About two years ago, while walking, I met a beautiful blonde-haired, blue-eyed girl at the entrance to the "Language School". Half jokingly, I addressed her in English.
It's a big problem - the lack of practice in a spoken English.
Three factors combined at that second - the "Language School" nearby, my desire to practice spoken English, and the charm of a beautiful girl.
The girl answered me in English.
As it turned out, she is an English language teacher at the "Language School". She came to Rostov-on-Don from Tajikistan.
After this meeting, I still have the word "Maciona" written in small letters on the margins of the page in my pocket city atlas. I think she wrote that word. Or maybe it was I who wrote it.
The girl entered the building of the "Language School". I continued my walk.
A couple of weeks later, passing by the "Language School", I decided to practice spoken English. I entered the building of the "Language School" and addressed the administrator in English. I pronounced, as best I could, the name of a girl from Tajikistan and said that I would like to train my spoken English under the guidance of this girl.
The administrator replied to me in Russian and in English that the girl had left for her homeland, for Tajikistan.
Today, after writing the story "Bilateral Restitution", I read an online material about people from Tajikistan who applied to the Social Fund of Russia and received a significant payments:
"... The Social Fund of Russia, having failed to identify violations, has scheduled payments for three months in advance. In total, according to the prosecutor's office, during 2023-2025 ... by keeping silent about their actual departure and providing false information about their residence in the Russian Federation, they illegally received over 745 thousand rubles, causing large-scale damage to the Social Fund. I have transferred 507,340 (five hundred seven thousand three hundred forty) rubles to the Social Fund of Russia - contributions for a funded pension, and submitted (on October 27, 2025) an application (statement) for a funded pension.
It has been almost two months since I submitted my application (statement). I had a possibility to get a bank interest from the deposit: about ten thousand rubles. And I still do not have (1) even the one funded pension payment, (2) any data about the appointment of funded pension for me, (3) information about when I will stop receiving losses in the form of the not received interest (I also do not have 507,340 rubles at my disposal) and when I will start receiving a funded pension.
I thought of the beautiful girl from Tajikistan. I found the pocket city atlas with the word "Maciona". And I thought that people from Tajikistan more skilled to arrange a financial tranches from the Social Fund of Russia.
I typed in the search bar: "A pretty girl-lawyer from Tajikistan." I clicked the "Search" button.
"The most beautiful Tajik women in the world - all the most beautiful..."
I'm still searching... Where are you, a beauty-lawyer from Tajikistan, the girl, who is able "to melt the ice between" me (who transferred 507,340 rubles of contributions) and the Social Fund of Russia?!!!
