A breaking news: a DDoS attack has shut down the crypto-exchange. His, Paul's, crypto wallet is empty!

Banks are suspended.
The internet is almost at a standstill.
The 500-story building shook. Breaking news was on TV: a drone had crashed into the building where Paul was currently checking out the breaking news. A bad news: below Paul, the 356th floor of the 500-story building had been destroyed and a fire had broken out.
The artificial intelligence AI-chip embedded in Paul's brain commanded him to evacuate himself immediately.
Paul retrieved a rope, straps, and rappel devices from a special cabinet. He secured one end of the rope to a metal "ear" mounted on the outside of the building. Paul fastened the straps to his body correctly, attached the backpack containing the gold bars to the straps, and began descending the rope to the ground.
Fifteen minutes later, Paul stood on the ground, holding the backpack containing the gold bars.
He quickly moved toward the port where his 150-meter yacht (a small ocean-going vessel) was moored.

The AI-chip suggested a correct direction for Paul and his kayak.
Soon, a small sandy island appeared. This island was formed a few days earlier by a climate change and the tectonic movements.
Paul landed on the island, got out of the kayak, and buried his backpack with gold bars in the sand.
The sound of an engine was heard; a helicopter was approaching the island.
Paul saw a words on the side of the helicopter. It was the name of an international AI-chip manufacturing company that implanted AI-chips into users' heads and provided servicing for the chip wearers.
People exiting the helicopter congratulated Paul: he had won an online kayak racing competition. (The AI-chip manufacturing company tracked the route, distance, and speed of the AI-chip wearers.)
