Glasha - a cleaner at a real estate agency. A story.
Glasha had the education - two years of secondary school. She and her father, for some reason, were constantly moving from place to place. Dad loved to listen to songs like "Your Whole Life Ahead, Hope and Wait," "The Taiga Is My Friend," and "If You Don't Have a House, They Won't Take It Away." Sometimes Glasha's father did a spit loudly and uttered the word "alimony" with relish.
The nomadic life took a toll on her father's health, and Glasha was left alone. This happened in the distant city of Severo-Muromsk.
Glasha, at first, tried to earn money at the local market. She liked this work. But soon after the incident with the rotten vegetables, Glasha was left jobless, penniless, and in debt.
Dasha worked as a cleaner at the local market for a while, but then transferred to the same position at a real estate agency.
There, she participated in several non-understandable events that required her passport. She quickly obtained a passport (for herself) with the help of new acquaintances.
As a result of these events, she was left with a significant sum of money, which she invested in purchasing a dark basement room in an apartment building. Thus, Glasha became a "new person": she now had both a passport and her own real estate.
While sweeping the floor, Glasha was overhearding the conversations. It turned out that in the distant city of Rostov-on-Don, a resident had lost the right of ownership in relation of a real estate object (two stories, 150 square meters), but he only learned of it two years later. This citizen had contacted (applied to) the High Capital Spheres, but received neither a response nor any useful action.
Glasha thought, that there were enormous opportunities in the real estate sphere.
She thoroughly washed her ears and began to listen to everything they were saying in the real estate office.
Soon she heard that some serious people had arrived from the capital. These people were interested in real estate in Severo-Muromsk.
Glasha began listening to the conversations as attentively as possible.
A flood of deals began: apartments in Severo-Muromsk apartment buildings were being sold en masse for 100,000-150,000 rubles.
Glasha turned to her new acquaintances for help and sold her dark basement room for 70,000 rubles.
And there she was, with the money in her hands - five-thousand-ruble bills. 140 bills. Was Dasha without real estate again? Was she a tumbleweed again?
Glasha, who had lived a nomadic life before, didn't lose her nerve. She rented a place to live from a needy resident of Severo-Muromsk.
But the next day, Dasha learned that several high-voltage power line supports had collapsed. A widespread power, water, and heat outages started in the Severo-Muromsk.
Glasha had no desire to live in unpleasant conditions. She quickly bought the cheapest ticket and soon began working in the capital. She found a job as a cleaner at one of the capital's real estate agencies.
Before each work shift, Glasha thoroughly washed her ears and listened attentively to conversations.
She soon learned that enterprising individuals were buying up apartments in Severo-Muromsk for 10,000 rubles each.
Glasha consulted her new acquaintances, took out an online bank loan of 100,000 rubles, and became the owner of five luxury apartments in Severo-Muromsk.
Two days later, Glasha sensed a stir in the capital's real estate agency: new power line supports had been delivered to Severo-Muromsk.
Apartment prices in Severo-Muromsk began to rise.
Glasha took advantage of the opportunity to register real estate transactions remotely (online) and sold one of the apartments she had purchased at a profit. After that, she still owned four luxury apartments in Severo-Muromsk.
The proceeds will allow her to service her loan and, if necessary, pay taxes and utility bills - until about April.
The weather will warm up in May. Electricity, heat, and water will be restored. Apartment prices will rise.
Then Glasha will sell three more apartments, return to Severo-Muromsk, and live like a normal person in a nice luxury apartment.
If in two years she doesn't find out that she has lost ownership of this apartment, - in such case she would have to think about it, to consult with someone...
