"You understand, Uncle Vanya, I think the rules are different there. It probably won't work: to write out a power of attorney, to take 'my' money (contributions - 507340 rubles), to cross the street, to go to the bank, to open a deposit account, and to collect interest. Or maybe it's possible. But even if it is possible, then they can take 507,340 rubles from me, collect interest on (from) ('my') 507,340 rubles, but they can't pay me my a funded pension."
