As I learned from subsequent correspondence with government agencies, I was the owner of this object until July 3, 2019.
As of July 6, 2022, I am not the owner (although, as follows from my correspondence with government agencies, my rights are obvious, clear and indisputable).
Accordingly, in my tax notice number 38939129 dated September 1, 2021 this object was not mentioned (it "disappeared"), the corresponding tax was not charged and paid.
A paradoxical situation has arisen: the real estate object exists, but it is not in the "tax base" (is it not registered with the tax authorities?), and no tax is charged on this object.
It was widely reported in the media how former Minister Alexander Pochinok launched drones over the Moscow oblast to detect palaces (huge houses owned by individuals), but not tax registered. Regarding such palaces did not accrue and did not pay the corresponding taxes.
In the case I am considering, no drones need to be launched. The object of real estate exists.
The existence of this object is well known to the tax authorities.
The time for issuing tax notices and paying taxes is approaching.
Now, in a difficult time for the country (the actual loss of foreign exchange assets in the amount of approximately 300 billion US dollars, (possible) technical default of Russia, restrictions on the Russian trade in gold), every honest citizen must take care of the interests of the state.
I ask you to take effective and urgent measures to restore the mentioned object of real estate in the "tax base" (to restore it in tax accounting -?), to calculate the appropriate tax and to present this tax for payment to the Budget system of the Russian Federation.
