 24:5, 1 John. 2:18), distribution of preaching the gospel all over the world, to all nations (Matthew. 24:14), impoverishment of faith and love in human (Matthew. 24:12, Luke. 18:8), fear of the scourge that must overtake the earth (Luke. 21:26) and the phenomenon of the wicked, i.e. Antichrist. Before the second coming there will be a revival of the dead in Christ as well as a change the faithful who remained alive. It is considered in some Christian denominations (Baptists, Pentecostals) that there will be an admiration of Church at this time and its meeting with Christ in clouds. The Last Judgement will come. Eternity will come after the trial - blessed in communion with Christ for some and painful - for others.
According to Islamic teachings, in the end times before the end of the world will be Al-Masih ad-Dajjal (false messiah, Antichrist). Emergence of false messiah will mark those tests which will drop out to people. . Sovereignty ad-Dajjal will last some years, then he will collect huge army under own guidance and will begin war against those who rejected him. Iza will be revealed from heaven at this moment, and will crush Dajjal. Then Iza will unite the world under uniform sovereignty and on the basis of uniform religion of Islam.
Thus, Judaism, Christianity, Islam the fact of destruction of civilization, or the end of the world leads to deadlock. These religious confessions are talking about the second coming and the transition of the world together with it in a condition of eternal tranquillity. It besides makes as senseless the fact of existence of the world, all its experience and the main thing, the fact of existence of immortal soul which at such approach for one human life has to pass all tests. After death of a body for soul everything comes to an end and she receives further that she deserved. In the same way according to the concept of the specified faiths and for once existing world everything comes to an end.
The most ancient east religions do not recognize a final doomsday, as well as single-pass test of soul, and they consider this process as the cyclic.
Common for all religious trends is recognition of the end of this human civilization in the light of a general detach of souls from bodies. Thereby, all of them implicitly confirm the extremity of civilization concerning its final qualitative unsuitability, excepting representations of Judaism.
The religion gets ahead of the science in this thesis, being wiser than it, since the science, recognizing the inevitable an end of the world can nothing offer in return except the eternal non-being. These underlying causes of relatively brief existence of our technological civilization naturally can disseminate on civilizations of other planets as well as civilizations that previously existed on Earth, not excluding, of course, and any external catastrophic changes.
In connection with what has been stated above, the particular importance acquires proofs of existence in the past, during hundred million years on Earth of the civilizations similar to the present civilization. If they were and disappeared, it indicates not only their extremity but also sets the direction of finding meaning that is embedded in their existence, and hence - meaning of the present civilization.

Chapter 9. On the cyclicity of civilizations in their multiplicity.
The existence of many exoplanets recently discovered relatively close to Earth shows, on the one hand, their countless number in the infinite Creation, but, on the other hand, no activity characteristic of highly developed technologically and energetically civilizations has been detected [1].
What conclusions can be drawn on this contradictory basis, and can these conclusions be considered sufficiently reliable?
It is clear that among these countless exoplanets, over time, conditions will inevitably be created in which, just like on Earth, life with its peak - a civilization - can develop.
This discovery of exoplanets buried the conclusion of M. Hart [2], as well as I. S. Shklovsky [3] about the uniqueness of the earthly civilization, which was clearly made hastily, as well as the hypothesis of "difficult steps" of B. Carter [4], who believed that the slowness of evolution presupposes the uniqueness of the creation of an intelligent community, since evolution does not have time to create this community.
Of course, the supporters of the above hypotheses may complain about the limited and insufficient data on what is happening on exoplanets, but the fact that the latter exist in different time ranges and their number is unlimited, irrefutably testifies to the possibility of the emergence of life on them, and therefore, civilizations at least in the same way as it happened on Earth.
In addition, the discovery of exoplanets that are as if closed inside themselves in terms of life activity testifies to the fact that the natives do not strive or cannot go, at least, far beyond the boundaries of their planets into space, since the products of the activities of possible civilizations on them do not manifest themselves in any way, including emissions of energy and significant information beyond the planets.
And this, in turn, in itself, indicates the inadequacy of the popular to this day theory of the unlimited development of intelligent civilizations.
What then remains for the conclusions from the above, if we exclude the possible, but not obligatory death of civilization as a result of certain catastrophes, especially since they also happened on Earth, but so far without fatal consequences for the progress of life, which, nevertheless, as is known, cannot last indefinitely in the world of finite things and processes?
So, an unambiguous conclusion suggests itself: the civilizations appear on exoplanets, as on Earth, develop technologically and culturally to a certain limit, and then collapse, appearing after some time, if the conditions for their existence are preserved, again and again.
As for the isolation of these civilizations in the place of their own existence, that is, the absence of their manifestation in any form for their "neighbors in intelligence," it must be stated that civilizations do not have the means to enter deep space, since they disintegrate before that.
Therefore, the problem of identifying a specific natural cause for the disintegration of a civilization appears on the agenda, although, of course, the pattern of its "demise" as a final phenomenon in the general series of phenomena of beingness is obvious.
In our opinion, there is a very convincing argument in favor of determining the inevitable natural and relatively rapid collapse of the technological civilization. This argument is based on the experience of the functioning of complex systems in the information flow, on the one hand, and on the other - on observational data on the complication and development of living beings in the course of evolution.
Let us briefly introduce this experience and the observational data.
With the achievement by civilization of the stage of comprehensive coverage of the population by the accessible information flows in the form of the Internet through phones, thar, on the one hand, is plunging it into the abyss of degradation due to the lack of need for independent acquisition of the necessary information as well as study for this, submerging society into a state of stagnation, thereby preventing its development, and on the other hand, the information flows become so voluminous and difficult to understand for adequate filtering by the human brain, limited in this regard, despite the help of the artificial intelligence, that all control systems currently based on the consumption and analysis of information using computers are going to pieces due to inadequate final decisions of a person. The consequence of this process is the loss of control with the emergence of a number of catastrophes incompatible with the existence of civilization in the previous mode.
In other words, the civilization as a system begins to lose control, mainly due to the avalanche-like influx of information and the impossibility of its usual processing. In this regard the current situation does not provide time correctly to definite those few points to which the behavior of a civilization is sensitive, the more that these points even in normal conditions are not self-evident.
As a result, the majority of line-ups of a feed-back is being removed in area of the negative feed-back which starts generating an exponential attenuation of process. But the nonlinearity of system at attempts to reconstruct it in a worsening situation and to bring to lifting, blocks all efforts made for change of behavior of system [5].
This is the explanation of the process of the beginning destruction of the current civilization from the position of its presentation as a complex system falling into a situation of the information collapse.
The observational data on the complication and development of living beings in the course of evolution also convincingly demonstrate, already from the position of the current time, its densification to the point of singularity, which means the point beyond which extrapolation begins to give meaningless results.
Let us present specific observational data on the densification of the current time for communities of living beings from the moment of their appearance up to the present time.
First of all, it should be noted that with the emergence of the human communities among the communities of living beings, the compaction of the own time of these human communities has increased sharply, and the apparent reason for this phenomenon is that, in contrast to the purely adaptive behavior of all other living beings.
Put on the schedule these phases add up in exponential development which assumes eventually transition to the vertical line or rather, to the point of so-called singularity. Scientific and technical achievements of mankind were being developed according to the exponential schedule likewise ..." [6].
Thus, it becomes clear that the acceleration of the human communities' own time is directly related to information flows.
If time in the process of activity of living beings is an information product, then with the change in the information flows covering a living being or beings, the time of their own life and the periods of life of their genera or species, as well as the phases of existence of human communities that differ qualitatively, changes in accordance with the change in the information flows in which they find themselves, despite the fact that calendar time or is astronomical time flowing in the same mode?
Naturally, the compaction of own time of individual communities of biological systems in the course of their development cannot proceed indefinitely, shrinking at an accelerated rate, despite the fact that all these time intervals fit into the invariably current astronomical time, which in itself shows the difference between these types of time [see, for example, 7].
Time of any living being, in particular, a person as it will seem strange, actually is information process, during which material objects are identified by consciousness by surroundings scanning by it with facilities which are at its order (sense organs in combination with the processing centers).
Incoming to consciousness, more precisely, in its relevant centers from sense organs impulses (information packages) contain the coded data on material objects which the consciousness was capable to identify. These signals merge in consciousness in a picture incessantly changing surroundings, inasmuch the pause between the impulses arriving one after another is obliterated in consciousness of living being at the expense of a certain duration of processing of every portion of information and arising thereby the delay, doing for consciousness the discrete process of receipt of information as the continuous (a perception threshold).
If we proceed from this position, the rate of flow of time for every individual human consciousness depends on the amount of information (the amount and content of information packets), incoming in the processing centers of the human body, and on the speed of processing the incoming information in these centers (ibid.).
In normal circumstances, for each person of his own time "flows" ordinary, not changing his move: he fixes time in accordance with such external factors as the hour hand, the movement of the sun across the sky and other periodic phenomena.
Illusion of a smooth current of time is created by the fact that consciousness of a person owing to his physiological features isn't capable to notice pulse character of the arriving information.
The general information packet for every moment passes to brain neurons from different human organs in the form of sequences of nervous pulses, in each of which the relevant information is included. Speed of distribution of nervous pulses fluctuates in the range from 1 m/s to 120 m/s. Frequency and character of the pulse sequence, bearing, in particular, the visual information depend on intensity and spectral content of light, at this value and duration of separate pulse don't depend by nature and power of irritation.
Directly after the pulse generation the nervous fiber is in, so-called, refractory state and can't be excited again during 1-2 milliseconds, i.e. the nervous fiber is able to conduct nervous pulses with a frequency not higher than 500 Hz. Duration of the pulse which is passing along a nervous fiber makes shares of millisecond in every "moment" - it is near to lag time, i.e. - to the duration of the restoration of a nervous fiber (a refractory state).
The pause between nervous pulses, containing information means that they don't go continuously. However, this pause is below a threshold of sensations and therefore doesn't get to consciousness: in particular the moving picture for consciousness of the person is provided with an interval between the running consecutive shots about 0.04 seconds, which makes the specified threshold. Its duration, as can be seen more than order of the duration of a pause. Therefore, the discrete sequential moments of own time of the person which include in its sequence all patterns and all events of life for a person, merge in the continuous, indivisible flow in his consciousness.
Here, in this process own time of a person arises which he unconsciously replaces by external periodic time though actually a source of his own time (his "now") is he self, whereas a source of "external" (general) time is something an external, common to all, which is nevertheless being formed by means of all living beings.
"Now" (own time) is the condition for modification by a person of the surroundings in case of which he, partially instinctively, automatically, partially consciously selects from the environment, which can be infinitely various only those data which give in to decryption by his sensations, which act in conjunction with processing centers of the organism, or information.
This condition can be called a person's own time because in it sequentially arise moments, formed by his organ senses and his processing centers, in the form of a moving picture of the surrounding in which events occur, and he can be in them directly involved, that makes his life (ibid.).
Thus, all objects of beingness experience changes in accordance with incoming information packets already within the framework of the current time, which is being distributed into the general (astronomical) time for all living beings of a given planet in the corresponding infrastructure and the own time of each living being, as and their communities, within the framework of the general time. At this, a person, understanding his presence in its flow, considers this general time to be calendar time, unlike all other living beings who are unaware of this.
As for the own time of each living being, the flow of which passes unnoticed for him, it depends mainly on the speed of processing information entering the body through the senses, which in the course of evolution has acquired significant differences for various beings, as if slowed down for plants (the lifespan of sequoia and yew reaches 3 thousand years of the astronomical time) and more rapid, in particular, for small crustaceans (several weeks of the astronomical time). The own time for each living creature begins with its birth and ends with its death, differing at the same time by a maximum of millions of times in units of astronomical time, but, nevertheless, fully corresponding to all the canons of the life cycle (growth, development, reproduction, decline in vital activity).
That is, the observational data on the complication and development of living beings in the course of evolution also convincingly demonstrate the compaction of the current own time of their communities from the single-celled organisms to the current civilization, up to the point of singularity, which means the point beyond which extrapolation begins to give meaningless results, which in this case means the onset of the process of destruction of the current civilization, which will be followed by not the "end of the world," but, after a certain pause, the restoration of civilization in approximately the same form [see, for example, 8], and this process will continue as long as the conditions on the planet are acceptable for the existence of biological creatures with the possibility of their development.
The cyclical nature of civilizations is also indicated by the change in the entropy of a system-civilization during its existence, which is a consequence of changes in the perception of information flows by this system.
Entropy reflects the degree of disorder of the system, which also affects the dispersion of energy, matter or information.
The organic world, which is initially feeding by the decay products of the sun, in the process of its own complication reduces the level of entropy, since the gradually occurring ordering of nature begins to prevail over the decay products produced by living beings, reaching its limit at the peak of civilization as a result of the conscious activity of the human communities.
However, in the course of the development of civilization, a stage comes when a person, due to his biological nature and the corresponding limitations in thoughts and actions, is unable, as before, to perceive and filter incoming information, using it for his own benefit. That is, the process of useless and even harmful dispersion of information, or the growth of entropy, begins to prevail, violating the order established in human communities, so much so that, practically, all control systems cease to function in a stable mode.
We can observe all this at the present time both in the economy and in public life.
In this regard, we will give several examples of the current situation.
The artificial intelligence, despite its brainlessness, but possessing the high operating speed, clear functioning within the framework of established programs and the huge memory, excludes from the spheres of management, production, distribution and service hundreds of millions of people, incomparably less effective than the artificial intelligence in non-creative spheres of activity, who lose their jobs in their profession, and are unable to retrain and occupy themselves with something else, mostly due to a not very high level of development and insufficient of education.
Almost all financial resources are now concentrated in a few percent of the population, who do not care about the rest, and they take away from them often even the resources necessary for normal life. In addition, these billionaires and other rich idlers, as a rule, are capable of only consuming and thereby decomposing, introducing a spirit of dissonance and envy into all layers of society, increasingly increasing its disunity, and, therefore, increasing entropy.
A bloody struggle for regionally and quantitatively limited natural resources of various kinds has already begun, which are catastrophically insufficient for equal distribution among communities. An ecological crisis has set in, connected mainly with the disastrous pollution of the environment that is produced every day, threatening the extinction of all mankind.
An energy crisis is on the threshold, since organic fuel and uranium-235 are not enough to provide a uniform supply of energy to a population that has reached 8 billion, and other energy sources capable of resolving the energy crisis are absent, since science and the officials who manage it, having focused on such seemingly promising areas as energy production based on solar batteries and wind stations, have not taken into account their low efficiency. As for thermonuclear installations, they, as it turned out, despite the assurances of many scientists, are not capable of functioning in terrestrial conditions.
It seems that the end of everything is coming, but, in fact, this process means only a completely adequate expression of an infinity in the finite.
In other words, the real events can only occur in the world of finite things and phenomena, which, having ended, are repeated after a pause, not literally, but basically, thereby not going into the bad infinity, but being realized in the infinity of a discrete type.
That is, in this case, the growth of entropy, which is reflected in the loss of orderliness of the system and the dispersion of information, turns out to be, on the whole, a positive factor that prevents the complete destruction of the system, preserving the main thing - man. Thanks to this, and relatively quickly, the system of the human communities will begin to be ordered again, if, of course, natural conditions allow it.
The situation indicated quite clearly shows that a civilization is characterized not by arrow-shaped progress, as many believe, but by the endless cyclicity in endless series of exoplanets, but without the repetition in details, which, for example, is demonstrated by the artifacts preserved from previous civilizations on Earth [ibid.].
All this testifies to the fact that a person with his civilization is nothing more than a means to achieve some goal of some something, not included directly in the beingness in which a person resides.

Chapter 10. The deepest reasons for the constant aggressiveness of the West.
The fact that by many the aggressiveness of the Western countries is still explained by the tightness in Europe, whose population now exceeds that of Russia several times over, is certainly true, but the crowded also exist in other regions of the world countries of which do not conflict constantly. Therefore, it makes sense to try to get to the bottom of the real reasons for this situation, when Russians want to live in peace, and Europeans only talk about peace.
A relatively recent study of the DNA of the living people has shown that their distant ancestors left Africa more than 60 thousand years ago, and about 45 thousand years ago they appeared in Europe through the Middle East. They had the dark skin.
In the ice-free south of Europe, they lived as hunters and gatherers in small groups, gradually moving up the rivers into Western and Central Europe, adapting to the cold climate.
During the warming period about 14.5 thousand years ago, they began to settle in small villages and they developed stone tools.
About 10.3 thousand years ago, on the fertile lands of central Anatolia (modern Turkey), the inhabitants began to engage in fairly intensive agriculture and breed herds of goats and sheep.
Gradually, they, and with them the technologies found, spread to the north, and already about 6 thousand years ago, most of the population of Europe was engaged in agriculture and cattle breeding.
These new inhabitants of Europe already had light skin and did not mix with the indigenous population of Europe.
With a high degree of probability, due to the plague about 5.4 thousand years ago, the population of Europe catastrophically decreased, and, as a result, it was replaced by nomads from the eastern steppes of Europe, who mixed to a greater extent with the inhabitants of the western part of Europe, and to a lesser extent - with the eastern, judging by the DNA of the preserved bone remains.
This latter part in the overwhelming majority continued to engage in agriculture, while the western part of the former nomads, although mixed with farmers, retained their wild, warlike character, forming the basis of the future Western civilization with its harsh-conquering and cultural-technological center in the form of the Roman Empire.
This last part in the overwhelming majority continued to engage in agriculture, while the western part of the former nomads, although mixed with farmers, retained their wild, warlike character, forming the basis of the future Western civilization with its harsh-conquering and cultural-technological center in the form of the Roman Empire.
The inhabitants of the eastern part of Europe, on the contrary, for the most part lost their warlike and wild character, and continued to engage in agriculture, periodically fighting off the attacks of their warlike western neighbors.
These eastern inhabitants of Europe included the future Albanians, Balts, Slavs, bordering on the Greeks in the south and the Finns in the north. DNA shows that the ancestors of the Slavs were the Pannonians in the Middle Danube region and the Wends to the north-east of the Carpathians.
The geographical position of the western inhabitants of Europe, leaving them with land contacts with the outside world only in the east, thus provided this - the most accessible - opportunity to profit from the peaceful farmers there.
As a result, this kind of constant threat forced part of the eastern population of Europe to migrate further east.
These migrants and part of the inhabitants who remained in Eastern Europe and united by a single language began to call themselves Slavs.
The first Slavs, in order to protect themselves from their warlike western neighbors, in the 5th century AD began to unite into strong states, such as, for example, Great Moravia.
The migrants first settled from the Oder River to the Middle Dnieper and Polesie, and then joined the Finno-Ugric tribes further east.
Over time, the Eastern Slavs, who had largely mixed with the Finno-Ugric tribes, formed a new nationality, which was called the Russians, and first formed a state with its capital in Kyiv, and then in Moscow.
The Russians had to fight off invasions both from the west, with great success, and from the east - less successfully.
However, in the 15-16th century AD, the onslaught of enemies weakened. The Russian state strengthened and, during the reign of Ivan IV, began expansion to the east with its sparsely populated areas. This movement continued for several centuries and stopped only before the obstacle of the Pacific Ocean.
Thus, the Russian state acquired its extraordinary vastness not through bloody wars of conquest, but as a result of the comparatively peaceful annexation of desert lands without harming the local population.
On the one hand, such actions of the Russians demonstrate a fairly high level of heritage of their wild steppe ancestors, which allowed them to stubbornly fight off strong enemies. On the other hand, they show that the heritage of their peaceful ancestors from Anatolia was not in vain either, but manifested itself in a peaceful attitude towards defeated enemies and the population of the annexed territories.
At the same time, their western neighbors, whose DNA was closer to their steppe ancestors, and who, to a large extent, as a result, had a wild disposition and a tendency to seize prey by force using any available means, found themselves locked in the east by the Slavs, and on other sides by the seas, first tried to enter Asia through the straits by Greek phalanxes, and then - by Roman legions and crusades, but, in the end, found themselves in the original position, and were forced to unleash internecine wars that lasted several centuries.
Nevertheless, as is known, wars, in addition to large losses of population, bring with them a fairly intensive development of technologies that can have a dual purpose, as well as - the development of support for ongoing battles in the form of excellent roads, various schools, which, in particular, produced specialists capable of handling complex military and related equipment.
As a result, in addition to gunpowder, muskets and cannons, which were being produced rather primitively, more effective technologies appeared in Western Europe, the basis of which was the water wheel.
The water wheel has become widely used. It has set in motion a hammer weighing up to one ton in the processing of metals. In paper production, with the help of the wheel, the presses were raised and lowered, in mining - have lifted ore and pumped out water from mines.
On the smelters has connected the water wheel with the bellows to inject the intense air flows into the melting furnaces, that allowed to increase amount of the melted metal significantly.
Guns and guns began to cast in special forms, openings in trunks did by means of the boring machine.
In addition, the mills, using water or wind as a propulsion unit, began to operate in the cloth and flour-grinding industry.
The spinning machine appeared, pulling the fiber into a thread and twisting it simultaneously, the tape units started working on weaving manufactories, on which one worker made 20 tapes of different colors at once.
Portuguese invented light and maneuverable vessels - caravels. They were equipped with three masts with direct and slanting sails and could move in the necessary direction not only at a fair wind, but also with an oncoming one.
The wide use has got the invention of Johann Gutenberg the individual metallic letters, from which was possible to make lines and pages for imprints on paper. He also invented the printing press.
In England in 1589 an industrial knitting machine was invented. The device consists of a needle with a hook, which work by opening and closing sequentially, simulating the procedure of hand knitting. In 1660 there were about 650 knitting machines, and in 1844 - about 43 thousand.
In the middle of the second millennium of our era in Europe the logarithmic ruler (slide rule), a microscope, the telescope, a silicon musket was also invented.
At the end of the 15th century Luka Pacioli suggested to make double entry in accounting.
In the 16th century in Europe were invented a pocket watch, granular gunpowder, a diving bell, diethyl ether, a wheeled yacht with sails, sealing wax, a pencil, a water closet, and a world map in a new projection.
At the beginning of the 17th century in Europe were invented an arithmometer (adding machine), a steam turbine, a caliper, a liquid thermometer, a barometer, a counting machine, and a vacuum pump.
Finally, the broadest use of credit was begun, which is the basis of mass commodity production, having making possible to fill the shortage of its own resources and bring capital into continuous circulation.
The opportunity to mass production of various goods demanded the development of trade, finding new markets for goods.
The cheapest and most effective method of trade was the delivery of goods by sea. Access to the sea, shipbuilding and navigation skills were possessed by Catholic countries - Spain, Portugal, Italy, France and Protestant countries - the Netherlands and England.
That is, partly, wars also gave an impetus to the development of technology and culture in Western countries, and they managed to uncork their part of Europe due to intensive access to the sea, and finally subjugate many underdeveloped countries, turning them into their colonies.
However, this was not enough for them and the West continued to cherish its previous idea of capturing territories belonging to the Russians.
This is confirmed by two wars of the 20th century (1914-18 and 1939-45), as well as - by the bribery of the corrupt powers that be in Russia, who finally fulfilled the dream of the West and gave it their country for complete plunder, previously unheard of even in comparison with the plunder of India by the British.
In addition, to illustrate the true essence of the Western countries, one can also note the most impressive list of wars against obviously weak states and their merciless robbery and destruction of the indigenous population.
During the colonial rule of England in India until 1920, more than 100 million inhabitants of this previously prosperous country were destroyed by artificial famine and executions, and life expectancy dropped to 30 years. As for the financial losses, they simply cannot be calculated. The richest country in the world was robbed clean by the impudent and ruthless elite of England, which is still living in this money.
After the Opium War in China in the mid-19th century, unleashed by England and which took tens of millions of lives of Chinese, Western countries forced China to conclude unfavorable agreements, receiving virtually free access to money and other valuables of China. A violent plundering of the country began.
After 1930 year, Japan attacked China, establishing its dominance until 1945. The result of this colonial policy was millions of victims of famine and uprisings, the number of which exceeded one hundred million, and China's material losses are also incalculable.
Western countries from the 17th to the 19th century were being actively engaged in slave trade, effectively destroying the population of Africa, since when transporting slaves across the Atlantic Ocean, 1-2 out of 5 people survived, and the life of slaves in America was most similar to hell, as it is described.
During the colonization of both continents of America by the Spanish, Portuguese and Anglo-Saxons, more than 75 million Indians were exterminated. Especially effectively were "worked" the Anglo-Saxons in the north, since only a few hundred thousand Indians remained from the indigenous population of North America, and even they ended up in reservations.
As a result of the First and Second World Wars unleashed by Western countries for the interests of global monopolies and greedy Western elites, a total of about 140 million lives were exterminated, not counting the colossal material losses and the irreparable loss of many artistic and other cultural values.
This list could be continued, but it is already clear that world progress is rather contradictory and far from humane if the leading countries of the world are the most bloodthirsty.
To determine the underlying reasons for the purely aggressive policy of Western countries throughout their existence, but at the same time their cultural and technological superiority over other countries of the world, it is necessary to note the following.
All living beings differ from the inanimate in their ability regardless to perceive, process, use and transmit information, while inanimate objects have the ability only to bring information (see, for example Nizovtsev Y. M. What is the basis of the manifested (reality)? Monography "Creation as the unity of eternity in time and nothingness out of time". 2024. [Electronic resource]. Access mode: www.litres.ru. Amazon. (C) Yury Nizovtsev)
For living beings, being in the flow of information means, at a minimum, receiving sensations, and not the emptiness of non-existence. Therefore, they strive to remain in this flow by any means.
They can be helped in this by such a property of any active living being as dissatisfaction with the existing, that is, the desire, at a minimum, to keep up with the changes taking place around, and even more preferable - to make changes themselves to improve their own position in the environment (see, for example Nizovtsev Y. M. Manifestation of dissatisfaction of consciousness in the person. Monography "The driving force and source of development of the person and his communities". Chapter 4.2. 2019. [Electronic resource]. Access mode: www.litres.ru. Amazon. (C) Yury Nizovtsev).
All living beings are capable of the first, and only people are capable of the second.
Thus, dissatisfaction, which is so necessary for the adequate use of information, is a response to changes in the environment surrounding the organism, and, if possible, a desire to change it in order to improve one's position in it.
A person in his communities is capable not only of adaptive existence in the environment, but he can change it at his own discretion with the available means in his interests, competing with other people or communities.
In this competition, the following methods are used: force, deception and cooperation. That is, those methods that are also in use in wildlife, where, however, everything ends with the defeaters being eaten (see, for example Nizovtsev Y. M. Deception as a consequence of dissatisfaction, turned to truth.
Monography "The essence of the human activity". Chapter 10. 2024. [Electronic resource]. Access mode: www.litres.ru. Amazon. (C) Yury Nizovtsev).
In other words, the dissatisfaction of the natural consciousness of living beings is being oriented mostly towards forceful methods in combination with deception, which gives the greatest and fastest benefit.
However, people, in addition to the natural consciousness, also have self-consciousness, that is, an idea of themselves in time, which they can to a certain extent control without destroying and deceiving neighbors and fellow tribesmen (see, for example Nizovtsev Y. M. On the emergence and essence of self-consciousness. Monography "The essence of the human activity". Chapter 5. 2024. [Electronic resource]. Access mode: www.litres.ru. Amazon. (C) Yury Nizovtsev).
Therefore, it seems that people could reconsider their attitude to competition, abandoning forceful methods and deception, moving on to good-neighborly relations.
Nevertheless, as a rule, we see the opposite.
The most advanced states in the world in cultural and technological terms are also the most aggressive, cruel and boastful of their superiority over others using them for their own purposes and interests with threats, promises, deception and direct aggressive actions.
It is obvious that such aggressiveness of Western countries and Japan, which has joined them, did not come from the outside, but is embedded in their consciousness, which is oriented towards aggressiveness and deception as the most effective methods of subjugation and using other peoples for their own interests, as happens in the wild.
Therefore, the dissatisfaction of their natural consciousness, inherited, as noted above, from the wild steppe peoples, and aimed at aggressiveness, unlike, for example, the Russians, dominates over the altruism of the self-consciousness of Western communities, despite their advancement in education and technology.
Therefore, the overwhelming majority of the population of these countries does not protest, but actually approves of such continuous and predatory actions of their elites, which are use force and deception, as a result of which also hoping for the establishment of truly good-neighborly relations with them is nothing more than an illusion, which is shown by the history of relations between Western countries and other countries of the world, when Western countries violated any agreements if it was beneficial to them.
It is also very significant and curious that the combination of a high level of the egocentric and aggressive natural consciousness and a fairly high level of self-consciousness, which, however, is provided mainly by education and is altruistic only in relation to one's own population, is the deepest basis of creativity, which will be discussed in more detail below, and this level has provided the greatest number of creative individuals from the population of the most aggressive countries of the last few centuries - England, France, Germany.
This is confirmed by a far from complete list of fundamental discoveries and inventions, given below, made in these countries, the number of which far exceeds the achievements in this regard of all other countries in the world taken together.

The fact is that it is this combination of a high level of the aggressive natural consciousness and a sufficiently high level of self-consciousness that produces the individuals, who are always overwhelmed with a deep sense of dissatisfaction in relation to their environment, which comes to them from the natural consciousness in its aspiration to create greater conveniences for its own existence due to the initial egocentrism natural consciousness. However, this feeling is combined with the altruism of their self-consciousness (the highest consciousness), the dissatisfaction of which by the insufficient social comfort, the development of science and culture, reaching a high degree, requires that the achievements of civilization and culture be extended.
But, at this, the natural consciousness dominates, since the activity of these individuals manifests itself for the most part instinctively, without much thought, giving, nevertheless, the most creatively active persons of all living.
That is, the noted combination of a high level of the aggressive natural consciousness and a fairly high level of self-consciousness with a definite degree of altruism, externally expressed in the peculiarities of the individuality and personality of individuals, regardless of the presence of talents or just abilities, invariably attracts them to creative activity, and it happens, leads to the discovery of new patterns, the invention of convenient life support systems and the creation of high cultural samples. Therefore, creative individuals are precisely the relatively small group of the population that ensures the accelerated development of technological civilization in the context of private property relations (see, for example Nizovtsev Y. M. Who really makes the main contribution to the development of civilization? Monography "On the essence of a people in the frameworks of the state". Chapter 18. 2024. [Electronic resource]. Access mode: www.litres.ru. Amazon. (C) Yury Nizovtsev).
The Russians, who to a much lesser extent inherited an aggressive and egocentric natural consciousness, and to a greater extent the altruistic in their self-consciousness, as history has shown, are more inclined not to aggression, but to good-neighborly relations, also possessing a certain creative potential, which is proven by a number of discoveries and inventions made by them, starting with Polzunov and Lomonosov, and ending with Kapitsa, Landau and Zvorykin.
Therefore, they, differing in these deep properties of consciousness from the population of the Western countries and China, can represent in the near future that force which, unlike the obviously decaying West and China, oriented only towards itself, which considers all others barbarians, will, if not dominate the world, then will try to arrange, at least, equal relations between the countries, included in their own region.
As for the Western countries, then, like Assyria in its time, they are already inclined to decline and, if they survive, then, at best, will turn out to be the ordinary states.
