My responsibility is to transfer contributions to the funded pension in the proper amount. And it is the Social Fund's responsibility to assign a funded pension for me. The funded pension must be assigned within 10 working days! I consider the refusal to assign a funded pension to be illegal! Give me a reasoned response!

I propose that in your reasoned response, it will be written that after April 1, 2026, I can submit an application for a funded pension, and it will be assigned to me then. (Of course, this response must be signed by a competent person - a Social Fund employee.) I will refrain from any legal action, I will wait until April 1, 2026, and then submit another (new) application. [I'm trying to remember: which one application? Third application? Or fourth one?]
