The banya is compensated (recompensed) by a young smiling Minister of Taxes and Duties. He gathered all the great singers and spoke to them politely. Yes! He didn't force, he didn't threaten, he didn't intimidate!
The Minister politely asked: please pay your taxes, respected cultural figures. The state needs money.
A new wind started to blow, and this wind wasn't cold and steely, and it wasn't gusty, twisting spirals of dust (crunching underfoot). There was something in this wind from a gentle ocean breeze. True, this polite Minister didn't live long in this world. Did he get sick with something? Once he felt himself seriously ill?
The angry uncle, reproaching for the banya (on the river bank), is compensated by the polite Minister, who spoke without threats and without intimidation (politely, convincingly, with a pleasant smile).
