APPLICATION FOR IN PROTECTING THE RIGHT OF A CITIZEN OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION TO A FUNDED PENSION
DEAR ALEXANDER GEORGIEVICH,
Federal Law No. 424-FZ of December 28, 2013 "On Funded Pension" has been adopted and is in force in the Russian Federation.
I, Zalessky V.V., have fulfilled all the requirements established by this Federal Law and have submitted 2 (two) applications for a funded pension. (My applications dated October 27, 2025 and January 15, 2026).
It is said in two official letters from the Rostov region branch of the Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation that I, V.V. Zalessky, have fulfilled all the requirements established by the above-mentioned Federal Law:
dated November 24, 2025, the number ИП-61-01/47955л
and
dated December 22, 2025, number ИП-61-01/50987л.
Nevertheless, the Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation DOES NOT ASSIGN me a funded pension.
2 (two) ways to do such thing are in usage.
The first method (initially). I am given an answer about the refusal to execute a "lump sum payment". But I'm asking for a funded pension, not a lump sum payment. (That is, the subject under consideration was changed, was replaced, which imbued the process of consideration with qualities of a meaningless and of absurdless).
The second method (currently relevant). I am being given information that is difficult for me to understand. I am trying to decipher it and assume that I am being informed that "the money has not arrived somewhere where it should go" (and this prevents to assign for me a funded pension). (In fact, the receipt of money (my contributions to a funded pension in the amount of 507,340 rubles) is reflected in the official documents of the Pension and Social Insurance Fund)
"And when money will arrive where it should go? When will a funded pension be assigned for me?" I ask.
The exact date is not given. Again, a some information that I find difficult to understand is presenting in response.
THE RIGHT OF A CITIZEN OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION TO A FUNDED PENSION IS ENSHRINED IN LAW, BUT THIS RIGHT HAS NOT BEEN IMPLEMENTED.
Considering the above
I ask you
To assist in protecting a citizen's right to a funded pension, I ask YOU to send a deputy request to the Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation (119049, Moscow, Shabolovka str., 4, building 1).
I ask you to request the information in the deputy's request.:
1. Has Zalessky V.V. transferred contributions to a funded pension in the amount of 507340 (five hundred seven thousand, three hundred forty) rubles in accordance with the established procedure?
2. For what reason was not a funded pension assigned to Zalessky V.V.?
3. When exactly (A SPECIFIC DATE) will the funded pension be assigned to V.V. Zalessky?
Due to some difficulties (beyond my control) in obtaining written responses, I request that the response to this application be sent both to my postal address and (a copy) to my email address.
