I received a letter today.
In the response dated November 24, 2025 (response to V.V. Zalessky's appeal) (received from the the Rostov regional Branch of Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation [Social Fund of Russia, SFR]) in particular, it says:

...You have paid additional insurance premiums (payments) for a funded pension in the amount of 342,000 rubles.
(...)
The decision on the payment of pension savings at the request of a citizen is made based on the amount of pension savings reflected in the extract [special document], the established sample, requested by the territorial brunches of the SFR on the date of the decision.
In accordance with the current legislation, you have the right to establish a funded pension.
On October 27, 2025, you submitted an application for a funded pension, which was reviewed on November 14, 2025, by the Rostov regional branch of SFR. A decision was made to reject the request due to the absence of information in the requested extract from the individual personal account about the additional insurance contributions you paid for a funded pension.
As information about the amount of pension savings will be reflected, the issue of assigning (rejecting) a funded pension will be considered."
Apparently, my efforts aimed at assigning (receiving) a funded pension are in harmony with the civilizational vibrations.
